The best hotels near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets sit on the north side of I-4 around Vineland Avenue, where a timeshare resort, a Holiday Inn and the Marriott Village put the outlet center’s more than 160 stores within a short walk or a 3- to 5-minute drive. The hotels on Palm Parkway look almost as close on a map, but I-4 runs in between, so the trip there is closer to 2 miles by road.
There is also a second outlet mall. Orlando International Premium Outlets, at the north end of International Drive near Universal, is a separate Simon center about 7.5 miles (roughly 15 minutes) away by road, with its own hotel cluster.
Below are 9 hotels: 7 near the Vineland Avenue outlets, closest first, and 2 near the International Drive outlets, with the fees, parking and shuttles each one publishes. Still choosing an area? Our guide to the best areas to stay in Orlando compares them all.
Quick answer: For the shortest walk, book Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village, which says a private gate connects it to the Vineland outlets. Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando I-Drive – Theme Parks is a short walk away and adds free theme park shuttles and Kids Eat Free. Groups who need bedrooms and a kitchen should look at Floridays. If you want free breakfast, SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Village is about a mile away. On a tight budget, Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista has no resort fee. Shopping near Universal instead? DoubleTree at the Entrance to Universal is about a mile’s walk from the International Drive outlets.

Two different Premium Outlets: Vineland vs International Drive
Both centers belong to Simon, and the I-RIDE Trolley pages call them Orlando International Premium Outlets and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, so it’s easy to book a hotel next to the wrong one. Here’s how they compare, per each center’s official pages at last check.
| Outlet center | Address | Stores | Closest parks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets | 8200 Vineland Ave, 32821 | 160+ | Disney, SeaWorld |
| Orlando International Premium Outlets | 4951 International Dr, 32819 | 180+ | Universal |
Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets calls itself the only luxury outlet in the Orlando market. At last check, its pages listed designer stores such as Valentino, Versace and Jimmy Choo, alongside names like Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren and Disney’s Character Warehouse. It sits about 1 mile off I-4 exit 68 (State Road 535); drivers heading south on International Drive past SeaWorld turn right onto Vineland Avenue to reach it.
Orlando International Premium Outlets says it’s Florida’s largest outlet center, with more than 180 stores (H&M, Tory Burch, Old Navy and Guess among them) and about 20 places to eat, including the sit-down Vinito Ristorante. It’s off I-4 exit 75A, which Simon describes as 5 minutes from Universal Orlando and 10 miles from Walt Disney World.
At last check, both listed regular hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, plus $15 valet parking and stroller rentals. Holiday hours differ, so check before you go.
How we chose: We started from the outlet entrances and measured real walking and driving routes on OpenStreetMap, not straight lines, because I-4 cuts off several hotels that look close. We then checked resort fees, parking, breakfast and shuttles on each hotel’s official site (or an archived copy of it, noted as “at last check”) in 2026. We favored walkable routes, free shuttles, kitchens or no resort fee, and we don’t assign scores.

Its Red Line starts at Orlando International Premium Outlets, runs south along International Drive and ends at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, arriving about every 20 minutes according to the operator (Simon’s outlet pages say every 15). The Green Line, about every 45 minutes, covers the Major Boulevard, Universal Boulevard and Westwood Boulevard areas.

|---|---|---|
| Single ride | $2 | Exact change |

| 1-, 3- or 5-day pass | $8, $10, $12 | Not sold onboard |
Trolleys run daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the time of writing, children under 3 ride free, and drivers don’t carry change. Passes are sold online and at area locations. If you use rideshare at the Vineland center, the pickup and drop-off area is by The Promenade, near the information center. For the bigger picture, see our guide to getting around Orlando without a car.
How to choose a hotel near the outlets
- Want to walk? Only the hotels on the north side of I-4 work on foot: Tuscany Village, Holiday Inn & Suites and, on a cooler day, Floridays or the Marriott Village. The Palm Parkway hotels are a drive.
- Doing Disney too? Vineland is the better base. Hotels in this area list Walt Disney World roughly 2 to 3 miles away, and several run free Disney shuttles.
- Doing Universal? Stay near the International Drive outlets, where the DoubleTree and, a little farther south, Rosen Inn are Universal Partner Hotels with scheduled shuttles.
- Traveling as a group? Floridays and Tuscany Village have multi-bedroom suites with kitchens. Our list of Orlando hotels with kitchens has more.
- Watching the total? Add resort fees and parking to the room rate. Rosen Inn charges no resort fee, and the Hampton’s parking was $7. For more low-cost picks, see our best budget hotels in Orlando.
Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book. At Vineland, Simon’s MyPark app reserves close-in parking, and Guest Services in the food court has maps and deals.
