Orlando hotels with adults-only pools are rare, but they exist: a handful of resorts set aside a pool where nobody under 18 or 21 can swim, so you can float in quiet while the rest of the resort runs on kid energy. This guide covers the seven we could confirm on official pages, from the 21+ Oasis pool at Four Seasons to the 18+ pool at Omni ChampionsGate.
The details matter more than the label. Some of these are true adults-only resort pools open to every adult guest; others are spa pools you can only use with a treatment or a day pass, and one is a weekend-only section of a seasonal water park. We spell out the age rule and the access rule for each.
Age limits, fees and schedules below come from the hotels’ own pages at the time of writing. They change, so confirm them before you book.
Quick answer: For the most complete adults-only pool near Disney, book Four Seasons Resort Orlando (Oasis, 21+). For the best value resort with a dedicated 18+ pool, choose Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate or Hilton Orlando, which both pair an adults-only pool with a lazy river for the kids. If you want a spa-style pool, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and The Alfond Inn have 18+ spa pools that require a treatment (or a Spa Day Pass at the Ritz-Carlton).

How we chose these hotels
We only included a hotel if its own website, or its brand’s official page, describes a pool or pool area reserved for adults. We then checked the minimum age as officially stated, who can get in (all hotel guests, spa guests only, or paying day visitors), and the costs that change the real price of a stay: resort fees, parking and park transportation.
We left out resorts we could not confirm. Rosen Shingle Creek’s official fact sheet lists lap, family, kiddie and cabana pools, not an adults-only one. Gaylord Palms describes its Miami-inspired pool as part of the Cypress Springs Water Park rather than as an adults-only pool, and Hyatt describes a single lagoon-style family pool at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress (guests under 18 need wristbands), with no adults-only pool listed. We have not stayed at these hotels, and we don’t use ratings or scores.

1. Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

Four Seasons has the strictest and most polished adults-only pool in the Disney area. Oasis is reserved for guests 21 and older, with an infinity-edge view toward the lake, underwater music and a whirlpool, and the resort’s press fact sheet calls it the only adult pool on Walt Disney World property. You can rent an Oasis cabana for the day; the resort’s booking page says cabana guests must also be 21 or older and lists a $75 food and beverage credit and a fridge stocked with four drinks as part of the package at the time of writing.
The resort says all of its pools, the Explorer Island water park and the Kids For All Seasons camp are reserved for registered resort guests, although Four Seasons Private Residents and Golf and Sports Club members get pool access on select dates. That setup is what makes it work for families too: the kids can be at the free camp or on the lazy river while the adults are at Oasis. The spa page adds that any spa appointment of 50 minutes or longer includes Oasis access, with the same 21+ rule. Our full Four Seasons Resort Orlando guide covers rooms, dining and Disney perks.
- Why stay: A true 21+ pool, an adults-only speakeasy called Epilogue and Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry at the same resort.
- Getting there / to the parks: The resort sits on Walt Disney World property in Lake Buena Vista. Complimentary scheduled motor coaches run to the four Disney theme parks (for Magic Kingdom, they stop at the Transportation and Ticket Center, then you take the monorail), and guests get Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry.
- Good to know: The resort’s January 2026 map lists a daily resort fee of $55 per room plus tax, while Booking.com’s price breakdown showed US$60 plus tax in October 2026, so check it at booking. The resort pages we checked don’t list parking charges, so ask about them too.
Best for: Couples and parents who want a guaranteed kid-free pool and easy Disney days.
2. Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate

Omni ChampionsGate turned its former Formal Pool into an adults-only pool with a minimum age of 18. The eight private cabanas and the Jacuzzi at that pool are for adults only as well, while families use everything else: the wave pool, the 850-foot lazy river, the family pool with its corkscrew slide and the kids’ pool with three slides.
That split makes the Omni one of the easiest picks for mixed groups, such as grandparents traveling with grandchildren or two couples with kids of different ages. The resort describes the adult pool as a tranquil space with chaise lounges and cabanas lining the pool and spa. There’s also the Mokara Spa and two championship golf courses on site. Read our Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate review for rooms, villas and dining.
- Why stay: An 18+ pool with its own Jacuzzi and cabanas, plus what the resort calls Orlando’s only resort wave pool for the rest of the family.
- Getting there / to the parks: The resort is at I-4 Exit 58, southwest of Disney, and lists Walt Disney World about 12 miles away and Universal about 21. Scheduled shuttles to EPCOT and Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center are covered by the resort charge but must be reserved.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the resort charge is $48 plus tax per room per night. The resort lists $38 overnight self-parking, $33 for day self-parking and $50 valet, and doesn’t say whether tax is added. The minimum check-in age is 18.
Best for: Multigenerational groups and golfers who want adult pool time without giving up a water-park-style resort.

3. Hilton Orlando

Hilton Orlando, on Destination Parkway a block off International Drive, has what the hotel calls a private, enclosed pool reserved for adults 18 and older, with a whirlpool and private cabanas you can rent. Because it’s enclosed and separate, it feels like its own space rather than a roped-off corner of the main deck.
The rest of the complex is built for families: an 892-foot lazy river with complimentary tubes, a waterslide (48-inch minimum height, limited daily schedule), a splash pad, 24 rentable luxury cabanas and ten smaller boutique cabanas by the splash pad. The resort charge also gives you 25% off cabana rentals at the time of writing. If you are comparing it with other hotels on the corridor, see our guide to the best hotels on International Drive.
- Why stay: A walled-off 18+ pool in a central location between Universal, SeaWorld and the Convention Center.
- Getting there / to the parks: The resort charge covers a daily scheduled round-trip shuttle to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT plus two daily I-Ride Trolley passes. A complimentary daily Universal shuttle is also offered, booked in person at the Universal Vacation Planning Desk in the lobby; the schedule can change.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the daily resort charge is $47 per room per night plus tax, self-parking is $38 per night and valet $50 per night, both plus tax.
Best for: Families splitting time between Universal and Disney, where the adults want a quiet pool at the end of the day.
4. JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa

JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek sits in the Bonnet Creek enclave beside Walt Disney World property. Marriott’s property listing (archived May 2026) shows a heated outdoor pool complex with an adult-only pool, a children’s pool and a whirlpool. Cabanas and daybeds can be reserved through the resort’s online booking site.
Marriott’s pages don’t publish the minimum age for the adult pool, so ask the resort if your group includes older teens. What you won’t find here is a lazy river or waterslide; the Signia by Hilton next door has both. Our JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek review covers rooms, dining and the shuttle in depth.
- Why stay: A modern resort a few miles from EPCOT with an adult pool, family loft suites and a kids club.
- Getting there / to the parks: By road, EPCOT is about 3.5 miles away, and Disney Springs and Hollywood Studios about 4 to 4.5 miles. The resort fee covers a shuttle to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. It is not on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list at the time of writing.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the resort fee is $55 per night plus tax, and Marriott’s archived listing (May 2026) showed self-parking at $43 per day and valet at $59. Breakfast is not included as standard.
Best for: Disney-focused couples and families who want a newer upscale resort with a grown-up pool.
5. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

The Ritz-Carlton’s adults-only pool belongs to its spa. The resort describes an exclusive, adult-only, heated outdoor lap pool at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, and its spa FAQ says the spa facility and spa pool are for guests 18 and older. You get in with a Spa Day Pass or a spa treatment, so this is a paid add-on rather than a pool every hotel guest can drift into.
The trade-off is the setting: a 40,000-square-foot spa with 40 treatment rooms, a full salon and Vitale, the spa café, on the 500-acre Grande Lakes estate shared with the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. The main Ritz-Carlton pool, with rentable cabanas and daybeds, is open to all ages, and the shared Grande Lakes Waterpark adds a lazy river and three waterslides. Our Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes review has the full fee and room breakdown.
- Why stay: A spa day with its own adults-only lap pool, without leaving the resort.
- Getting there / to the parks: The resort lists Epic Universe and SeaWorld about 3 miles away. Shuttles to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando are part of the resort fee but need a 24-hour advance reservation.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the resort fee is $55 plus tax per night. Valet parking is $58 plus tax, and self-parking is only offered at the JW Marriott, at $42 plus tax per day. The Spa Day Pass is a separate purchase.
Best for: Spa-first trips and couples who want Epic Universe or SeaWorld close by.

6. The Alfond Inn

The Alfond Inn is a boutique hotel just off Park Avenue in Winter Park, and its Spa Pool is reserved for spa guests 18 and over. The hotel says it offers all-day relaxation with any booked treatment, with poolside food and drink service and private shaded cabanas you can reserve with a dedicated attendant. The spa’s FAQ adds that guests under 18 can’t use spa services or amenities, including the pool.
Hotel guests who don’t book a treatment use the rooftop pool and bar instead, which the resort fee covers. The minimum check-in age is 21, but that only applies to the person registering; children can still stay. This is a no-parks escape: you’ll want a car or rideshare for Disney or Universal.
- Why stay: A small, walkable, art-filled hotel where a spa treatment comes with a calm 18+ pool for the day.
- Getting there / to the parks: The hotel lists Orlando International Airport about 18 miles away, roughly 25 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. There’s no theme park shuttle, so plan to drive.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the resort fee is $27 plus tax per room per night (it covers rooftop pool and bar access), and valet parking starts at $37 per day plus tax. Parking is complimentary when you visit The Spa.
Best for: Anniversaries and weekend escapes with no theme parks on the plan.
7. Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Margaritaville’s adults-only option isn’t at the hotel’s own pools. It’s Private Domain, a pool area for guests 21 and up inside Island H2O Water Park next door, and the water park says it is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The hotel’s three heated pools at the Fins Up Beach Club are not described as adults-only.
Timing is the catch. Island H2O is a seasonal park that operates from March to October; the resort lists the 2026 season as March 6 to October 31. At the time of writing, the park calendar shows it open only Fridays to Sundays (10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for the rest of October and closed in November, so check it before you count on Private Domain. The resort says guests who pay the full resort fee get complimentary Island H2O admission during the 2026 season, which makes Private Domain effectively free for adults staying on a weekend while the park is open. Our Margaritaville Resort Orlando guide explains the rooms, cottages and water park terms.
- Why stay: A 21+ pool zone inside a water park, included with the full resort fee on open days.
- Getting there / to the parks: The resort is off US-192 in Kissimmee, and its FAQ puts Walt Disney World 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Free shuttles to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld are covered by the resort fee, with reservations required.
- Good to know: At the time of writing, the hotel resort fee is $48 plus tax per room per night and self-parking is $20 plus tax per night. The guest named on the reservation must be at least 21.
Best for: Spring-to-fall weekend trips where the group wants a water park and the adults want a 21+ corner of it.
How to choose an adults-only pool hotel in Orlando
- Check the access rule, not just the age. At Four Seasons, Omni, Hilton Orlando and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, the adult pool is part of the resort. At the Ritz-Carlton and The Alfond Inn, it’s a spa pool, so budget for a treatment or (at the Ritz-Carlton) a Spa Day Pass. At Margaritaville, it’s part of a seasonal water park that opens Private Domain only from Friday to Sunday.
- 18 or 21? If your group includes an 18- to 20-year-old, skip the 21+ options (Four Seasons’ Oasis and Island H2O’s Private Domain) or plan around them. Omni, Hilton Orlando, the Ritz-Carlton spa and The Alfond Inn spa set the line at 18.
- Don’t confuse check-in age with adults-only. A minimum check-in age of 21, as at The Alfond Inn or Margaritaville, applies to the person registering. Children can still stay, so the main pools will have families.
- Think about park days. For Disney, Four Seasons (with Early Theme Park Entry) and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek are closest. For Universal or a split trip, Hilton Orlando or the Ritz-Carlton is more central. Omni is further out, so it rewards slower trips with resort days.
- Add the fees. Resort fees on this list run from $27 to $55 a night before tax, and most charge for parking, at the time of writing. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
- Weigh romance against practicality. If the trip is about the two of you, our guide to romantic hotels in Orlando for couples adds dining, views and spa details, and our roundup of the best luxury resorts in Orlando compares high-end stays more broadly.

Frequently asked questions
Which Orlando hotels have adults-only pools?
At the time of writing, Four Seasons Resort Orlando (Oasis, 21+), Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate (18+) and Hilton Orlando (18+) have adults-only resort pools, and Marriott lists an adult-only pool at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and The Alfond Inn have 18+ spa pools, and Island H2O next to Margaritaville has a 21+ area.
Are there adults-only hotels in Orlando?
We didn’t find a mainstream adults-only resort in the theme park areas. What Orlando has instead are adults-only spaces inside family resorts: pools, spa pools and bars such as Epilogue at Four Seasons. Some hotels, such as The Alfond Inn and Margaritaville, require the person checking in to be 21, but children can still stay there.
Can you use an adults-only pool without staying at the hotel?
Sometimes. The Ritz-Carlton’s spa pool is reached with a Spa Day Pass or a spa treatment, and The Alfond Inn’s spa pool comes with a booked treatment; confirm with the spa if you aren’t a hotel guest. Island H2O’s Private Domain is open to water park ticket holders 21 and up on its operating days. Four Seasons reserves its pools for registered resort guests.
What is the minimum age at Orlando adults-only pools?
It depends on the hotel. Four Seasons’ Oasis and Island H2O’s Private Domain are 21 and older. Omni ChampionsGate, Hilton Orlando, the Ritz-Carlton spa pool and The Alfond Inn’s spa pool are 18 and older. JW Marriott Bonnet Creek doesn’t publish an age on the Marriott pages we checked, so confirm it with the resort before you go.
Which adults-only pool is closest to Disney World?
Four Seasons Resort Orlando is inside Walt Disney World, and its guests get Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry plus scheduled coaches to the parks. JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek is the other close option: by road it’s about 3.5 miles from EPCOT, with a Disney shuttle covered by the resort fee, though it isn’t on the Early Entry list.
Do you pay extra to use an adults-only pool?
At Four Seasons, Omni, Hilton Orlando and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, the adult pool is part of the resort, and your resort fee already applies; cabanas cost extra. At the Ritz-Carlton you need a Spa Day Pass or a treatment, and at The Alfond Inn a treatment. Margaritaville’s full resort fee includes Island H2O admission during the 2026 season.
Bottom line
If you want a guaranteed kid-free pool in Orlando, Four Seasons’ 21+ Oasis is the standout near Disney, while Omni ChampionsGate and Hilton Orlando give you an 18+ pool plus a lazy river for the family at lower fees. Choose the Ritz-Carlton or The Alfond Inn when a spa day is the point. Confirm the age rule, access rule and fees for your dates before you book.
