The best Orlando resorts with pickleball courts are Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Reunion Resort, Caribe Royale, the Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott at Grande Lakes, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Spectrum Resort Orlando and Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Each one shows pickleball on an official resort page, but the setups differ a lot: dedicated courts with a pro and clinics at one end, a single tennis court that converts to two pickleball courts at the other.
That difference matters if pickleball is a reason you are choosing a resort. One resort includes an hour of court time in its resort fee, one gives hotel guests a free afternoon window, and others charge by the hour or by the session. We checked each resort’s own page (or an archived copy when the brand site blocks direct access) for court counts, fees and how to reserve.
Below you will find a comparison table, a short profile of each resort with its own photos, and a note on Disney’s resort hotels, which are not sold on Booking.com.
Quick answer: For the most courts and coaching, pick Four Seasons Resort Orlando (four pickleball courts, clinics, lessons and drop-in play). For the cheapest court time, Caribe Royale lets hotel guests play pickleball free from 1 to 5 pm with a reservation. For villas and family space, Reunion Resort has bookable courts with posted prices plus a water park. If you just want an occasional game, Grande Lakes lists one hour a day for two guests in its resort fee (confirm at check-in).

How we chose these pickleball resorts
We started with resorts in the Orlando, Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee area that you can book on Booking.com, then kept only those whose official website (or an archived copy of it) mentions pickleball courts or pickleball play on site. Planner sites and court-finder apps were used only to find candidates, never as proof.
- Verified pickleball: an official page had to state courts, court access or pickleball programs at the property.
- Clear rules: we report court fees, hours, equipment and reservations only when the resort publishes them, and we flag where official pages disagree.
- Location and transport: road distances come from OSRM routing to the park parking areas and are rounded; resort shuttles are described as each resort states them.
- Value: we note resort fees and parking where we have verified figures. We do not score or rank resorts by reviews.
Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book, and court rules change often, so confirm with the resort before you pack your paddle.

1. Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

Four Seasons added four pickleball courts next to its Har-Tru tennis courts in November 2024, and its announcement says they are open to resort guests, Four Seasons private residents and members of the resort’s golf and sports club. With four courts it can host up to 16 players at once, the most capacity among the resorts here that publish a court count.
The programming is the other draw. The resort lists drop-in pickleball play (a team member plays with guests who arrive without a partner; solo players must be 16 or older), Pickleball 101 and 102 clinics, private lessons and court rental, all checked in at the racquet courts. You can play with the resort’s Holbrook paddles or bring your own. One small conflict: the 2024 announcement mentions two Har-Tru tennis courts, while the resort’s experiences page (archived June 2026) says three.
- Why stay: the most pickleball courts we could confirm on this list, coaching for beginners and improvers, plus the five-acre Explorer Island water park and an 18-hole golf course.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 4 miles by road to the Magic Kingdom parking area (Transportation and Ticket Center) and about 5 miles to EPCOT’s. The resort says it runs complimentary scheduled buses to the four Disney theme parks, about once an hour, and it is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry hotel list.
- Good to know: parking is valet only, for a fee; self-parking is not offered, per the resort’s getting-here page. Clinic and court rental prices are not published online, so ask the racquet team when you book.
Best for: couples and families who want lessons or regular games in a top-end Disney-area resort.
Read our Four Seasons Resort Orlando guide for rooms, dining and the Disney perks.
2. Reunion Resort & Golf Club

Reunion runs pickleball out of its Tennis Centre in Centre Court Ridge, alongside tennis courts, a mini golf course and golf cart rentals. Its website describes the pickleball courts as new and built for friendly competition, and the resort map places them next to the Tennis Centre.
Reunion publishes clear prices, which is rare. At the time of writing, a pickleball court costs $30 for one hour and $15 for each extra 30 minutes, clinics are $45 per guest and private lessons $100 for one hour (lessons are sold only in one-hour blocks). Equipment rental costs extra. You reserve courts, clinics and lessons by calling 407-396-5370.
- Why stay: villas and vacation homes with full kitchens, a 5-acre water park, eight pools and three signature golf courses, with pickleball a short internal shuttle ride away.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 11 miles by road to the EPCOT parking area. Reunion’s FAQ says its complimentary shuttle leaves from the Reunion Grande and drops off at EPCOT or Hollywood Studios; reservations are required.
- Good to know: the FAQ lists a daily resort fee of $40 plus tax (it may vary for larger homes) and parking of $20 plus tax per day per unit. Pickleball access is listed as a resort fee perk, but court time is charged separately. Homes booked through outside rental companies may have limited or no amenity access, so confirm that your unit includes Reunion amenity wristbands.
Best for: groups and families who want space, a water park and bookable courts with posted prices.
Our Reunion Resort review covers the villas, water park and fees in more detail.

3. Caribe Royale Orlando

Caribe Royale’s Sport Court combines padel courts, pickleball courts and a basketball half-court at the all-suite resort. It is the best value on this list if you can play in the afternoon: according to the resort’s Sport Court page, hotel guests play pickleball with no fee from 1 to 5 pm (a reservation is still required).
Outside that window, pickleball costs $5 plus tax per player, per hour, with up to four players per court. Paddles and balls are provided at no cost, open matches are offered if you want to be paired with other players, and athletic footwear is required. The courts open at 8 am daily and close at 10:30 pm Monday to Friday, 9:30 pm Saturday and 8:30 pm Sunday. Reservations are made online.
- Why stay: suites and villas in Lake Buena Vista, a main pool with a 75-foot waterslide, and the cheapest published pickleball on this list.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 6 miles by road to the EPCOT parking area and about 10 miles to Universal’s garages. The resort advertises a shuttle to the Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs; check whether it is included in your rate.
- Good to know: at last check the resort fee was $38 plus tax and self-parking $36 a day. An on-property shuttle van runs from 7 am to 11 pm between the reception building, towers, villas and convention center.
Best for: families who want suites and plenty of affordable court time, especially in the afternoon.
See our Caribe Royale Orlando review for suite layouts and the villa section.
4. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

The Ritz-Carlton and the JW Marriott share the Grande Lakes resort and its recreation desk, Grande Lakes Sports. The resort’s homepage FAQ (October 2026) lists pickleball court access for two guests, one hour per day, per room, with paddles and balls included, as part of the $55 plus tax daily resort fee. Tennis court access works the same way.
That makes Grande Lakes a good choice for a daily friendly game rather than a pickleball-focused trip. The separate FAQ page on the same website still lists only tennis among the resort fee perks, so confirm the pickleball allowance at check-in. The resort does not publish a court count online.
- Why stay: a polished luxury resort with a lazy river and waterslides at the JW, a spa, golf, and activities such as kayaking, fishing and mountain biking.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 8.5 miles by road to Universal’s garages and about 13 miles to the EPCOT parking area. The resort fee includes shuttle transportation to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal with 24-hour advance reservations.
- Good to know: at last check the Ritz-Carlton was valet only ($58), with self-parking available at the JW Marriott ($42). If you prefer the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes on the same grounds, it shares the courts and the resort fee perks.
Best for: couples and families who want a luxury base between Universal and the airport, with a little pickleball each day.
5. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress lists two pickleball courts among its outdoor sports, next to a basketball court, a 5-hole mini golf course and a 7-hole pitch-and-putt course (Hyatt resort activities page, archived September 28, 2026). Its events calendar also featured a pickleball tournament with chef Richard Blais in July 2026.
Hyatt does not publish court fees, equipment details or a booking method on that page, so call ahead if you want set court times. The 800,000-gallon lagoon pool with 12 waterfalls, a splash pad and a waterslide is still the main reason families book.
- Why stay: one of Orlando’s most dramatic resort pools, a lake for paddling, and a location between Disney and Universal.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 7 miles by road to the EPCOT parking area and about 8 miles to Universal’s garages.
- Good to know: at last check, Hyatt listed a daily resort fee of $50 (subject to change), with self-parking at $39 and valet at $54 a day.
Best for: pool-focused families who want a couple of courts on site for casual games.
Read our Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress review for rooms, villas and the Disney shuttle.
6. Spectrum Resort Orlando

Spectrum Resort Orlando is a resort of condos, townhomes and large signature homes next to Reunion in Kissimmee. Its pickleball page describes two courts on property, each with a different colored surface, windscreens and LED lights, for two to four players per court.
Courts must be reserved ahead. At the time of writing, a court costs $30 for 90 minutes with two paddles and four balls included, and daily drill clinics with certified instructors are $30 per guest. Bookings go through the Tennis Centre Pro Shop, which uses the same phone number Reunion lists for its Tennis Centre (407-396-5370), so ask exactly where your court is. Posted pro shop hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday and Tuesday, 8 am to 9 pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 10 am to 7 pm Sunday, though the tennis page asks evening players to check in before a 4 pm closing, so confirm.
- Why stay: condos and townhomes with kitchens and patios, daily water park access and golf, for groups who want to cook and spread out.
- Getting there / to the parks: the resort says it is 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Its FAQ says complimentary shuttles through Reunion Resort go to Disney’s Transportation and Ticket Center (online reservations required), while Reunion’s own FAQ lists EPCOT and Hollywood Studios drop-offs, so confirm the current stop.
- Good to know: resort fees vary by home. The fee includes self-parking, Wi-Fi, the pools and water park, and access to the tennis and pickleball courts, though court time carries an extra charge.
Best for: larger groups who want a townhome and a few organized pickleball sessions.
7. Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate

Omni ChampionsGate is a big golf and pool resort with a lazy river and a wave pool, and pickleball is a minor extra. According to its things-to-do page (checked October 2026), the resort has one tennis court near the Villas and the Sunset Lodge and Suites that can be converted into two pickleball courts.
Tennis rackets can be checked out at the Towel Hut or at the Sunset Lodge front desk, and pickleball equipment is available at the Sunset Lodge front desk. Omni does not publish fees or a reservation system for the court, so ask at check-in how conversions and court times work.
- Why stay: two championship golf courses, a wave pool, an 850-foot lazy river and a spa, all at one resort southwest of Disney.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 12 miles by road to the EPCOT parking area, mostly via I-4.
- Good to know: at last check the resort fee was $48 plus tax, with self-parking at $33 for day guests and $38 overnight.
Best for: golf and pool lovers who want the option of a casual pickleball game.
Our Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate review explains the pools, rooms and fees.
Disney World resort hotels with pickleball
Disney’s own resorts are not sold on Booking.com, but they are worth knowing about. Disney’s tennis page (English Canada version) says courts at seven Disney Resort hotels are generally open from 9 am to 10 pm on a first-come, first-served basis, and that pickleball is available at select hotels. It lists tennis and pickleball equipment checkout for these courts:
- Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower: one court next to Bay Lake Tower.
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, Kidani Village: two hard courts.
- Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas: two courts next to Community Hall.
- The Campsites and Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort: two hard courts at the Meadow Recreation Area.
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort: two courts near the main pool and one on Old Turtle Pond Road.
- Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts: one court near Admiral Pool.
Any guest of a Disney Resort hotel may use the courts. Disney Vacation Club members check out equipment free; other guests pay a fee. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort also has two clay courts, but Disney’s list mentions only general equipment there, not pickleball.
Resorts we checked but did not include
Mystic Dunes, now a Hilton Vacation Club resort in Celebration, is sometimes listed online as having pickleball, but its official Hilton Grand Vacations page mentions basketball and tennis courts, not pickleball. If it matters to you, ask the resort before booking; our Mystic Dunes resort review covers the rest of the property. We also left out resorts whose pickleball claims appeared only on third-party sites.
How to choose a pickleball resort in Orlando
- Serious players: Four Seasons has the most confirmed courts and a full program of clinics, lessons and drop-in play. Reunion and Spectrum also offer clinics with published prices.
- Budget-minded: Caribe Royale’s free afternoon window and $5 per player hourly rate beat everything else we found. Grande Lakes includes a daily hour, but its resort fee is higher.
- Families with kids: Reunion, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and Omni pair courts with water parks or big pools, so non-players stay busy. If golf matters too, see our Orlando golf resorts guide.
- Disney-first trips: Four Seasons is the closest to the parks and on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list; Caribe Royale and Hyatt sit between Disney and Universal.
- Before booking: confirm court availability for your dates, whether courts can be reserved in advance, and whether your rate or rental includes amenity access. Pack court shoes; Caribe Royale requires athletic footwear.
