Conrad Orlando is the 433-room luxury hotel inside Evermore Orlando Resort. Its big draw is something no other hotel near Disney offers: direct access to Evermore Bay, an 8-acre swimmable lagoon ringed by white-sand beaches, a short drive from Walt Disney World. Hilton announced its opening in January 2024, and the hotel says it now holds Forbes Four-Star and AAA Five Diamond ratings.
This review covers park distances, family rooms, fees, valet parking, the Disney shuttle and the hotel’s weak spots. We checked the facts on official hotel, Evermore and Disney pages, but fees change, so confirm them for your dates.
Quick answer: Book Conrad Orlando if you want a polished, modern resort with a real beach-style lagoon, a strong spa and a free shuttle to the four Disney theme parks. Skip it if you need Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry, cheaper parking or easy access to Universal. Budget for a daily resort charge plus valet at $50 a night.

Location and distances to the parks
Conrad Orlando sits on the north shore of Evermore Bay. Evermore grew out of the former Grand Cypress resort, and its original villas and two Jack Nicklaus golf courses are still there. It is a gated community with 24-hour security, so the hotel feels tucked away even though Disney property is next door. Hilton describes Walt Disney World as “three miles away,” but that is roughly the distance to the edge of Disney property, not to a park gate.

We checked road routes from the hotel with OSRM, an open routing engine. Most results are close to Evermore’s own figures:
| Destination | Road distance | Typical drive |
|---|---|---|
| Disney Springs | About 3.5–4 miles | 10–15 min |
| EPCOT | About 5–6 miles | 15–20 min |
| Magic Kingdom (Ticket and Transportation Center) | About 5.5–6 miles | About 15 min |
| Hollywood Studios | About 7–8 miles | 15–20 min |
| Animal Kingdom | About 9.5–10 miles | 20–25 min |
| SeaWorld Orlando | About 7 miles | 15–20 min |
| Universal / Epic Universe | About 10–11 miles | 20–25 min |
| Orlando airport (MCO) | About 18.5–19.5 miles | 30–40 min |
These times assume light traffic, and rush hour can double them. If you are still choosing an area, our guide to where to stay in Orlando compares Lake Buena Vista with Bonnet Creek, International Drive and Kissimmee.
Rooms and suites
Rooms are in one modern building with floor-to-ceiling windows. Many have a balcony, and poolside rooms open onto a ground-floor patio. The view drives the price: nature or resort, the pool, or Evermore Bay itself. Evermore’s Conrad page adds Frette linens, nightly turndown, twice-daily housekeeping and Digital Key access.

Here is how the main room types compare, based on Hilton’s descriptions at last check:
| Room type | Size | Beds | Sleeps |
|---|---|---|---|
| King or 2-Queen Guestroom | 440 sq ft | 1 king or 2 queens | 3 (king) or 4 (queens) |
| King or 2-Queen with balcony | 505 sq ft | 1 king or 2 queens | 3 (king) or 4 (queens) |
| Poolside room with patio | 505 sq ft | 1 king or 2 queens | 3 (king) or 4 (queens) |
| One-Bedroom Suite | 960 sq ft | 1 king + sofa bed | 3–4 |
| Family Suite | 995 sq ft | King, twin bunks, queen sofa bed | Up to 6 |
The Family Suites are the standout for parents. Each has one king bed, twin bunk beds in the living area, a queen sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms. Hilton said there were only 10 of them at opening, so book early for school holidays.
At the top end are the Conrad, Barron and Presidential Suites, which range from about 1,960 to 2,890 sq ft and add kitchens and lagoon views. Wellness rooms open directly onto the spa’s Water Garden. At last check they required a two-night minimum, and Water Garden access was limited to guests 18 and older. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
Pools, Evermore Bay and recreation
Evermore Bay is the main reason to choose Conrad Orlando. It is a 20-acre beach area around 8 acres of clear, swimmable water, shared with Evermore’s vacation homes. You can swim, kayak and paddleboard, try the Blue Hole jumps and rope swing, or use the family pool with its four-person waterslide. Conrad guests also get Conrad Beach, the hotel’s own stretch of sand with a dedicated swim zone, daybeds and cabanas.

Next to the hotel are a zero-entry resort pool and a splash pad for younger children. Hilton last listed pool hours as 7 am to 9 pm (page archived November 2025). Pool cabanas hold up to six people and beach Grand-Cabanas up to ten, and both cost extra.
Know these lagoon rules before you go:
- Evermore Bay is for registered overnight guests only, and there are no day passes.
- Swimming is allowed from sunrise to sunset, and the Bay closes when lightning is within 6 miles.
- Lifeguards work only at the waterslide pool and the Blue Hole. Children under 14 need an adult, and the jumps require a height of 48 inches.
Golfers can play the Links and Cypress courses at Grand Cypress Golf, where Conrad guests get preferred access.
Dining and breakfast
Conrad Orlando has five places to eat and drink. Outside guests can book them too, so reserve dinner early:
- Sophia’s Trattoria: Coastal Southern Italian food with wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there is no lunch on weekends, and reservations are required.
- Ceiba: A rooftop Mexican restaurant with views over Evermore Bay, open for dinner on select nights. Hilton recommended booking at least 48 hours ahead.
- Papaya Club: A Polynesian-inspired waterside restaurant and bar that also serves the pool deck.
- Apéro: A Riviera-style cocktail lounge that opens in the afternoon.
- Little Spoon: A coffee shop and market with pastries, gelato and sandwiches, listed as open 6:30 am to 8 pm at last check.

Standard rates do not include breakfast. Hilton suggests Little Spoon on park mornings because it is a short walk from the Disney shuttle. Some Hilton packages have included breakfast, so compare rate plans.
Parking and fees
Two charges sit on top of your room rate, so budget for both from the start.
Resort charge. Hilton adds a daily resort charge. It covers Wi-Fi, lagoon and beach access, recreation and fitness classes, fire pits, kayak and paddleboard rental, and two bottled waters with a reusable bottle. It also pays for the Disney parks shuttle, a golf rental and merchandise discount at Grand Cypress, and 15% off spa retail. Hilton’s pages (archived April 2026) do not publish the amount. It appears in the rate details before you book, and Orange County’s 12.5% hotel tax is added.
Parking. Conrad Orlando is valet only, at $50 per night with in-and-out privileges, according to Hilton at last check (April 2026). Hotel guests cannot self-park, even though Evermore’s vacation homes include free self-parking.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am. You must be 21 to check in. The property is smoke-free, and only service animals are allowed. To compare costs with Conrad’s rivals, see our list of the best luxury resorts in Orlando.
Getting to the parks
Conrad Orlando is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel. It runs a free motorcoach shuttle to all four Disney theme parks from the Group Arrival area, with several departures a day. Ask for the current timetable at check-in, especially the last return time. The shuttle is one of the things the resort charge pays for.
The shuttle has two gaps:
- No Early Theme Park Entry. Disney’s official list of non-Disney hotels with the 30-minute early entry perk does not include Conrad Orlando. Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria and Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek are on it. Our guide to non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry has the full list.
- No Universal or SeaWorld shuttle. Evermore says rideshare cars can pick you up at the door, so Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get to Universal, Epic Universe or SeaWorld.
If you drive, expect $50 a night for valet plus Disney’s standard theme park parking, which was $35 a day at last check. For airport transfers, Evermore partners with Skyline Destination Orlando, which charges separately.
Spa, kids club and other amenities
Conrad Spa Orlando is a big draw for couples. Hilton’s opening release described 11 treatment rooms and a 12,000 sq ft Water Garden, which now has a vitality pool, cold plunge, warm whirlpool and private soaking tubs. Water Garden access is for guests 18 and older, or 16 and older with a registered parent or guardian.

The Conrad Kids Club is only for registered Conrad guests. It runs nature- and STEAM-themed days, and Gatorland brings animal encounters every Saturday. On Hilton’s page archived in September 2025, it cost $150 for a full day (9 am to 4 pm, lunch included) or $20 an hour. The page we checked did not give an age range, so ask when you book.
Other amenities include a fitness center, the Tipu Lounge with showers for early arrivals and late departures, a VIP concierge for Disney plans, a free trolley around Evermore, and Wi-Fi, which the resort charge covers.
Who Conrad Orlando suits
Conrad Orlando works best for families who want a real resort day between park days, and for couples who will use the spa, Ceiba and the beach fire pits. For more couple-friendly picks, see our guide to romantic hotels in Orlando.
It suits you less if you want Disney Early Entry, are splitting your trip with Universal, or are on a tight budget. Large groups may prefer Evermore’s own 5- to 11-bedroom vacation houses, which have private heated pools and the same lagoon access. Our guide to Orlando vacation homes with a private pool covers that option.
Pros
- Direct access to Evermore Bay, which Hilton calls Orlando’s only beach paradise, plus a private Conrad Beach area.
- Free motorcoach shuttle to all four Disney theme parks.
- Large, modern rooms (505 sq ft for most balcony rooms) and Family Suites with bunk beds.
- A strong spa with a 12,000 sq ft Water Garden.
- Five on-site restaurants and bars, including a rooftop Mexican restaurant.
Limitations to know
- Valet-only parking at $50 per night, on top of a daily resort charge.
- No Disney Early Theme Park Entry, unlike Four Seasons or Waldorf Astoria.
- No Universal or SeaWorld shuttle, so plan on rideshare or a car.
- Breakfast is not included in standard rates.
- The kids club, cabanas, daybeds and spa treatments all cost extra.
- The lagoon closes at sunset and when lightning is near, which is common on Florida summer afternoons.
What to check before you book
- The current resort charge and valet rate on the final booking screen, plus Orange County’s 12.5% hotel tax.
- The Disney shuttle timetable, especially the first morning departure and the last evening return.
- Your room view (lagoon, pool or nature) and whether your rate includes breakfast or valet.
- The Kids Club age range and schedule for your dates.
- Restaurant reservations at Sophia’s and Ceiba.

Frequently asked questions
Does Conrad Orlando have a shuttle to Disney World?
Yes. As a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, Conrad Orlando runs a free motorcoach shuttle to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. It leaves from the Group Arrival area several times a day, and the daily resort charge pays for it. The schedule changes, so check the timetable at check-in.
How much is the resort fee at Conrad Orlando?
Hilton does not publish the amount on the official pages we checked, which only list what the daily resort charge includes. It covers Wi-Fi, lagoon and beach access, kayaks, paddleboards, fitness classes and the Disney shuttle. Hilton shows the current amount in the rate details before you confirm, and Orange County’s 12.5% hotel tax is added on top.
Can non-guests use Evermore Bay at Conrad Orlando?
No. Evermore Bay, Conrad Beach and the resort pools are only for registered overnight guests, and there are no day passes. Visitors can still book a meal at Conrad’s restaurants, a treatment at Conrad Spa Orlando or a tee time at Grand Cypress Golf, but they cannot swim in the lagoon.
Does Conrad Orlando have free parking?
No. Parking at Conrad Orlando is valet only. Hilton listed it at $50 per night with in-and-out privileges at last check, and hotel guests cannot self-park. Evermore’s free self-parking is only for its vacation homes, flats and villas. Parking fees change, so confirm the rate when you book.
Is Conrad Orlando good for families?
Yes, especially for families who want pool and beach time between park days. King rooms sleep up to three, two-queen rooms up to four, and Family Suites with bunk beds up to six. Kids get the lagoon, a waterslide pool, a splash pad and a paid kids club. The downsides are the extra fees and no Disney Early Entry.
Does Conrad Orlando get Disney Early Theme Park Entry?
No. Disney’s official list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry includes the Swan, Dolphin, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria and Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek, but not Conrad Orlando. Its Good Neighbor Hotel status gives you the free shuttle and planning help, but not the 30-minute early entry.
Bottom line
Conrad Orlando is the best choice near Disney if you want a modern luxury hotel with a real beach-and-lagoon experience, a strong spa, family suites and a free Disney shuttle. In return, you pay a daily resort charge and $50 a night for valet, breakfast is not included and there is no Early Theme Park Entry.
