The best Orlando spa resorts give you more than a massage room off the lobby: steam rooms and saunas, outdoor hot and cold pools, quiet lounges and, at a few of them, an adults-only pool that comes with your treatment. We picked nine with a full-service spa on site and checked what each spa includes, who can use it and what gets added to the bill.

This guide is about the spa. Our ranking of the best luxury resorts in Orlando compares rooms and perks, and our list of romantic hotels in Orlando for couples covers adults-only escapes. Spa menus, hours and fees change often, so confirm details when you book.

Quick answer: For the biggest spa, book The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes (40,000 sq ft, 40 treatment rooms and an adults-only lap pool). For a spa plus Disney perks, choose Four Seasons Resort Orlando, where a 50-minute treatment also gets you into its 21+ Oasis pool. For hot and cold plunge pools, pick Conrad Orlando’s Water Garden. If you want a real spa without a resort fee, Rosen Shingle Creek is the one.

How we chose these spa resorts

We only included resorts whose own website describes a full-service spa on the property. For each one we noted the spa’s facilities (steam, sauna, whirlpools, pools), age rules, service charge and discounts. We checked resort fees, parking and park transportation on official pages in October 2026 (archived pages are dated) and measured road distances to park parking lots with OSRM. Nothing here is based on ratings, and rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.

1. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

The Ritz-Carlton Spa is the biggest spa in this guide: 40,000 square feet with 40 treatment rooms and a full salon, according to Grande Lakes Orlando. Signature massages and body treatments use herbs from the resort’s organic garden, honey from its own bees and citrus from local orchards. Between treatments you can swim in the heated, adults-only lap pool or eat at Vitale, the spa café.

The spa pool isn’t open to every hotel guest: you get in with a Spa Day Pass or a treatment, and the spa and pool are for ages 18 and up (16- and 17-year-olds can book facials with a parent). Hours at the time of writing are 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 7 pm on weekends. The rest of the family gets a waterpark with a lazy river and three waterslides. Our Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes review covers rooms and dining.

  • Why stay: The largest spa here, with its own adults-only lap pool, on a resort with a waterpark and golf.
  • Getting there / to the parks: 4012 Central Florida Parkway. By road it’s about 3 miles to SeaWorld, 5.5 to Epic Universe’s parking, 9 to Universal’s main garages and 13 to EPCOT’s. The resort fee covers shuttles to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal, reserved 24 hours ahead.
  • Good to know: Resort fee $55 plus tax a night; valet $58 plus tax, and self-parking is only at the JW Marriott next door ($42 plus tax). The spa adds a 22% service charge, and Florida residents get 15% off treatments Monday to Thursday (holidays excluded).

Best for: Spa-first trips with Universal, Epic Universe or SeaWorld on the list.

2. Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort

The Spa at Four Seasons has 18 treatment rooms and four couples’ suites, plus indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with an open-air whirlpool, a steam room and a solarium. Book any treatment of 50 minutes or longer and you also get into Oasis, the resort’s adults-only pool for guests 21 and older.

The menu goes beyond massages and facials, with IV drips, peptide therapy and vitamin shots, a full salon and fairy-tale makeovers for young children. The spa is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm at the time of writing. Four Seasons is also on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list, so you can start park days 30 minutes early and save the spa for afternoons. Our Four Seasons Resort Orlando guide covers rooms, the water park and Disney perks.

  • Why stay: A polished spa with real relaxation areas, plus Early Entry and a free Disney theme park shuttle.
  • Getting there / to the parks: 10100 Dream Tree Boulevard, inside Walt Disney World. By road it’s about 4 miles to Magic Kingdom’s parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center, 4 to Disney Springs and 5 to EPCOT. Resort buses run once an hour to each theme park; rides to Disney Springs, Universal and SeaWorld cost extra.
  • Good to know: The resort’s January 2026 map puts the daily resort fee at $55 per room plus tax, while Booking.com’s price breakdown showed US$60 plus tax in October 2026, so confirm it when you book. Parking is valet only, for a fee.

Best for: Couples and families who put Disney first but want a serious spa.

3. Conrad Orlando

Conrad Spa Orlando is built around a 12,000-square-foot outdoor Water Garden. Hilton’s opening release lists 11 interior treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms and a Serenity Lounge, and Hilton’s spa page (archived May 2026) describes a vitality pool, a cold plunge, a warm whirlpool and private soaking tubs in the garden.

If the spa is the point of your trip, look at the wellness rooms: the opening release describes four Deluxe Water Garden rooms with a secluded patio and special access to the Water Garden. The spa’s policies set 18 as the minimum age for treatments and amenities, and the amenities come only with a treatment (no day passes). The wellness-room text, however, lets registered guests aged 16 and 17 use the Water Garden with a parent, so ask before booking with teens. A 22% service charge is added, and the spa is cashless. Our Conrad Orlando review covers rooms, restaurants and Evermore Bay.

  • Why stay: A real hot-and-cold water circuit outdoors, next to Evermore Bay’s swimmable lagoon and beach.
  • Getting there / to the parks: 1500 Eastbeach Way at Evermore. Hilton says the resort is less than three miles from Walt Disney World; by road it’s about 4 miles to Disney Springs, 5.5 to Magic Kingdom’s parking and 6.5 to EPCOT. The resort charge covers a Disney Parks shuttle, but Conrad isn’t on Disney’s Early Entry list.
  • Good to know: Parking is valet only ($50 a night at last check, April 2026). Hilton’s page lists what the resort charge covers (including 15% off spa retail) but not the amount, so check it when you book. The minimum check-in age is 21.

Best for: Couples and wellness travelers who want hydrotherapy.

4. JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa

Spa by JW is a day spa of about 10,000 square feet with 10 treatment rooms, a co-ed relaxation lounge and separate women’s and men’s locker rooms with wet and dry saunas and aromatherapy showers. The spa page even sets out a hot-and-cold routine: a cool rain shower, 10 to 15 minutes in the dry sauna, a cold shower or ice body scrub, a rest, then the steam room.

You don’t need a treatment to use those amenities, because the spa sells a Spa Day Pass. Treatments include HydraFacials and Himalayan sound bowl therapy, and kids can book mini manicures, pedicures and gentle facials. For rooms, pools and restaurants, see our JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek review.

  • Why stay: A sauna-and-steam circuit and a day pass, a few miles from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
  • Getting there / to the parks: 14900 Chelonia Parkway in Bonnet Creek. By road it’s about 3.5 miles to Disney Springs, 4 to Hollywood Studios’ parking and 5.5 to EPCOT’s. The resort fee covers shuttles to the Disney parks and Disney Springs, but the JW isn’t on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.
  • Good to know: Resort fee $55 plus tax a night; Marriott lists self-parking at $43 and valet at $59 a day (checked in October 2026).

Best for: Marriott Bonvoy members who want sauna and steam between Disney days.

The Isle of Serenity room uses heated water-mattress tables with quartz sand for a solo or couples Sand & Sea treatment.

The menu also covers massages, facials, Normatec leg recovery and a salon. The spa is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm at the time of writing, prices change by date and time, and a 21% service charge is added.

  • Why stay: Salt therapy plus Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry and a Disney shuttle.
  • Getting there / to the parks: 14200 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane. By road it’s about 3.5 miles to Disney Springs, 4 to Hollywood Studios’ parking and 5 to EPCOT’s. The resort charge includes shuttles to all four Disney theme parks and Disney Springs, with schedules that vary by day.

How to choose an Orlando spa resort

Match the spa to your park plan

For Disney, Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria add Early Theme Park Entry; JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, Conrad and Gaylord Palms have a Disney shuttle without it. For Universal, Epic Universe, SeaWorld or the convention center, The Ritz-Carlton, Rosen Shingle Creek and Hilton Orlando are much closer. Omni ChampionsGate suits slower trips.

Decide what kind of spa day you want

  • Heat and water: Conrad’s Water Garden has cold and hot plunges; JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, Rosen Shingle Creek and Gaylord Palms have saunas and steam rooms.
  • Pool time: The Ritz-Carlton’s spa lap pool (18+), Four Seasons’ Oasis (21+) and Rosen Shingle Creek’s lap pool come with a treatment or pass. For more grown-up pools, see our guide to Orlando hotels with adults-only pools.
  • Treatments first: Waldorf Astoria’s salt rooms, Mokara at Omni and eforea at Hilton Orlando suit massage and facial fans.

Budget for the extras and book ahead

Most of these spas add a 20% to 22% service charge to the treatment price, and every resort here except Rosen Shingle Creek charges a nightly resort fee. Ask about Florida resident discounts (the Ritz-Carlton, Omni, Hilton Orlando and Gaylord Palms all list one). Book weekend treatments early, arrive 30 minutes ahead, bring ID and read the cancellation rules (24 hours’ notice at the Ritz-Carlton and Omni).

Can you use an Orlando resort spa without staying there?

Often, yes. The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek sell Spa Day Passes, and Rosen Shingle Creek welcomes walk-ins when there’s space. Ask what a treatment includes before you go.

How much is the service charge at Orlando resort spas?

Expect 20% to 22% on top of the listed treatment price. At the time of writing, Gaylord Palms adds 20%, Waldorf Astoria, Rosen Shingle Creek and Hilton Orlando add 21%, and The Ritz-Carlton, Conrad and Omni ChampionsGate add 22%. The Ritz-Carlton says its charge goes to the staff who served you, and extra tips are optional. Check the current rate when you book.

What is the minimum age for spas at Orlando resorts?

Most spa facilities on this list are for adults 18 and older, and Four Seasons’ Oasis pool is 21+. Teens can book some services: Rosen Shingle Creek’s FAQ gives 16 as the minimum age to book a treatment, and the Ritz-Carlton allows facials at 16 and 17 with a parent. Four Seasons and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek also offer kids’ makeovers or mini manicures.

Does Walt Disney World have its own spa?

Yes. Disney lists The Grand Floridian Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, a full-service spa and salon open 9 am to 6 pm at last check. Treatments are for adults 18 and up, with teens 14 to 17 allowed when a parent stays for the whole visit, and a 20% service charge is added.
