Every Embassy Suites Orlando hotel sells the same core package: a two-room suite with a bedroom door (Sunset Walk also sells one-room studios), a free made-to-order breakfast and a complimentary evening reception with drinks and snacks. What changes is everything else: location, shuttles, resort fees, parking and pools. Hilton’s Orlando locator listed eight Embassy Suites properties (January 2026 capture), all eight were bookable on Booking.com in October 2026, and all are below.
Fees below come from Hilton’s pages and Booking.com price breakdowns for sample nights in November 2026 and January 2027; where official sources disagree, we give both.
Quick answer: For Disney, book Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort (about 2.5 miles from Disney Springs, free shuttle to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, US$24.95 resort fee on Booking.com) or Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee (no resort fee; its shuttle was paid at last check). For Universal and Epic Universe, the renovated ICON Park hotel is about 2.5 to 3.5 road miles away. Sunset Walk has the biggest pool complex and the most Disney park runs, paid for by a US$44 resort fee. The Airport, Downtown and Orlando North hotels suit flights, downtown events and the northern suburbs, not park days.

How we chose and compared the Embassy Suites hotels
This is the full set, not a ranking. We checked each hotel on Hilton’s pages (archived copies, with the month noted), its Booking.com listing and the shuttle operators’ own schedules. Distances are rounded road miles to each park’s parking entrance, because hotels’ “miles to Disney” figures are often straight lines.
Two brand facts apply everywhere. Hilton Honors perks (points, member rates, free Wi-Fi where it is charged) apply only to bookings made directly with Hilton, not through Booking.com. And none of the eight is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list of 15 non-Disney hotels, so you get standard park opening and the standard Lightning Lane window.

1. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive ICON Park

The all-suite tower at 8250 Jamaican Court, a side street off International Drive next to ICON Park, finished a full renovation in 2026, so it has the freshest suites of the eight. All 246 suites have a bedroom with a door and a living room with a sofa bed and a wet bar. One heated pool runs from an outdoor deck into a glass-roofed indoor section, Cascades Lounge serves dinner and cocktails, and the E’terie market is open 24 hours. Our Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive review covers it room by room; our guide to hotels near ICON Park compares the neighbors.
- Why stay: the closest Embassy Suites to Universal’s garages, with ICON Park’s restaurants and The Wheel about a 10-minute walk away.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 2.5 road miles to Universal’s garages, 3.3 to Epic Universe’s parking, 4 to SeaWorld, 8 to Disney Springs and 11.5 to 13.5 to the Disney parks. The shuttle is the open question: the hotel’s Booking.com description and its manager’s September 2026 announcement call it free (not to SeaWorld), while Hilton’s hotel information page still said “paid shuttle” at our last check. Platinum Transportation’s schedule (effective October 5, 2026) shows 8:55 a.m. runs to Universal and Epic Universe and a 9:55 a.m. EPCOT run, with returns from 5:45 to 8:20 p.m. and no fare printed. Ask about the price before you count on it.
- Good to know: self-parking is $24.50 a day including tax on Hilton’s page (US$23 on Booking.com), no valet. No resort fee: Booking.com’s sample nights added only 12.5% tax. Check-in 4 p.m., minimum age 21, pets (two dogs or cats) $75 for one to four nights or $125 for longer stays.
Best for: Universal and Epic Universe trips for families who want a cooked breakfast and a bedroom door without resort-fee prices.

2. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center

The second I-Drive Embassy Suites, at 8978 International Drive, sits beside Pointe Orlando, about a mile south of ICON Park. Hilton’s hotel information page (archived March 2026) lists 244 suites, an indoor pool with a whirlpool, a heated outdoor pool with a second whirlpool and a children’s wading pool. Bar Meets Grill serves dinner (5 to 10 p.m., per Hilton), and the convention center’s West Building is about 1 road mile away.
- Why stay: two pools and two whirlpools, with Pointe Orlando’s restaurants next door.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 3 miles to Universal’s garages and to Epic Universe’s parking, 3.3 to SeaWorld, 8 to Disney Springs (up to 10 on the way back), 11.5 to 12 to EPCOT, 12 to Hollywood Studios, 13 to Animal Kingdom and 13.5 to the Magic Kingdom lot. The shuttle is Fabulous Buses, at $15 per rider (adults and children 3 to 11), booked up to 48 hours ahead: one Disney run to the Transportation and Ticket Center at 7:25 a.m. (back 5:20 p.m.), one to EPCOT at 10:10 a.m. (back 10:20 p.m.), and Universal runs at 8:50 and 11:35 a.m. (back 3:45 and 7 p.m.). Booking.com’s description calls the Disney transfer complimentary, so confirm the price.
- Good to know: self-parking $23 a day (Hilton’s pages archived March and June 2026, and Booking.com), and Hilton lists no valet. No resort fee: Booking.com’s sample nights added only 6% and 6.5% taxes, but it lists a US$125 refundable damage deposit. Minimum check-in age 18 on both sources; pets $75 or $125; Hilton (June 2026) lists a $150 late check-out fee.
Best for: convention trips with the family along, and I-Drive stays split between SeaWorld, Universal and Pointe Orlando.

3. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

This is the Embassy Suites closest to Disney: 8100 Lake Street, north of Disney Springs between Palm Parkway and I-4. Hilton’s hotel information page (April 2026 capture) lists 334 suites, a heated outdoor pool and kids’ splash pad, Gazebo Restaurant & Grille, a pizza and ice cream shop, a pool bar and a Starbucks coffee shop; its overview adds tennis and pickleball courts, a putting green and a playground. Hilton’s room list (2025 capture) puts king suites at four or five guests and two-queen suites at six, and Booking.com lists free cribs for children up to 3. Compare it with the other options in our list of Hilton hotels near Disney World.
- Why stay: the shortest drive to Disney Springs of any Embassy Suites, a splash pad and a free Disney shuttle.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 2.5 miles to the Disney Springs garages (up to 4 on the way back), 7 to EPCOT’s main lot, 7 to 7.5 to Hollywood Studios, 8 to 8.5 to Animal Kingdom and about 9 to the Magic Kingdom lot on public roads; SeaWorld is about 3 miles, Epic Universe 6.5 and Universal 7 to 8. Hilton’s page says the shuttle “runs to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney Springs”, but Platinum Transportation’s current schedule for the hotel (effective October 5, 2026) lists only EPCOT (8:30 and 10:45 a.m.), Hollywood Studios (9:50 and 11:35 a.m.) and Disney Springs (5:15 p.m.), with the last returns at 10:30 p.m. from EPCOT and 11:05 p.m. from Disney Springs; for Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom you transfer to Disney’s buses or monorail. No fare is printed, and seats are first come first served.
- Good to know: Booking.com adds a US$24.95 resort fee per night plus 12.5% tax; Hilton’s policies list no resort charge, but one of its suite descriptions (2025) mentions a “24.95USD RESORT CHARGE”, so budget for it. Parking $25 self or $32 valet on Hilton’s page (Booking.com also lists US$25). Check-in 4 p.m., minimum age 21, pets $75 or $125.
Best for: Disney-first families who want the shuttle, the splash pad and Disney Springs dinners a few minutes away.

The February 2026 sheet Hilton links priced Disney rides at $10 per person round trip, voucher required; Platinum’s October 2026 sheet prints no fare, so ask.
- Good to know: Hilton’s page (archived June 2026) lists self-parking at $25 plus tax a day, effective December 1, 2025; Booking.com’s fine print says USD 20 per day, so ask which applies. No resort fee: Booking.com’s sample nights added only Osceola County’s 13.5% tax. Standard Wi-Fi is listed at $9.95 (free for Honors members who book direct). Hilton’s minimum check-in age is 21; Booking.com shows none. Pets up to 75 lb, $75 or $125.

5. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk

The most resort-like of the eight sits at 3151 Sunset Walk Drive in Kissimmee, in the Sunset Walk dining district next to Margaritaville Resort Orlando, west of Disney on US 192. Hilton’s hotel information page (archived August 2025) describes the Oasis Beach Club: a zero-entry pool, a tiki bar with 20 TVs and 36 private cabanas, and the hotel’s own photos show a splash pad with a kids’ slide. The room mix is different: Hilton’s room list (August 2025) has one-room queen studios with a kitchenette and king suites with a kitchen and balcony, both for four, plus two-bedroom suites with a king, two queens and a sofa bed for eight.
- Why stay: the biggest pool scene of any Embassy Suites, two-bedroom suites for eight and the most Disney park runs.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 4.5 miles to Animal Kingdom’s parking, 7 to Hollywood Studios, 8.5 to 9 to EPCOT’s main lot, about 9 to the Magic Kingdom lot and 9.5 to Disney Springs; Universal and Epic Universe are about 16 to 17.5 miles and SeaWorld 12.5 to 13. The shuttle runs through Firefighters All Services, whose booking system priced every route at $0.00 for sample dates of November 10 and 18, 2026: Animal Kingdom 9:20 a.m., the Transportation and Ticket Center 9:20 and 10:35 a.m. and Hollywood Studios 10:35 a.m. and 12:25 p.m. (last returns 10:15 to 10:30 p.m.), plus 7:15 a.m. runs to SeaWorld, Epic Universe and Universal Studios. Check your own date.
- Good to know: Booking.com’s breakdown shows a US$44 resort fee per night plus 13.5% tax on both sample dates. Hilton (February 2026 capture) gives no amount but says the charge covers Island H2O Water Park (open through October 31, 2026), internet, theme park transportation and more. Self-parking is $15 a day (Hilton and Booking.com, which says to reserve). Minimum check-in age is 21 on both (Hilton said 18 in 2025), and pets up to 45 lb pay $125.
Best for: families who want a real resort pool and two bedrooms, and Animal Kingdom mornings without a car.

Hilton’s room list has suites for four (king) or six (two doubles), but Booking.com caps every suite at four adults, or two adults and three children in a double-bed suite. 8. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

The eighth hotel is in Altamonte Springs, at 225 Shorecrest Drive on Cranes Roost Lake in Uptown Altamonte, with the Altamonte Mall about 0.1 mile away per Hilton. Its 277 two-room suites include lake-view rooms, and the pool is the only fully indoor one of the eight, a heated pool with a whirlpool. Hilton places it 8 miles north of downtown Orlando.

Booking.com’s breakdown also adds a US$3 “resort fee” per night plus 13% tax on every sample date, and a US$75 refundable damage deposit. Check-in 4 p.m., minimum age 21, pets up to 75 lb for $75 or $125.
Best for: visiting family in Seminole County and value stays where the parks are a day trip, not the point.
Which Embassy Suites for Disney, Universal, the airport or downtown
- Disney World with a shuttle: Lake Buena Vista Resort (free runs to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs) or Sunset Walk (free runs to Animal Kingdom, the TTC and Hollywood Studios, in the resort fee).
- Disney World on a budget with a car: Lake Buena Vista South, with no resort fee and about 6.5 to 10 miles to the park lots.
- Universal and Epic Universe: ICON Park first (about 2.5 miles to the garages), then the Convention Center hotel (about 3 miles, with a $15 shuttle); the other six are 6 miles or more away. Compare them in our Hilton hotels near Universal guide.
- Flights, cruises and downtown events: the Airport hotel (about 2.5 miles from the terminals, free shuttle) and the Downtown hotel (a walk from Lake Eola, the Dr. Phillips Center and the Kia Center).
How to choose between the Embassy Suites hotels
Add the fees before you compare rates. Three of the eight carry a nightly charge on Booking.com at the time of writing: Sunset Walk (US$44 + tax), Lake Buena Vista Resort (US$24.95 + tax) and Orlando North (US$3 + tax). Parking runs from $10 plus tax at Orlando North to $30 at Downtown.
Match the suite to your group. King suites sleep four (five in some suites at Lake Buena Vista Resort and the Airport, per Hilton’s room lists); for five or six, book a two-queen or two-double suite and read the room name, because some accessible and corner suites sleep fewer. Only Sunset Walk and the Convention Center hotel go to eight. For other layouts that sleep six, see our guide to Orlando hotels with kids’ suites.
Treat the shuttles as a bonus, not a plan. Only Sunset Walk runs to Animal Kingdom; it and the Convention Center’s paid bus also reach the Magic Kingdom lot, while both Lake Buena Vista hotels serve only EPCOT and Hollywood Studios among the parks.
Breakfast is a hotel inclusion, not a loyalty perk, so you get it on a Booking.com rate too. For more included meals, our list of Orlando hotels with free breakfast adds non-Hilton options near the parks.
Frequently asked questions
Which Embassy Suites in Orlando is closest to Disney World?
Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort, at 8100 Lake Street, is about 2.5 road miles from the Disney Springs garages and about 7 miles from EPCOT’s main parking lot. Sunset Walk is closest to Animal Kingdom (about 4.5 miles), and Lake Buena Vista South is about 6.5 miles from Hollywood Studios. All three are off Disney property, so none has Early Theme Park Entry.
Which Embassy Suites Orlando hotels have a free theme park shuttle?
Two are clearly free: Lake Buena Vista Resort (Platinum Transportation runs to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs, no fare printed) and Sunset Walk (Firefighters All Services, $0.00 in its booking system, covered by the resort fee). Lake Buena Vista South’s Disney runs were $10 per person round trip on the February 2026 sheet, and the Convention Center hotel’s operator charges $15 per rider. ICON Park’s sources disagree on its fare.
Do Embassy Suites hotels in Orlando charge resort fees?
Three did on Booking.com’s price breakdowns for our sample dates: Sunset Walk (US$44 a night plus tax), Lake Buena Vista Resort (US$24.95 plus tax) and Orlando North (US$3 plus tax). The ICON Park, Convention Center, Lake Buena Vista South, Downtown and Airport hotels added only state and county taxes. All eight charge for self-parking, from $10 plus tax to $30 a day.
Is breakfast free at every Embassy Suites in Orlando?
Yes. Every one of the eight lists a free made-to-order breakfast and a complimentary evening reception with drinks and snacks on its Hilton amenity list, Hours aren’t published on most of the hotel pages, so confirm them at check-in if you have an early shuttle. Alcohol at the reception is for guests 21 and over.
How many people can sleep in an Embassy Suites two-room suite?
On Hilton’s room lists, king suites with a sofa bed sleep four (five in some suites at Lake Buena Vista Resort and the Airport), and suites with two queen or two double beds plus a sofa bed sleep six. Sunset Walk’s two-bedroom suites take eight, as does a two-bedroom, two-bath suite on the Convention Center hotel’s Hilton room list. Extra beds are generally not available; cribs are free on request at most of the hotels.
Which Embassy Suites is best for Universal Orlando and Epic Universe?
Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive ICON Park, about 2.5 road miles from Universal’s garages and 3.3 from Epic Universe’s parking, with suites renovated in 2026. The Convention Center hotel is about 3 miles from both and has indoor and outdoor pools, but its shuttle is $15 a rider. Neither includes Universal Express or Early Park Admission, which go to Universal’s own hotel guests and other selected groups.
Bottom line
The eight Embassy Suites Orlando hotels share the suite, the breakfast and the reception, so choose by location and fees: the two Lake Buena Vista hotels for Disney, ICON Park for Universal, Sunset Walk for the pool and shuttles. Confirm the shuttle and resort fee for your dates, then book the suite type that fits your group.
