Hilton hotels near Disney World range from two Bonnet Creek resorts and three Disney Springs hotels with Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry to suite hotels with free breakfast at Flamingo Crossings and Hilton Grand Vacations resorts with full kitchens. This guide compares 13 Hilton-family properties, each within about 10 road miles of a Disney theme park’s parking, grouped by area and price tier with the Hilton brand named for each.

The shuttle matters most, because “complimentary” means three things here: a bus paid through a mandatory resort charge, a truly free ride, or a paid seat. Facts come from the hotels’, Hilton’s or Disney’s own pages (archived copies, with the capture month, where hilton.com blocks access), and distances are our road routes to each park’s parking. Hilton Honors points and perks apply only to bookings made directly with Hilton, not on Booking.com. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.

Quick answer: For Disney perks, book one of the five Hilton-family hotels on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list: Signia by Hilton or the Waldorf Astoria in Bonnet Creek, or the Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Lake Buena Vista or DoubleTree Suites in the Disney Springs Resort Area, all with a Disney shuttle covered by the resort charge. Conrad Orlando is the luxury pick without Early Entry; Embassy Suites, Hampton, Homewood and Home2 include breakfast; and the two Hilton Grand Vacations resorts give you a full kitchen.

How we chose these Hilton hotels near Disney World

We looked at every Hilton brand in the Disney area and kept the properties that pass four tests:

  • Location: within about 10 road miles of a Disney theme park lot on public roads, measured with OpenStreetMap routing.
  • Verified amenities: rooms, pools, kitchens and breakfast as stated on Hilton’s or the hotel’s own pages.
  • Value: resort charges, parking and what the charge actually buys.
  • Transport: Disney perks, who runs the shuttle, what it costs and how you book it.

We have not stayed at these hotels, and we don’t use ratings or quote room prices. We left out Hiltons whose official pages we couldn’t check for current fees and shuttle terms. Our best hotels near Disney World guide sets these Hiltons beside the Marriott, Hyatt and independent options.

Hilton hotels near Disney World compared

Perks and transport first. “Early Entry” is Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry, which Disney says continues through 2027 for the hotels on its list (our list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry has the rest). None of these Hiltons gets Extended Evening Hours, the 7-day Lightning Lane window or free Disney parking, which Disney keeps for its own Resort hotels and a few others on its property.

1. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

Signia, the former Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, is a 1,009-room resort in the private Bonnet Creek enclave beside Walt Disney World, and the Hilton to pick if the pool is half the vacation: a lazy river with tubes, a waterslide and a zero-entry pool, with the Waldorf Astoria’s golf club and spa next door. It’s on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.

  • Why stay: Early Entry plus a lazy river on site, and the resort charge includes a free kids’-menu dinner for children 12 and under (one per adult entrée) at La Luce or Harvest Bistro.
  • Getting there / to the parks: a motorcoach shared with the Waldorf runs to all four Disney theme parks and Disney Springs during regular park hours, covered by the resort charge. By road you’re about 4 miles from Hollywood Studios, 5 from EPCOT’s main parking lot and 6 from the Magic Kingdom ticket center lot.
  • Good to know: a $50-plus-tax nightly resort charge, and self-parking at $40 or valet at $60 a day plus tax (hotel FAQ, October 2026). Breakfast isn’t included, though kids 5 and under eat breakfast free at Harvest Bistro with an adult entrée.

Best for: pool-loving families with kids 12 and under who want Early Entry under a Hilton roof.

Compare rates for Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, or read our full Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek review.

2. Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Next door on Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, the Waldorf Astoria is the quieter luxury choice, with its own golf club, a Waldorf Astoria spa, a kids’ club, and pools and cabanas of its own. The hotel’s FAQ confirms Waldorf guests can also use Signia’s pool, lazy river and restaurants. It shares Signia’s Early Entry status and motorcoach, and you must be 21 to book.

  • Why stay: luxury, golf and a spa with Early Entry, without giving up a lazy river.
  • Getting there / to the parks: transportation to all four Disney theme parks and Disney Springs, covered by the resort charge; schedules vary by day. About 4.5 road miles to Hollywood Studios, 5 to EPCOT’s main lot and 6.5 to the Magic Kingdom lot.
  • Good to know: a $50-plus-tax resort charge (Wi-Fi for two devices, the shuttle, golf practice facilities, four lazy river tubes at Signia and the kids’ dinner offer) and valet-only parking at $60 a day plus tax at the time of writing.

Best for: couples, golfers and families with older kids who want a calm luxury base with Early Entry.

Check your dates for Waldorf Astoria Orlando on Booking.com, or see our Waldorf Astoria Orlando review.

3. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area

The Buena Vista Palace sits in the Disney Springs Resort Area, a 5-to-7-minute walk from Disney Springs by a path and pedestrian bridge, per the hotel. It’s an Official Walt Disney World Hotel with Early Entry at all four theme parks, and the resort charge includes the Float Lagoon, its lazy river.

  • Why stay: the shortest drive to EPCOT in this list, about 4.5 road miles to its main parking lot, plus Disney Springs on foot.
  • Getting there / to the parks: an hourly shuttle to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, covered by the resort charge. You reserve both directions, up to 72 hours ahead; the first bus leaves 90 minutes before park opening and the last return 60 minutes after closing.
  • Good to know: a $41-plus-tax resort charge; self-parking $38 and valet $48 per night, plus 6.5% tax; breakfast isn’t included.

Best for: families who want Early Entry, a lazy river and evenings at Disney Springs without a car.

See prices and availability at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, or read our Buena Vista Palace review. Our Disney Springs hotels guide compares all eight hotels in the area.

4. Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area

This 814-room Hilton on Hotel Plaza Boulevard connects to Disney Springs by a pedestrian skybridge and is on Disney’s Early Entry list. You get two heated pools, a kids’ splash pad, a 24-hour arcade and six places to eat, including the Covington Mill breakfast buffet (7 to 11 a.m.) and a market open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.

  • Why stay: the only Hilton here with a skybridge into Disney Springs, plus suites with two bedrooms for big groups.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s page lists the shuttle to and from the four Disney theme parks as included, and it runs on reservations. By road it’s about 5 miles each to the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios lots and 6 to the Magic Kingdom lot.
  • Good to know: a daily resort charge covers internet, the Disney shuttle, two bottles of water, a $10 arcade card and breakfast for children 5 and under, but Hilton’s policy text gave no amount (June 2026 capture). Self-parking is $38 and valet $48 a night, plus 6.5% tax.

Best for: families and couples who want Disney Springs dinners on foot and still get Early Entry.

Check availability at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, or see our Hilton Lake Buena Vista review.

5. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area

DoubleTree calls itself the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Resort Area. Its one-bedroom suites (over 540 square feet) sleep up to six, with a king or two queens in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa and wet bar in the parlor. It has Early Entry, a heated pool, a splash pad and a playground.

  • Why stay: a separate bedroom for the kids’ bedtime at an Early Entry hotel, within walking distance of Disney Springs.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s main page (June 2026 capture) lists the theme park shuttle in the daily resort charge, though its May 2026 info page called it “fee-based.” The operator, Fabulous Buses, shows a $14 fare but says boarding passes are complimentary for hotel guests with a promo code from the front desk, bookable up to 48 hours ahead. Hilton says departures start 90 minutes before park opening and returns run until 60 minutes after closing; the operator’s timetable runs returns until 90 minutes after closing, so confirm at the desk. It’s about 5.5 road miles to Hollywood Studios, 6 to EPCOT’s lot and 6.5 to the Magic Kingdom lot.
  • Good to know: the resort charge (no amount on Hilton’s page, June 2026 capture) also covers internet, bottled water and a kids-eat-free offer (12 and under, with an adult entrée). Self-parking is $35 and valet $45, plus tax; the Evergreen Cafe breakfast buffet costs extra.

Best for: families of five or six who want a suite, Early Entry and Disney Springs on foot.

See available suites at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando Disney Springs, or read our DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs review.

6. Conrad Orlando

The Conrad is the hotel inside Evermore Orlando Resort in the Lake Buena Vista area: rooms of 440 to 505 square feet, five restaurants and lounges, a spa, a kids’ club, golf, and Conrad Beach on Evermore Bay, a swimmable lagoon. Hilton calls it a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, though the program’s own hotel list (wdwgoodneighborhotels.com) didn’t include it in October 2026, and it’s not on Disney’s Early Entry list.

  • Why stay: a beach-and-lagoon resort day between park days.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s Disney page (April 2026 capture) describes a complimentary luxury motorcoach to all four Disney parks with multiple departures a day, picked up at Group Arrival, and lists the Disney Parks shuttle among the resort charge inclusions. It’s about 5.5 road miles to the Magic Kingdom lot, 6 to EPCOT’s lot and 4 to 4.5 to Disney Springs.
  • Good to know: valet-only parking at $50 a night and a minimum check-in age of 21 at last check; the daily resort charge, with no amount published, covers Wi-Fi, lagoon and beach access, kayaks, paddleboards and fitness classes. Evermore’s FAQ says the wider resort has no central park shuttle, so the motorcoach is a Conrad perk.

Best for: couples and families who want a luxury resort day as much as a park day and don’t need Early Entry.

Compare rates for Conrad Orlando, or see our Conrad Orlando review.

7. Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

This Hampton at 8150 Palm Parkway, a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, is the closest budget Hilton to Disney Springs, about 2.8 road miles away. (Hilton’s “less than two miles from Walt Disney World” is likely measured to Disney’s property line.) You get a free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool.

  • Why stay: breakfast included and self-parking listed at just $7 a day (April 2026 capture), close to I-4 for Universal days.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s page says to “schedule our free shuttle to Disney, Universal Orlando and Epic Universe” in one paragraph and “fee may apply” in another. The operator, Platinum Transportation, posts a timetable (effective October 5, 2026) with one run a day each to Universal Studios, Epic Universe, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT and Disney Springs and no Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom run, so confirm before you count on it. By road, it’s about 6.5 miles to Hollywood Studios and 7 each to EPCOT’s lot, the Magic Kingdom lot and Universal.
  • Good to know: no resort fee on Hilton’s policy page; up to two dogs or cats of 25 pounds or less for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125 (5 or more); check-in at 3 p.m.

Best for: couples and families of four with a car who want breakfast and cheap parking.

8. Hilton Grand Vacations Club Parc Soleil Orlando

Parc Soleil is a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare resort on 52 acres off Palm Parkway that also rents suites by the night. Studios (400 square feet, for two) have a kitchenette, while the one-, two- and three-bedroom suites add a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a balcony. The French-inspired pool area has a waterslide and cabanas, plus a kids’ activity center and tennis.

  • Why stay: a two- or three-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a big family, and complimentary garage self-parking at last check (Hilton, February 2026).
  • Getting there / to the parks: no Disney shuttle is listed, so plan to drive: about 4 road miles to Disney Springs and 8 to the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios lots, though Hilton lists Walt Disney World at 2 miles. SeaWorld is about 3.5 miles away.
  • Good to know: Hilton lists a daily resort charge covering internet, calls and two Starbucks coffees or bottled waters a day, without an amount, so check the price breakdown. Check-out is 10 a.m., and only service animals are allowed.

Best for: extended families who will cook and drive, and don’t need Disney perks.

9. Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village Orlando

Tuscany Village is an Italian-style Hilton Grand Vacations resort on 34 acres at Vineland Avenue and International Drive, connected to Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets by a private gate. Studios (364 square feet, for two) have a kitchenette and the one-, two- and three-bedroom suites have full kitchens. Outside are two pools, a pool bar and grill, sports courts, a kids’ activity center and lakeside trails.

  • Why stay: outlet shopping next door and a suite with a kitchen, between Disney, SeaWorld and Universal.
  • Getting there / to the parks: no theme park shuttle is listed (the only shuttle on Hilton’s page is an evening parking shuttle), so you’ll drive: about 4.5 road miles to Disney Springs, 7 to Hollywood Studios, 8 to EPCOT and 10 to the Magic Kingdom lot, but only 3.5 to SeaWorld and 7 to Universal.
  • Good to know: self-parking is $10 a night plus 6.5% tax, and there’s a daily resort charge (internet, two coffees or waters a day, select activities) with no amount shown (Hilton, April 2026 capture). Check-out is 10 a.m., and pets aren’t allowed.

Best for: families splitting a week between Disney, SeaWorld and Universal who want to cook.

At 4955 Kyngs Heath Road in Kissimmee, at SR 535, this Embassy Suites has two-room suites only, for up to six, plus a free made-to-order breakfast and a complimentary evening reception. There’s one heated outdoor pool and no resort fee on Hilton’s policy pages.

  • Why stay: a separate living room with a sofa bed, plus breakfast and an evening reception included.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the shuttle is run by Platinum Transportation, not Hilton, and it’s paid: $10 per person round trip for Disney, with one run a day to Hollywood Studios (9:00 a.m.) and EPCOT (11:15 a.m.) plus 7:10 a.m. trips to Universal Studios and Epic Universe, on the schedule effective February 1, 2026. You need a reservation and a voucher from the concierge.
  • Good to know: self-parking $25 plus tax a day since December 1, 2025, with no valet; minimum check-in age 21; dogs or cats up to 75 pounds for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125.

Best for: families of five or six on a budget who will drive most days.

Check your dates for Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South on Booking.com, or read our Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South review.

11. Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center

Homewood Suites, at 411 Flagler Avenue off SR 429, sits in Flamingo Crossings Town Center outside Disney’s western entrance, about 5 road miles from Animal Kingdom’s parking. Every suite has a full kitchen, the hot breakfast buffet is free (eggs, breakfast meats and Mickey Mouse waffles), and the pool has a waterslide. Hilton also lists an evening reception Monday through Thursday.

  • Why stay: a kitchen, free breakfast and a slide pool for rest days, at a Walt Disney World Gateway Hotel.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s page advertises “free Disney shuttles” and scheduled transportation to and from the parks (February 2026 capture), but posts no timetable, so ask at the desk. By road, it’s about 6.5 miles to EPCOT’s lot and 7.5 to the Magic Kingdom lot.
  • Good to know: parking $20 a day, with covered spaces and EV chargers; no resort fee listed; dogs or cats up to 75 pounds for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125; check-in at 4 p.m.

Best for: families who want to cook some meals and plan around Animal Kingdom and EPCOT.

See prices and availability at Homewood Suites Orlando at Flamingo Crossings. Our Flamingo Crossings hotels guide compares it with the four Marriott hotels next door.

12. Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center

Home2 Suites, at 341 Flagler Avenue in the same district, is the more playful of the two Flamingo Crossings Hiltons: an outdoor saline pool with slides, a poolside restaurant and bar, backyard sports courts and the Spin2 Cycle room, which combines laundry and fitness. Suites have an in-room kitchen, the hot breakfast is free (with Mickey Mouse waffles), and pets are welcome.

  • Why stay: the slide pool and a kitchen, plus laundry you can run while you work out.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s page (April 2026 capture) lists “shuttles to Disney” and scheduled Gateway Hotel transportation but doesn’t say what they cost or how to book, so ask Home2 before you skip the car. Animal Kingdom’s lot is about 5 road miles away.
  • Good to know: self-parking $20 a day, with covered spaces; no resort fee listed; dogs or cats up to 75 pounds for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125; check-in at 4 p.m.

Hilton hotels near Disney World with a shuttle: what it really costs

Here is how the 13 sort out on the official pages at last check:

  • Covered by a mandatory resort charge: Signia and the Waldorf ($50 a night each, plus tax), the Buena Vista Palace ($41), Hilton Lake Buena Vista, DoubleTree Suites and Conrad Orlando (amounts not published), and the Hilton Orlando ($47, Magic Kingdom and EPCOT only).
  • Free, with no resort fee listed: Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings. Hampton Inn says “free” in one place and “fee may apply” in another, and Home2 Suites doesn’t state a cost.
  • Paid per ride: Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South, at $10 per person round trip to Disney through Platinum Transportation.
  • No park shuttle listed: the two Hilton Grand Vacations resorts.

Most of these shuttles need a reservation and run at set times, and Magic Kingdom buses may stop at the Transportation and Ticket Center (the Bonnet Creek motorcoach does), so allow time for the monorail or ferry. Our guide to hotels near Disney World with a free shuttle covers every brand. If you drive, Disney’s standard theme park parking is $35 a day.

Hilton Honors at these hotels: book direct or on Booking.com?

Hilton’s program terms (October 2026 capture) exclude “third party websites bookings (irrespective of rate paid)” from earning points and stay credit, and on-property member benefits aren’t given on reservations made through a non-Hilton-direct channel. Stays booked through the Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare programs or HGV sales-presentation packages don’t qualify either.

So on Booking.com, plan on no points, no elite perks and no Honors discount rate; if those matter, price the same dates on Hilton’s site and compare totals with fees added. Disney’s Early Entry is a benefit for registered guests of the listed hotels, so it doesn’t depend on where you book.

How to choose a Hilton near Disney World

  • You want Disney perks: stay at one of the five Early Entry Hiltons. Pick Signia for the lazy river, the Waldorf for calm luxury and golf, or a Disney Springs hotel (Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Lake Buena Vista or DoubleTree Suites) to walk to dinner.
  • You want breakfast included: Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites include it; everywhere else it’s extra.
  • You need a kitchen or a second room: the two Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, Homewood or Home2 for kitchens, and DoubleTree Suites or Embassy Suites for a separate living room.
  • You want a luxury resort day: Conrad Orlando for Evermore Bay, or the Waldorf for its spa and golf.
  • Your week mixes Disney with Universal or SeaWorld: the Hilton Orlando, Tuscany Village or Parc Soleil.

Frequently asked questions

Which Hilton hotels near Disney World have Early Theme Park Entry?

Five were on Disney’s list at our October 2026 check: Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando. Their registered guests can enter any Disney theme park 30 minutes early every day of the stay with valid admission, and Disney says the benefit continues through 2027. Conrad Orlando and the other Hiltons here aren’t on the list.

Do Hilton hotels near Disney World have a free shuttle to the parks?

Several do, but read “free” carefully. At Signia, the Waldorf, the Buena Vista Palace, Hilton Lake Buena Vista, DoubleTree Suites, Conrad Orlando and the Hilton Orlando, the Disney shuttle is covered by a mandatory daily resort charge. Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings advertises free Disney shuttles with no resort fee listed, while Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South charges $10 per person round trip.

Which Hilton hotel is closest to Disney World?

For Disney Springs, the three Disney Springs Resort Area hotels: Hilton Lake Buena Vista connects by skybridge, the Buena Vista Palace is a 5-to-7-minute walk, and DoubleTree Suites is within walking distance. For the theme parks, the Palace is about 4.5 road miles from EPCOT’s main lot, and Signia is about 4 miles from Hollywood Studios. All four of those hotels also get Early Entry.

Do I get Hilton Honors points if I book a Hilton near Disney on Booking.com?

No. Hilton’s Honors terms exclude bookings made on third-party websites, whatever the rate, from earning points and stay credit, and on-property member benefits apply only to reservations made through Hilton’s direct channels. Early Entry and the hotel shuttles still come with your room. If points or elite perks matter, compare the Booking.com total with Hilton’s own rate for the same dates.

Which Hilton hotels near Disney World include breakfast?

Four include it in the rate: Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South (made to order, plus an evening reception), Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista, and Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites at Flamingo Crossings, both with Mickey Mouse waffles. At Hilton Lake Buena Vista the resort charge covers breakfast for children 5 and under, and at Signia kids 5 and under eat breakfast free with an adult entrée.

Can anyone book the Hilton Grand Vacations resorts near Disney?

Yes. Parc Soleil and Tuscany Village are timeshare resorts, but both rent studios and suites by the night on Hilton’s site and on Booking.com, so you don’t need to own anything. Expect a daily resort charge whose amount Hilton’s pages don’t show, a kitchen or kitchenette in every unit, a 10 a.m. check-out and no theme park shuttle. Hilton’s Honors terms exclude stays booked through the timeshare program itself.

Bottom line

For most Disney trips, the best Hilton hotels near Disney World are the five on Disney’s Early Entry list: Signia for pools, the Waldorf for luxury, or a Disney Springs hotel to walk to dinner, with the shuttle paid through the resort charge. Choose Embassy Suites, Hampton, Homewood or Home2 for included breakfast, or a Hilton Grand Vacations resort for a kitchen, and confirm shuttle times and fees before you book.
