The best hotels with shuttle to Disney Springs let you spend an evening there and ride back late without driving. On the timetables we checked for late October 2026, the Walt Disney World Dolphin had the most frequent buses, Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria had eight departures a day, and the Drury Plaza had eleven. Many other hotels send one bus in the late afternoon and bring you back around 11 p.m.
A “Disney shuttle” on a hotel website does not always include Disney Springs. So we checked each hotel’s own page and the bus operator’s current timetable. Parking at Disney Springs is free, so these hotels suit travelers without a car, or anyone who would rather not drive after dinner. For the shops, restaurants and shows, see our Disney Springs guide.
Quick answer: For the most buses, book the Walt Disney World Dolphin, or the Swan or Swan Reserve nearby. Their free buses leave about every 20 to 25 minutes and run up to 90 minutes after Disney Springs closes. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando run eight trips a day, with the last bus back at 11:20 p.m. On a budget, the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando has free buses and no resort fee, and you can also walk about 0.85 mile.

How we chose these hotels
- Disney Springs service we could verify: every numbered hotel below names Disney Springs on its own website, and every time comes from the operator’s current timetable or booking system, or from the hotel’s own schedule page, checked on October 26, 2026.
- Ranked by how easy the evening is: frequent buses first, then the number of departures and how late the last bus leaves Disney Springs.
- Real costs: fees and parking come from the hotels’ pages, plus Booking.com’s price breakdown where a hotel shows no amount. Road distances are our OpenStreetMap routes on public roads. We do not use scores, star ratings or room prices.

How hotel shuttles to Disney Springs work
Disney’s own buses and boats link Disney Springs only with Disney Resort hotels, and Disney says these buses stop one hour after Disney Springs closes. To board at Disney Springs, you need a Disney Resort hotel room key or a dining or experience reservation at a Disney resort. Disney also says there is no bus service from the theme parks to Disney Springs.

- Where off-site buses stop: Mears lists the West Side loop, space 1, for Signia and the Waldorf. Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites name the West Side bus parking near the Cirque du Soleil theater, space 1 or 2, and Drury lists West Side lanes 1 and 2. Platinum’s sheets only say “Lane #2” for the ride back, so ask your driver where the return bus stops.
- Be early: most operators ask you to be at the stop 10 minutes before departure, and Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites warn that buses can run up to an hour late.
- Rideshare backup: Disney lists two rideshare loops: the Marketplace Loop near Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories and the West Side Bus and Rideshare Loop next to the Strawberry parking lot.
- Public bus: LYNX buses also serve a Disney Springs transfer center. A ride costs $2 and an all-day pass $4.50 at the time of writing.
- Driving: self-parking at Disney Springs is free, and the garages open at 9 a.m. on regular days. Disney asks you to arrive at least 60 minutes before a dining reservation or show.
1. Walt Disney World Dolphin

The Dolphin is a Marriott-run resort inside Walt Disney World, and it is sold on Booking.com. Its FAQ says a complimentary bus to Disney Springs leaves the front entrances of the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve about every 20 to 25 minutes. The same FAQ says buses run up to 90 minutes after Disney Springs closes. Our Walt Disney World Dolphin review covers the rooms and restaurants.
- Why stay: the most frequent Disney Springs service we found, with no reservation and no fixed timetable. Disney also lists the Dolphin for Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours and the 7-day Lightning Lane window.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 3.5 to 4 miles by road to the Disney Springs garages. Water taxis serve EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and buses serve Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom (via the Transportation and Ticket Center).
- Good to know: a mandatory resort service package of $50 + tax a day and self-parking of $40 + tax a day apply, while standard theme park parking is included for registered guests. The Walt Disney World Swan and the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve use the same Disney Springs buses.
Best for: late dinners and shows at Disney Springs without a fixed bus to catch.
2. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

Signia’s motorcoaches are run by Mears, and the schedule is public on the Bonnet Creek shuttle site. Best for: families who want a pool day and a Disney Springs dinner.
3. Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Our Waldorf Astoria Orlando review has the room details.

The schedule for October 26 to November 1, 2026 showed 11 Disney Springs departures, from 9:55 a.m. to 7:40 p.m., and 8 rides back from West Side lanes 1 and 2, from 2:00 to 10:45 p.m. Our Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando review covers the rooms and suites.
- Why stay: no resort fee, a free hot breakfast (6:00 to 10:00 a.m.) and the free 5:30 Kickback (5:30 to 7:30 p.m.), so you can eat first and still catch the 6:50 or 7:40 p.m. bus. The Drury is also on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.
- Getting there / to the parks: no reservations; seats are first come, first served under the front-entrance canopy, and buses make at least two stops on each route.
- Good to know: self-parking is $28 a night on the hotel-information page but $25 + tax in the FAQ, so confirm. The last bus back (10:45 p.m. in our sample week) leaves before Disney Springs closes.

Prefer to walk? Hotels across the bridge from Disney Springs
If you would rather skip buses, stay at one of the eight Disney Springs Resort Area hotels on Hotel Plaza Boulevard and Buena Vista Drive. Disney says guests at select hotels there can walk to the Marketplace on pedestrian footbridges. Our foot routes put them about 0.3 to 0.9 mile from the Marketplace, or roughly 7 to 20 minutes. The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista was the shortest walk we could route, and the Drury is about 0.85 mile away.
All eight are on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list. Apart from the Drury, their shuttles serve only the theme parks. Their operator, Fabulous Buses, listed no Disney Springs run for them (October 2026), so you walk. Our guide to the Disney Springs Resort Area hotels compares their fees, shuttles and walking times.
How to choose a hotel with a Disney Springs shuttle
- No timetable at all: the Dolphin, Swan or Swan Reserve.
- Several trips a day off Disney property: Signia or the Waldorf (eight departures, last ride back 11:20 p.m.), or the Drury (11 departures, last ride back 10:45 p.m.).
- One long evening with suite space: Caribe Royale or Buena Vista Suites (two departures, last ride back 11:20 p.m.), or the Embassy Suites (out at 5:15 p.m., back at 11:05 p.m.).
- An early dinner with kids: the Holiday Inn Resort, with a bus back at 8:00 p.m.
- Fridays and Saturdays: Disney Springs stayed open until 11:30 p.m. at our check, but the fixed schedules did not change on weekends, so plan around your last bus.
- If you have a car: parking at Disney Springs is free, and many hotels on Palm Parkway and State Road 535 are about 2 to 2.5 miles away. Our list of the best hotels in Lake Buena Vista covers more of them, and our list of Orlando hotels with free Disney World shuttles compares park shuttles.
Frequently asked questions
Which hotels have a shuttle to Disney Springs?
Many do, but the schedules differ a lot. The Walt Disney World Dolphin, Swan and Swan Reserve run buses about every 20 to 25 minutes. Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria offer eight departures a day, and the Drury Plaza offers 11. Caribe Royale, Buena Vista Suites and the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista run two, and many Lake Buena Vista hotels run one evening bus.
What time is the last hotel shuttle back from Disney Springs?
On the schedules we checked in late October 2026, the last fixed rides back left at 11:20 p.m. (Signia, the Waldorf Astoria, Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites), 11:05 p.m. (most Platinum Transportation hotels) and 10:45 p.m. (the Drury Plaza and the Marriott Village). The Swan and Dolphin buses run up to 90 minutes after Disney Springs closes. Check the times for your date.
Where do hotel shuttles pick up at Disney Springs?
Most off-site shuttles use the West Side bus area. Mears lists the West Side loop, space 1, for Signia and the Waldorf. Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites name the West Side bus parking near Cirque du Soleil, space 1 or 2, and Drury lists West Side lanes 1 and 2. Platinum’s sheets only say Lane 2, so ask your driver where the return bus stops.
Is there a bus from the Disney theme parks to Disney Springs?
No. Disney says bus service from the theme parks to Disney Springs is not available. Disney’s Disney Springs buses run to and from Disney Resort hotels, and boarding at Disney Springs is for resort guests or visitors with a dining or experience reservation at a Disney resort. From a park, use your hotel’s shuttle, a rideshare or your own car.
Can you walk to Disney Springs from your hotel?
Yes, from the eight Disney Springs Resort Area hotels on Hotel Plaza Boulevard and Buena Vista Drive. Disney says pedestrian footbridges connect Hotel Plaza Boulevard with the Marketplace, and our foot routes put these hotels about 0.3 to 0.9 mile away. Hotels on Palm Parkway, State Road 535 and World Center Drive are about 2 to 3 road miles away, so take the shuttle or drive.
Is parking free at Disney Springs?
Yes. Disney says standard self-parking is complimentary in all Disney Springs surface lots and garages. The garages open at 9 a.m. on regular days and at 7 a.m. on special merchandise days, including Tuesdays. Disney asks you to arrive at least 60 minutes before a dining reservation, event or show, and to allow up to 2 hours at holidays and other peak periods.
Bottom line
For an evening at Disney Springs without driving, the Walt Disney World Dolphin gives you the most freedom, with buses about every 20 to 25 minutes until well after closing. Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria are the strongest fixed-schedule choices, and the Drury Plaza is the best value, with free buses and no resort fee. Whatever you book, confirm the last bus for your date. Check your dates at Walt Disney World Dolphin
