Disney World 2-bedroom villas are the Disney Vacation Club units that Walt Disney World also rents to the public, and they are Disney’s main way to get two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in one booking. On Disney’s room-rate pages, most of them sleep 8 or 9 adults. You book them with Disney, not on Booking.com.

Below you will find every Disney Deluxe Villa resort, who its 2-bedroom units sleep, the perks and three off-site alternatives on Booking.com.

Quick answer: For 9 adults, choose a 2-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Kidani Village, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Old Key West Resort or Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek and Disney’s Beach Club Villas list up to 8. Bay Lake Tower and the Grand Floridian villas are the two you can walk from to Magic Kingdom. Every villa stay includes Early Theme Park Entry, standard theme park parking and the 7-day Lightning Lane window.

Disney World 2-bedroom villas: every resort compared

The table follows Disney’s room-rate pages on October 28, 2026. “Sleeps” is Disney’s adult limit; Disney Vacation Club’s room pages add one infant under 3.

Disney Vacation Club lists a 2-bedroom lock-off villa at BoardWalk Villas and Jambo House, but Disney’s public rate pages showed no 2-bedroom unit at either on our check date, so call Disney if you want them. Every open villa resort also showed a refurbishment or construction notice that day, so open “See Details” on the resort page before you book.

What you get in a Disney 2-bedroom villa

The layouts are very similar. The main bedroom has one king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The living room adds a queen-size pull-down bed or sleeper sofa, plus a single pull-down bed or twin-size sleeper chair, which is how a villa reaches 9 adults. Where a 2-bedroom villa lists 8, that extra single bed is missing. The cabins, bungalows and Lake Houses use other bed mixes.

  • Kitchen: Disney’s rate and resort pages list a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a washer and dryer for every 2-bedroom villa. Deluxe Studios have only a kitchenette.
  • Bathrooms: Disney lists 2 full bathrooms at most resorts and 3 at Bay Lake Tower, Kidani Village and the Polynesian’s Island Tower. Riviera, Old Key West and Saratoga Springs do not state the number.
  • Balcony: the rate pages list a balcony, porch or deck for most 2-bedroom villas, but Bay Lake Tower’s overview says private porches or balconies come with 3-Bedroom Grand Villas only, so ask Disney.
  • Two floor plans: Disney Vacation Club shows both a “2-Bedroom Villa” and a “2-Bedroom Lock-Off Villa” at most resorts, so ask which layout you will get.

Villa or Deluxe hotel suite?

Several Disney Deluxe hotels also sell 2-bedroom suites with Club Level service. On Disney’s rate pages, they sleep up to 8 adults at the Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge and BoardWalk Inn, 7 at the Beach Club and up to 10 in a Theme Park View suite at the Contemporary. Disney lists a small fridge or beverage cooler and a coffee and tea station, but no kitchen or washer and dryer, so a villa suits you better if you plan to cook. Our guide to Orlando hotels with kitchens compares other kitchen options.

Resort-by-resort notes for families

Magic Kingdom area

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is within walking distance of Magic Kingdom, according to Disney, and the Sky Way Bridge connects it to Disney’s Contemporary Resort, where the Resort Monorail stops. Its 2 Bedroom Villa sleeps 9 adults and has 3 full bathrooms.

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa list the same 9-adult layout with 2 full bathrooms, in a Lake View or a Resort View. The Grand Floridian has a walking path of less than one mile to Magic Kingdom, plus the monorail and boats. Our guide to Disney monorail resorts compares all six resorts on the loop.

At Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, the 2-bedroom villas are in the newer Island Tower. The 2 Bedroom Villa (Theme Park View on Disney’s rate page) sleeps 9 with 3 full bathrooms, and the 2 Bedroom Penthouse sleeps 8 with an extra-large deck. The Bungalows above the Seven Seas Lagoon sleep 8, with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a private deck with a plunge pool. Water taxis and the monorail run to Magic Kingdom.

Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins are part of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge on Bay Lake, with boats and buses. Each lists a 2 Bedroom Villa for 8 adults with 2 full bathrooms. Copper Creek also has 2 Bedroom Cabins facing Bay Lake, for 8 adults, with a private porch and a hot tub.

EPCOT area

Disney’s Beach Club Villas lists a 2 Bedroom Villa for 8 adults with 2 full bathrooms. Disney describes it as within easy walking distance of EPCOT. FriendShip boats from the Beach Club Villas and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas serve EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. BoardWalk Villas showed only 1-bedroom villas and 3-bedroom Grand Villas on Disney’s rate page at last check.

Disney’s Riviera Resort lists its 2 Bedroom Villa for 9 adults. The Disney Skyliner connects the Riviera with EPCOT’s International Gateway and Hollywood Studios, and buses cover the other parks.

Animal Kingdom area

Kidani Village, part of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, lists its 2 Bedroom Villa for 9 adults with 3 full bathrooms. Savanna View villas look over a savanna, while Disney says Resort View villas face the parking area. Transport to the parks is by bus only. Jambo House showed no 2-bedroom villa on Disney’s rate page at last check.

Disney Springs area

Disney’s Old Key West Resort lists its 2 Bedroom Villa for 9 adults, using a queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin-size sleeper chair in the living room. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa lists 9 adults in its 2 Bedroom Villa and adds 3-bedroom Treehouse Villas for 8 adults. Disney says the treehouses stand 10 feet off the ground in the forest, with private decks and charcoal grills. Both resorts have buses to the parks and Sassagoula River Cruise boats to Disney Springs.

Opening in 2027: Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge

Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, a new Deluxe Villa Resort on Bay Lake, opens July 1, 2027, and Disney already takes bookings. Its rate page lists a 2 Bedroom Villa for 9 adults with 2 full bathrooms and a 2 Bedroom Lake House for 8 adults with a private patio. Disney lists a water taxi to Magic Kingdom, buses to the other parks and a lazy river called Daydream River.

Which Disney 2-bedroom villa fits your group?

  • 9 adults: Bay Lake Tower, the Grand Floridian villas, Island Tower, Kidani Village, Riviera, Old Key West or Saratoga Springs (or Lakeshore Lodge from July 2027).
  • The most bathrooms: Bay Lake Tower, Kidani Village and the Island Tower 2 Bedroom Villa each list 3 full bathrooms.
  • Walking to a park: Bay Lake Tower or the Grand Floridian villas for Magic Kingdom, or Beach Club Villas for EPCOT.
  • A private hot tub or plunge pool: a Copper Creek 2 Bedroom Cabin or a Polynesian Bungalow, both for 8 adults.
  • More than 9 people: a 3-Bedroom Grand Villa, which Disney lists for up to 12 adults, or two villas. Our list of Orlando resorts for large groups covers bigger homes off Disney property.
  • Only 4 to 6 people: a 1-bedroom villa sleeps 4 or 5 adults. For 6, see our guide to rooms that sleep 5 or 6 at Disney World and Universal.

How to book a Disney 2-bedroom villa

Disney sells these villas like any Disney Resort hotel room, on the Walt Disney World website or by phone at (407) 939-5277, the number Disney gives for resort bookings. They are not on Booking.com. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book, and Disney shows the price only after you enter dates and the number of guests.

Disney Vacation Club members book the same villas with Vacation Points. You will also see “DVC point rentals” offered by members, often through broker websites. Disney Vacation Club’s FAQ says renting points “is allowed on occasion”, that frequent or regular renting is strictly prohibited, and that the club is not affiliated with any third-party rental website. If you rent points, the payment and cancellation terms come from the member or broker, so read them first.

Disney perks that come with a villa stay

Deluxe Villa resorts are Disney Resort hotels, so a villa gets the usual hotel benefits. Disney’s terms on October 28, 2026:

Our guide to whether a Disney resort is worth it weighs these perks against off-site hotels. Value and Moderate guests do not get Extended Evening Hours; our Disney Extended Evening Hours guide lists the nights. If you drive off-site instead, Disney’s standard theme park parking costs $35 a day, tax included.

Off-site 2-bedroom villas near Disney World on Booking.com

If Disney’s villas are sold out or over budget, condo-style resorts near Disney sell similar 2-bedroom units on Booking.com. None of the three below is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list, so you get the 3-day Lightning Lane window, pay Disney’s park parking and, in practice, drive. For 11 more resorts with 2- and 3-bedroom units, see our 2- and 3-bedroom suites near Disney World. Distances are by public road to each park’s parking lot.

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek

In the Bonnet Creek enclave, this resort says Walt Disney World is less than a mile away. By road, Disney Springs is about 2.5 miles and the Magic Kingdom parking lot (TTC) about 5.5 to 6 miles. Its 2 Bedroom Deluxe suites measure 760 to 1,547 square feet and sleep 8 guests, with one king bed, two double beds and a double sleeper sofa. Our Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek review covers the full kitchens, laundry and pools.

Good to know: self-parking is $20 per vehicle per day for non-owners, and a credit card is required at check-in for a $250 security deposit. Club Wyndham’s page lists no theme park shuttle. At the time of writing, its resort alerts say Tower 5 is closed for renovation from September 12 to November 20, 2026, and the Tower 5 pool and lazy river are closed until April 1, 2027. Wyndham’s hotel booking site still gave December 1, 2026 for that pool and lazy river, so ask the resort. Exterior work continues through February 2028.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista Orlando

This low-rise villa resort off SR 535 is about 2.5 to 4 road miles from Disney Springs, depending on the garage, about 6 miles from EPCOT’s main lot and about 8 to 9 miles from the Magic Kingdom lot. Marriott Vacation Club lists Two-Bedroom Villas of about 1,170 to 1,400 square feet for up to 8 guests, with a full kitchen (range and oven, dishwasher), a washer and dryer and a balcony or patio. The townhouse version with two twin beds instead of two full beds sleeps 6. Read our Sheraton Vistana Resort review for the seven pools.

Good to know: Marriott Vacation Club lists no resort fee and on-site parking at $30 per vehicle per day for rental stays, rising to $40 for arrivals on or after January 1, 2027. Check-out is at 10 a.m.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort

This large villa resort on US-192 west of Disney is about 5 road miles from Animal Kingdom’s parking and about 9 to 10 miles from the Magic Kingdom lot. The resort’s standard 2-bedroom villa (about 1,200 square feet) sleeps 8, with one king bed, two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, a kitchen and a washer and dryer. The resort lists a 1,200-foot lazy river, pools and waterslides. Our Orange Lake Resort review compares its villages.

Good to know: the resort’s FAQ listed a $45 nightly resort fee plus a $115 deposit on October 14, 2026, and the fee includes parking, Wi-Fi and the lazy river. Booking.com’s fine print still said US$39, while its price breakdown used US$45, so budget for $45 and confirm the amount in your booking total. The fee’s “shuttle service” is the resort’s own shuttle between its four villages, not a theme park shuttle.

Frequently asked questions

Which Disney World resorts have 2-bedroom villas?

In October 2026, Disney’s rate pages listed 2-bedroom villas at Bay Lake Tower, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek, Beach Club Villas, Riviera, Kidani Village, Old Key West and Saratoga Springs. Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge adds them from July 1, 2027. BoardWalk Villas and Jambo House showed none that day.

How many people can stay in a Disney 2-bedroom villa?

Most sleep up to 9 adults, with a king bed, two queen beds and pull-down beds or a sleeper sofa in the living room. Boulder Ridge, Copper Creek and Beach Club Villas list 8, as do the Polynesian Bungalows and the Copper Creek Cabins. Disney Vacation Club’s room pages add one infant under 3 to these limits.

Do Disney 2-bedroom villas have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer?

Yes. Disney’s rate and resort pages list a full kitchen, living and dining areas and a washer and dryer for every 2-bedroom villa, cabin, bungalow and Lake House. Deluxe Studios have only a kitchenette, and the 2-bedroom Club Level suites at Disney’s Deluxe hotels list a small fridge instead of a kitchen.

Can you rent a Disney Vacation Club villa without being a member?

Yes. Disney sells villa stays to the public on the Walt Disney World website and by phone at (407) 939-5277, with the same perks as other Disney Resort hotels. Members can also rent out their points, but Disney Vacation Club says that is allowed only occasionally and that it is not affiliated with any third-party rental website.

Can I book a Disney 2-bedroom villa on Booking.com?

No. Disney-owned resorts, including all Disney Vacation Club villas, are booked with Disney. To compare 2-bedroom units on Booking.com, look at resorts just outside Disney property, such as Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Sheraton Vistana Resort or Orange Lake Resort, which do not get Early Theme Park Entry.

Bottom line

A Disney World 2-bedroom villa keeps 8 or 9 people under one roof with a kitchen, laundry and every Disney Resort perk. Pick Bay Lake Tower or the Grand Floridian villas to walk to Magic Kingdom, Kidani Village for savanna views and 3 bathrooms, or Riviera for the Skyliner. Book with Disney after checking the refurbishment notes. If the price does not work, Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is the closest Booking.com alternative.

How we checked this guide: On October 28, 2026 we read Disney’s room-rate pages for every Deluxe Villa resort, plus its Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours, Lightning Lane and parking pages, the Disney Vacation Club room pages and its commercial-use FAQ. Off-site fees and room types come from the resort and brand pages on the same day. Orange Lake’s site did not load, so its figures come from its FAQ as read on October 14, 2026 and an archived copy of its pages. Distances come from public-road routing.
