Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a Mediterranean-style timeshare resort of condo suites set around a lake in the private Bonnet Creek enclave next to Walt Disney World, and you don’t need to be an owner to rent its one- to four-bedroom units. It suits groups who want full kitchens, in-suite laundry and two lazy rivers a short drive from Disney Springs, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

The trade-offs matter, though. Club Wyndham lists no Disney shuttle, the resort is not on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list, and one tower’s pool and lazy river were closed for renovation in fall 2026. We checked the details below on official pages in October 2026; confirm anything that affects your plans.

Quick answer: Book Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek if you need space for 6 to 12 people, a real kitchen, a washer and dryer and big pools, and you will drive to the parks. Skip it if you want a park shuttle or Early Theme Park Entry: the Wyndham Grand next door runs a scheduled Disney shuttle, and the Signia by Hilton in the same enclave gets Early Entry.

Location and distances to the parks

Bonnet Creek is a privately owned, gated resort area next to Walt Disney World, not part of it. Club Wyndham shares it with the Wyndham Grand, the Signia by Hilton, the Waldorf Astoria and the JW Marriott. Our guide to the Bonnet Creek hotels compares all five.

The resort’s six towers and main building ring a lake with a boardwalk and mini golf course, and the Wyndham Grand sits at the southeast end beside Tower 6, per the 2026 resort map. These rounded road distances to each park’s parking area come from OSRM routing:

DestinationRoad distanceDrive, no traffic
Disney Springs2–2.5 miAbout 10 min
Hollywood Studios3–3.5 mi12–15 min
EPCOT (main lot)4–4.5 miAbout 15 min
Magic Kingdom (TTC)5.5–6 miAbout 15 min

SeaWorld Orlando8.5 miAbout 20 min
Epic Universe11 mi20–25 min

EPCOT’s figure is to the main parking lot by public roads, and at the Magic Kingdom you park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and continue by monorail or ferry. Allow extra time at rush hour.

Suites: sizes and how many they sleep

Every suite is a condo-style unit with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a balcony or patio, an in-room safe, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi, per Club Wyndham’s suite listings. Deluxe units are the standard tier, and Presidential units are the upgraded tier with jetted tubs.

Club Wyndham lists these suite types and limits:

SuiteSize (sq ft)Sleeps up toBeds
1-bedroom Deluxe753–1,4824King, sleeper sofa
1-bedroom Presidential1,091–1,2464King, sleeper sofa
2-bedroom Deluxe760–1,5478King, 2 doubles, sleeper sofa

3-bedroom Presidential1,775–2,05482 kings, 2 doubles
4-bedroom Presidential1,156–2,510122 kings, 4 doubles

Occupancy doesn’t always follow the bedroom count: the two-bedroom Presidential is listed for only 4 guests (6 in the Presidential Reserve version), while the two-bedroom Deluxe sleeps 8. Bathrooms range from one to four, and accessible versions of every suite type are listed, some with roll-in showers.

As a non-owner, you rent through Booking.com or Wyndham’s hotel site. The latter lists simpler one- to three-bedroom “condo” types and caps its two-bedroom at 6 guests rather than 8, so check the bed setup and maximum occupancy on your reservation.

Pools, lazy rivers and recreation

Water is the big draw. Wyndham’s hotel site counts five outdoor pools with waterslides, splash zones and 8 hot tubs, and the Wyndham Grand’s FAQ, which lists the pools its own guests share, places them at the main building and Towers 3 to 6, listed from 8 am to 10 pm, plus a splash pad. The 2026 resort map shows one lazy river at the main pool and another at Tower 5. Club Wyndham also lists a children’s pool and pool cabanas.

Renovations were under way at the time of writing, and Wyndham’s two official sites gave different dates. Both said Tower 5 would be closed from September 12 to November 20, 2026, and that its pool and lazy river closed September 12 for exterior work. Both sites now list that closure until December 1, 2026. Wyndham’s hotel site lists Tower 5 exterior work and resort and check-in area renovations until February 2028, while Club Wyndham’s alert says Tower 5’s exterior work runs to February 2027, so ask what will be open on your dates.

Per the Wyndham Grand’s FAQ, you need a wristband, children must be with an adult, chairs can’t be saved, outside food and glass aren’t allowed, only Club Wyndham tubes go in the lazy river, and toys are banned at the Tower 4 pool.

On land, Club Wyndham lists mini golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, arcade games, a playground, fire pits, barbecue areas, organized activities and live entertainment. The Wyndham Grand’s FAQ adds billiards, ping-pong, cornhole and a virtual reality arena, booked through the Club Wyndham phone line, with fees for some. If a lazy river is the priority, compare our list of Orlando hotels with lazy rivers.

Dining, breakfast and groceries

No breakfast is listed as included; the resort is built around cooking in your suite, and Club Wyndham lists a café, a deli and snack bar, pool bars and a convenience store. The resort map and the Wyndham Grand’s FAQ name the venues:

  • Bonnet Bagels & Brews: bagel and coffee counter at the main building.
  • Ice cream counter: next to Bagels & Brews, labeled Scooops on the map.
  • Poolside Pizza Company: pizza near Tower 3.
  • Hurricane Hut, Escudos Bar & Grill and Treasure Bar: pool bars and grills at the main pool, Tower 5 and Tower 6.

For a sit-down dinner or a breakfast buffet, the Wyndham Grand’s restaurants, including deep blu Seafood Grille and the Tesoro Cove buffet ($27 per adult plus service charge and tax at last check), welcome non-hotel guests, per its FAQ.

Parking, deposit and fees

Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book. These were the extra charges at the time of writing:

ChargeAmountNotes
Self-parking (non-owners)$20 per vehicle per dayOwners: 2 vehicles free
Security deposit$250Credit card at check-in
Resort feeNone listedCheck your final price
HousekeepingExtra fee, amount not listedPer Wyndham’s hotel site
Disney park parking$35 per day (standard)Disney Springs is free

Neither Club Wyndham nor Wyndham’s hotel data listed a resort fee when we checked, but read the full price breakdown, including taxes, before you pay.

Other policies: check-in is at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am, an hour earlier than the Wyndham Grand. The resort is cashless (cards only) and 100% non-smoking, and pets are not allowed; only ADA-defined service animals are welcome, and Club Wyndham says emotional support animals don’t qualify. EV chargers are marked on the resort map.

Getting to the Disney parks and Universal

Plan on driving. Club Wyndham’s official amenity list includes no Disney shuttle, and the Wyndham Grand’s scheduled Disney buses are for that hotel’s registered guests. Third-party reports of a paid Club Wyndham shuttle conflict (some say it was discontinued), and we couldn’t confirm one on any official page, so ask the resort before you skip a rental car.

At the theme parks you pay Disney’s standard parking ($35 a day at last check) on top of resort parking; rideshare avoids both bills.

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is not on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list, according to Disney’s page when we checked in October 2026. In Bonnet Creek, only the Signia by Hilton and the Waldorf Astoria qualify. See our full list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry.

No shuttle to Universal or Epic Universe is listed either. From Orlando International Airport, about 20 miles by road, the resort lists no airport shuttle; the Wyndham Grand estimates $40 to $50 for Uber or Lyft from MCO.

Amenities: fitness, Wi-Fi, kids and spa

  • Fitness center: listed by Club Wyndham; the resort map places it at Tower 6.
  • Wi-Fi: listed in the suites and public areas, plus a shared guest computer.
  • Kids: a children’s pool, splash pad, playground, arcade and organized activities, but no supervised kids club is listed.
  • Spa: Wyndham’s hotel site mentions a spa, but Club Wyndham’s own amenity list doesn’t; the Blue Harmony Spa at the Wyndham Grand takes non-hotel guests and suggests booking two to three weeks ahead.
  • Other: 24-hour security access, a gift shop and locker rooms.

Who Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek suits

It’s a strong fit for multigenerational trips, two families traveling together and groups of 6 to 12 who want separate bedrooms, a kitchen for breakfasts and a washer for a week of park clothes.

It suits you less if you won’t have a car, want Early Entry for rope drop, or prefer a classic hotel with a restaurant downstairs. For more suite options, see our comparison of 2- and 3-bedroom suites near Disney World, and for a broader shortlist, our best hotels near Disney World.

Pros

  • One- to four-bedroom suites with full kitchens, washer-dryers and balconies or patios.
  • Room for up to 12 guests in a four-bedroom Presidential suite.
  • Two lazy rivers, several pools, a splash pad and mini golf on site.
  • Short drives to Disney Springs, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios from a quiet, gated enclave.
  • No resort fee listed on official pages at the time of writing, and $20-a-day parking for non-owners.
  • The Wyndham Grand’s restaurants and spa within walking distance.

Limitations to know

  • No Disney shuttle listed, so you need a car or rideshare.
  • Not on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.
  • Tower 5, its pool and its lazy river were under renovation in fall 2026, the pool and lazy river were listed as closed until December 1, 2026, and exterior work runs to February 2027 or February 2028, depending on the Wyndham site.
  • A 10 am checkout, a $250 deposit and a cashless policy.
  • No pets; only service animals are allowed.
  • It’s a timeshare resort: Club Wyndham’s site carries a sales notice and the map marks a Tour Reception Center, so you may be invited to a sales presentation.

What to check before you book

  • Your unit: confirm the suite type (Deluxe or Presidential), bedrooms, bathrooms and maximum occupancy on the reservation.
  • Total price: add taxes, parking at $20 per vehicle per day and any mandatory fees shown at checkout.
  • Renovations: ask whether Tower 5, its pool and its lazy river are open for your dates.
  • Housekeeping: Wyndham’s hotel site says it costs extra, so ask what is included and how often.
  • Transport: ask whether any paid park shuttle runs during your stay.

Frequently asked questions

Does Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek have a shuttle to Disney World?

Not that we could confirm. Club Wyndham’s official amenity list doesn’t include a Disney shuttle, and the Wyndham Grand next door runs its scheduled Disney buses only for its own guests, who must show a Grand room key. Third-party sites give conflicting reports about a paid Club Wyndham shuttle, so treat it as unconfirmed. Ask the resort at (407) 238-3500 and budget for a car or rideshare.

Is Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek on Disney property?

No. Bonnet Creek is a privately owned, gated resort area beside Walt Disney World, and Disney Resort hotel perks don’t apply. Club Wyndham says Disney is less than a mile away, which refers to Disney’s land, not the parks. By road, Disney Springs is about 2 to 2.5 miles away, Hollywood Studios about 3 to 3.5 miles and EPCOT’s main parking lot about 4 to 4.5 miles.

Does Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek get Disney Early Theme Park Entry?

No. Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek isn’t on Disney’s list of hotels whose guests get 30 minutes of Early Theme Park Entry, based on Disney’s page when we checked in October 2026. In Bonnet Creek, only the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando qualify. Disney says the perk will continue in 2027, so recheck the list if your plans depend on it.

How much is parking at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek?

At the time of writing, Club Wyndham’s resort page listed self-parking at $20 per vehicle per day for non-owners and guests of owners. Owners and Discovery members park up to two vehicles free, then pay $20 a day for each extra vehicle. Parking is limited, so call ahead for RVs, trailers or large vehicles. Driving to a Disney theme park adds Disney’s own parking charge.

Can you stay at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek if you are not an owner?

Yes. Non-owners can rent suites through Booking.com and Wyndham’s hotel booking site, and Club Wyndham’s parking rules include a rate for non-owner vehicles. Expect a $250 credit card security deposit at check-in, check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. Because it’s a timeshare resort, you may also be invited to an ownership presentation during your stay.

Bottom line

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is one of the roomiest bases near Disney Springs and EPCOT, with real kitchens, in-suite laundry, up to four bedrooms and two lazy rivers in a quiet enclave. It works best for big families and groups with a car who don’t need Early Entry. Before you pay, check the Tower 5 renovation status, the parking charge and your unit’s occupancy.
