DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs (full name: DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area) is the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Resort Area, and it’s on Disney’s list of non-Disney hotels that get 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry. Most of its 236 suites have a separate bedroom, a living room with a queen sofa bed and a wet bar with a microwave and fridge.
It sits at the top of Hotel Plaza Boulevard, about 0.9 miles on foot from the Disney Springs Marketplace, and runs a shuttle to the four Disney theme parks that’s covered by a daily resort charge. We checked Hilton’s archived pages, Disney’s Early Entry list and the Disney Springs Resort Area hotels site.
Quick answer: Book DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs if you want a real two-room suite that sleeps up to 6, Disney’s Early Entry and a park shuttle for less hassle than a car. Budget for the daily resort charge and self-parking ($35 a night plus tax at last check), and expect a 20-minute walk, not a stroll, to Disney Springs.

Location and distances to the parks
The hotel is the first one you reach on Hotel Plaza Boulevard coming off State Road 535, near I-4 exit 68. That’s handy for driving, but it puts the hotel at the far end of the boulevard from Disney Springs. Our comparison of all the Disney Springs Resort Area hotels shows where each one sits.
| Destination | Road distance | Drive (no traffic) | Hotel shuttle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Disney Springs (on foot) | About 0.9 mi walk | About 20 min walk | Walk |
| Hollywood Studios parking | About 5.5 mi | About 14 min | Yes |
| EPCOT parking | About 6.5 mi | About 16 min | Yes |
| Magic Kingdom (TTC lot) | About 6.5 mi | About 14 min | Yes |
| Animal Kingdom parking | About 7 mi | About 12 min | Yes |
| SeaWorld Orlando | About 5.5 mi | About 12 min | No |
| Universal Orlando garages | About 9 mi | About 15 min | No |
| Orlando airport (MCO) | About 18 mi | About 28 min | No |
These are free-flow OSRM road and walking estimates to each park’s guest parking, so add time for traffic and trams. Hilton’s own list uses shorter figures (Hollywood Studios and EPCOT 2 miles, Magic Kingdom 2.5, Animal Kingdom 5, Disney Springs 1 mile, airport 13 miles).
The walk follows Hotel Plaza Boulevard to the Marketplace end of Disney Springs. On hot or rainy evenings, free self-parking at Disney Springs is the easy alternative.
Suites and rooms
Almost every room here is a one-bedroom suite of about 540 square feet. You get a bedroom with a king or two queen beds behind a sliding barn door, a living room with a queen sofa bed, a dining area and a wet bar with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, plus two TVs and an in-room safe.

| Room type | Beds | Sleeps | Size and notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio (non-suite) | 1 queen | 2 | 270 sq ft |
| 1-Bedroom Suite, King | King, queen sofa bed | 4 | 540 sq ft |
| 1-Bedroom Suite, 2 Queens | 2 queens, queen sofa bed | 6 | 540 sq ft; pool-view option |
| Oversized King Suite | King, queen sofa bed | 4 | About 550 sq ft |
| King Patio Suite | King, queen sofa bed | 4 | 800–814 sq ft, conference table |
| 2-Queen Patio Suite | 2 queens, queen sofa bed | 6 | 540 sq ft, ground-floor patio |
| 2-Bedroom Suite | King, 2 queens, sofa bed | 8 | Listed by Hilton (Oct 2025) |
Sizes come from the Resort Area hotel site and Hilton’s rooms page; the king patio suite is listed at 800 square feet, or 814 in an older Hilton description. The two-bedroom suite appeared only on Hilton’s October 2025 rooms page, so ask the hotel before counting on it. For more options that fit bigger groups, see our guide to rooms that sleep 5 or 6 at Disney World and Universal.
Accessible suites come with roll-in showers or accessible tubs, and hearing-accessible suites have visual alerts for the fire alarm, door and phone. Hilton’s listings disagree on some accessible two-queen suites (sleeps 5 vs up to 6), so confirm occupancy if you’re a party of six. Connecting rooms are available.
Pools and recreation
The resort-style outdoor pool is heated and surrounded by palms, with a whirlpool next to it. Kids get a splash pad and a playground, and there’s a tennis court.

Hilton lists no waterslide or lazy river; the nearby Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace has a float lagoon if that matters. The hotel’s photos also show a lawn with a fire pit and lounge chairs.
Dining and breakfast
Breakfast isn’t part of standard rates. Hours below come from Hilton’s dining page (May 2026 capture) and the Disney Springs Resort Area hotel site:
- Evergreen Cafe: a full breakfast buffet with a cook-to-order omelet and waffle station, daily from 6:30 to 11 a.m. per Hilton (the Resort Area site says 6 a.m.).
- Evergreen Lounge: cocktails and dinner nightly, 5 to 11 p.m., with bar food such as nachos, wings and quesadillas.
- The Pool Bar: meals and tropical drinks overlooking the pool, noon to 5 p.m.
- Made Market: a grab-and-go market for snacks and drinks, and room service is listed too.

The resort charge includes Kids Eat Free: one child 12 or under eats free from the kids’ menu with each adult entree bought. Every guest also gets the warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in. For more dinner choice, our Disney Springs guide covers restaurants, shows and parking.
Parking, resort charge and other fees
Hilton’s parking policy (June 2026 capture) lists self-parking at $35 per day and valet at $45, plus tax, with in-and-out privileges. An October 2025 capture showed $25 self-parking and no valet, so prices have gone up recently; confirm at check-in.
Every stay carries a daily resort charge. Hilton’s policy lists what it includes but not the amount. Some older room descriptions on Hilton’s rooms page (October 2025) mention a “23 USD resort charge,” but treat that as unconfirmed and check the rate breakdown. At last check it covered:
- The Disney theme park shuttle
- Guest internet access
- Two bottled waters daily and DVD rentals
- Kids Eat Free with each adult entree
Dogs and cats are welcome, two per room, up to 75 lbs, for a non-refundable $75 for 1 to 4 nights or $125 for 5 nights or more. Late check-out costs $50 per hour after 11 a.m., subject to availability, and a full night is charged at 3 p.m. The hotel is 100% smoke-free, and Orange County’s 12.5% hotel tax applies.
If you drive to a Disney park instead, standard theme park parking was $35 a day at last check.
Transport to the Disney parks
The hotel’s Disney theme park shuttle is included in the resort charge and serves all four theme parks. Hilton says departures start 90 minutes before the parks open, returns run until 60 minutes after closing, and you book it once you arrive at the hotel. The Resort Area site adds that shuttle reservations are required and that you book directly with the hotel.
The Resort Area hotels’ Early Entry FAQ says shuttles start two hours before park opening, not 90 minutes, so ask the front desk for the first departure on your early entry days.
Disney’s own buses from Disney Springs run only to Disney Resort hotels, for their guests and visitors with a dining or experience reservation there. For the airport, Hilton points to Mears Connect, a paid shuttle, and there’s a Budget car rental desk on site.
Disney perks: Early Entry and Official Hotel benefits
Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry page (US version, captured August 28, 2026) lists DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando under “Other Select Hotels.” Registered guests get 30 minutes of early entry to any Walt Disney World theme park every day of the stay, including check-in and check-out days, and Disney says the perk continues through 2027. You need valid park admission, and theme park reservations may be required.
Our list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry shows the others. You can buy park tickets at the front desk and get a Disney Springs savings booklet. Like most off-site hotels, guests here get the standard 3-day window to buy Lightning Lane passes, not the 7-day window Disney Resort guests get.
Amenities: fitness, Wi-Fi and services
There’s a fitness center, self-service laundry, an ATM and meeting rooms. Hilton lists free standard Wi-Fi, though guest internet is also named in the resort charge. Digital Key and other Hilton Honors perks generally apply only to bookings made directly with Hilton, so don’t count on them with a Booking.com rate.

Hilton’s amenity list doesn’t include a spa or a kids’ club. Meeting space is modest (six rooms, just over 3,500 square feet), so this is a family-leaning hotel, not a convention base.
Who it suits
It suits families of four to six who want a door between parents and kids, a wet bar for breakfast in the room and a park shuttle. It also works for longer stays, pet owners and Early Entry fans who’d rather skip Disney Resort prices.

It’s less ideal if you want Disney Springs on your doorstep, a pool with slides, or a Universal-focused trip.
Pros
- Every main room type is a two-room suite with a sofa bed and wet bar.
- Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry every day.
- A shuttle to all four Disney parks, covered by the resort charge.
- A splash pad, playground and Kids Eat Free for families.
- Pets welcome, including cats.
- Quick access to I-4 and SR 535 if you drive.
Limitations to know
- Hilton’s policy doesn’t state the resort charge amount, and parking adds $35 a night or more.
- Disney Springs is about a 20-minute walk, longer than from the hotels nearer the Marketplace.
- Breakfast is extra.
- No waterslide, lazy river, spa or kids’ club is listed.
- Disney’s buses from Disney Springs serve only Disney Resort hotel guests and diners.
What to check before you book
- The resort charge amount and total parking cost in your rate breakdown.
- Occupancy for your exact suite, especially accessible and patio suites.
- Whether you want a pool-view or ground-floor patio suite.
- The shuttle’s first departure and how to reserve it on arrival.
- Pet fees, and check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. per Hilton’s policy (one Hilton data field says 3 p.m. and noon).

Frequently asked questions
Does DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs get Early Theme Park Entry?
Yes. Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry page lists DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando among its “Other Select Hotels.” Registered guests get 30 minutes of early entry to any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks every day of the stay, including arrival and departure days. You need valid park admission, and Disney says the perk continues through 2027.
Can you walk from DoubleTree Suites to Disney Springs?
Yes, but it’s a real walk. Hilton lists Disney Springs as 1 mile away, and our walking route along Hotel Plaza Boulevard to the Marketplace is about 0.9 miles, roughly 20 minutes. The hotel sits at the far end of the boulevard, so on hot evenings you may prefer to drive; self-parking at Disney Springs is free.
Does DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs have a shuttle to the Disney parks?
Yes. A Disney theme park shuttle to all four parks is included in the daily resort charge. Hilton says departures begin 90 minutes before the parks open, returns run until 60 minutes after closing, and you book it at the hotel on arrival. There’s no listed shuttle to Universal, SeaWorld or the airport.
How much is parking at DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs?
At last check, Hilton’s parking policy listed self-parking at $35 per day and valet at $45, both plus tax, with in-and-out privileges. An October 2025 version of the page showed $25 self-parking, so rates have risen recently. Confirm the current price at check-in or in your booking details.
How many people can stay in a suite at DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs?
One-bedroom suites with a king bed sleep 4, and one-bedroom suites with two queen beds plus the queen sofa bed sleep 6. Studios sleep 2. Hilton has also listed a two-bedroom suite for 8, but it isn’t on every official page, so check with the hotel before you book for a large group.
Does DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs have a resort fee?
Yes. Hilton charges a daily resort charge that covers the Disney theme park shuttle, guest internet, two bottled waters a day, DVD rentals and Kids Eat Free with an adult entree. Hilton’s policy doesn’t state the amount; some older room descriptions mention $23, so check your rate breakdown before you confirm.
Bottom line
DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs makes the most sense when space matters more than being next door to Disney Springs: you get a two-room suite that sleeps up to 6, Disney’s Early Entry and a park shuttle covered by the resort charge. Add that charge, parking and breakfast before you compare it with a Disney hotel or the Drury. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
