One-bedroom suites near Disney World give a family of five or six two rooms in one booking: a bedroom for the adults and a living room with a sofa bed for the kids. The six hotels below are all outside Walt Disney World but bookable on Booking.com, and each sells a one-bedroom or two-room suite that the hotel itself rates for five or six guests.
We checked every suite name, bed type and maximum occupancy on the hotel’s own room pages (or archived copies, dated below) and against the hotel’s Booking.com room table in October 2026. We also checked resort fees, parking and shuttle schedules on official pages and the shuttle operators’ own sites. We don’t quote room prices: rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
Quick answer: For Disney perks, book DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area or the Island Family Suite at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace: both sleep six and come with Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry. For free breakfast with two rooms, pick Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort. For a full kitchen plus free breakfast, pick Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings or Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Caribe Royale Orlando’s queen suite sleeps five, and its main pool has a 75-foot waterslide.

How we chose these one-bedroom suites
- A real second room: the bedroom is a separate room from the living area. Studios, junior suites and “divided” rooms with only a half wall or a curtain did not count.
- Five or six guests in one suite: the hotel’s own page and its Booking.com room table both had to allow at least five people. Where they disagree, we say so.
- Bookable on Booking.com: the qualifying suite type showed on the hotel’s Booking.com page for our sample dates in November 2026.
- Close to Disney: Lake Buena Vista, the Disney Springs Resort Area, World Center Drive or Flamingo Crossings, with road distances to the parks’ public parking lots.
- Clear costs: resort fees, parking and shuttle rules taken from official pages or Booking.com’s price breakdown, with conflicts flagged.
Two-bedroom villas are a different search: see our 2- and 3-bedroom suites near Disney World. For bunk beds and themed kids’ rooms, see Orlando hotels with kids suites. If one large room is enough, compare rooms that sleep 5 or 6 at Disney World and Universal. Drury Plaza, Buena Vista Suites, Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South and Staybridge Suites Royale Parc are on our separate value shortlist of family suites near Disney World, so they are not repeated here.

1. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area

The Disney Springs Resort Area hotels site describes 236 one-bedroom suites with a private bedroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining and work area and a wet bar, and it highlights sliding barn doors for privacy. It lists the 2 Queens 1 Bedroom Suite at 540 square feet, with a microwave and a refrigerator, and says the one-bedroom suites sleep up to six. Hilton’s room list (October 2025 capture) agrees. Booking.com lists the same layout as the One-Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed, 50 m², for up to four adults and two children.
The hotel is at 2305 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, within a mile of Disney Springs. Our DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs review compares every room type.
- Why stay: a door between the bedroom and the living room, Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry every day of your stay, and a heated pool, whirlpool, splash pad and playground.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 5.5 miles to EPCOT’s lot and 6.5 miles to Magic Kingdom’s. Fabulous Buses runs the shuttle to all four parks: hourly departures at 5 minutes past the hour, with reservations up to 48 hours ahead. Its page lists $14 tickets but says boarding passes are complimentary for hotel guests with the promo code from the front desk. Hilton says buses start 90 minutes before park opening and return until 60 minutes after closing; the operator says from 1 hour before opening to 90 minutes after closing. Ask at check-in.
- Good to know: Booking.com’s price breakdown showed a US$25 nightly resort fee plus 12.5% tax for sample stays in November and December 2026; Hilton’s policy page gives no amount. Hilton listed self-parking at $35 and valet at $45 a night, plus tax (May 2026 capture). Breakfast is a paid buffet at Evergreen Cafe unless your rate includes it.
Best for: families of five or six who want Early Entry and a walk to Disney Springs.

2. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area

The Palace’s family suites are in its Island Building, next to the pools. Hilton’s room list (November 2025 capture) describes the 1 Bedroom Island Family Suite with two queen beds as an 800-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a separate living parlor, a sofa bed, a dining table, a microwave and a private balcony, for six guests. Hilton also lists a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker, plus board games and a rolling snack-and-drink cart with a set number of free selections. Booking.com sells it as the Two Queen One Bedroom Family Suite, 74 m², for four adults and two children.
The resort is at 1900 E. Buena Vista Drive. Read our Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace review for the Tower rooms and suites.
- Why stay: Early Theme Park Entry, the Float Lagoon lazy river with inner tubes, a kids’ splash zone and a heated pool. A path and a pedestrian bridge lead to Disney Springs, which the hotel puts at a 5- to 7-minute walk.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 4 to 5 miles to EPCOT’s lot and 5.5 to 6 miles to Magic Kingdom’s. The hotel’s shuttle page lists hourly buses to all four parks, leaving at 35 minutes past the hour from 90 minutes before opening, with the last bus back 60 minutes after closing. You must reserve both ways. The hotel says you can book up to 72 hours ahead, while the page of its operator, Fabulous Buses, says 48 hours.
- Good to know: the hotel’s FAQ lists a daily resort charge of $41 plus tax, which covers internet, the Disney parks shuttle and Float Lagoon access, among other items. Booking.com’s breakdown showed the same US$41 a night plus 12.5% tax. The FAQ lists self-parking at $38 and valet at $48 a night, plus tax. Breakfast is not included in most rates; Booking.com sells it as an extra.
Best for: families who want pool time between park days, two bathrooms and Early Entry.

3. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

Every room here is a two-room suite. Hilton’s room list (August 2025 capture) describes the 2 Room Suite with two queen beds as a bedroom with the two beds, a TV and its own vanity and sink, plus a living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. It sleeps six. Booking.com lists the Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds the same way: two queen beds in the bedroom, one sofa bed in the living room, up to four adults and two children.
The hotel is at 8100 Lake Street, north of Disney Springs between Palm Parkway and I-4. Our Embassy Suites Orlando comparison sets it against the other seven Embassy Suites in the area.
- Why stay: a free made-to-order breakfast and a complimentary evening reception, plus the Gazebo Restaurant & Grille, a pizza and ice cream shop, a poolside bar and grill, an outdoor pool and a playground.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 2.5 miles to Disney Springs and 6.5 to 7 miles to EPCOT’s lot. The last buses back leave Hollywood Studios at 7:50 p.m., EPCOT at 10:30 p.m. and Disney Springs at 11:05 p.m. Seats are first come, first served, and only single umbrella-style strollers are allowed. Hilton’s page (April 2026 capture) says the shuttle runs to all four theme parks and Disney Springs, but the operator’s current sheet has no Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom run.
- Good to know: Booking.com’s breakdown showed a US$24.95 nightly resort fee plus 12.5% tax, and one of Hilton’s own room descriptions mentions the same “24.95USD resort charge.” Hilton listed self-parking at $25 a day and valet at $32 (April 2026 capture). The minimum check-in age is 21 on Booking.com.
Best for: families who want breakfast and an evening snack included, and EPCOT or Hollywood Studios mornings.

5. Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista

This all-suite Marriott sells two one-bedroom layouts for six. On Marriott’s live rooms page, the 1 Bedroom 2 Room Suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed is about 565 square feet, with a separate living room, for a maximum of six. A second 1 Bedroom 2 Room Suite has a king in the bedroom, another king in a loft, a sofa bed and two bathrooms in about 620 square feet, also for six. Both have a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and cookware. Rollaway beds are not permitted.
One caution: Marriott lists a separate living room for the two-queen suite, but it also mentions a “privacy wall” between the living area and the beds and does not mention a door. The hotel’s photos show a doorway between the rooms. If a closing door matters, ask the hotel before you book.
The hotel is at 11450 Marbella Palm Court, off Palm Parkway in Lake Buena Vista. On Booking.com, the One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed shows a king bed in its bed list. Pick the suite by Marriott’s description and confirm the beds before you pay.
- Why stay: a full kitchen, a free hot breakfast (from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends, per Marriott), a heated outdoor pool with a children’s pool and a whirlpool (Marriott, June 2026 capture), and an on-site guest laundry.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 2.5 miles to Disney Springs and 7 to 8 miles to EPCOT’s lot. Marriott calls its park shuttle complimentary but posts no times. The schedule of the operator, Platinum Transportation, effective October 5, 2026, lists hotel departures at 7:05 a.m. to Universal Studios and Epic Universe, 8:35 a.m. to EPCOT, and 9:50 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. to Hollywood Studios. The last returns leave Hollywood Studios at 7:50 p.m. and EPCOT at 10:30 p.m. There is no Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom run, and seats are first come, first served.
- Good to know: parking is $26 a day on Marriott’s page and on Booking.com; Marriott says guests staying 7 or more nights pay for the first 6 nights only. Booking.com’s breakdown showed only taxes, with no resort fee. The minimum check-in age is 21.
Best for: week-long stays where a stove and free breakfast cut the food bill.

6. Caribe Royale Orlando

Caribe Royale sells only one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom villas. The resort’s suites page lists the Caribe Queen Suite at 468 square feet for up to five guests. It has a bedroom with two queen beds and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a workspace, a mini cooler, a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave. The resort’s FAQ allows five occupants in a queen suite and four in a king suite, and Booking.com lists the Caribe Queen Suite at 43 m² for up to three adults and two children. There is no stove, and the FAQ bans toasters, rice cookers and hot plates.
The resort is at 8101 World Center Drive. It says Walt Disney World’s main entrance is a mile and a half away. By road, the nearest theme park lot, EPCOT’s, is about 5.5 miles away. Our Caribe Royale Orlando review also covers the two-bedroom villas.
- Why stay: the main pool has a 75-foot waterslide, waterfalls and private cabanas, plus a kiddie splash pool. Tropicale serves breakfast, and The Market sells grab-and-go food.
- Getting there / to the parks: about 3.5 miles to Disney Springs and 7.5 to 8.5 miles to Magic Kingdom’s lot. The resort’s shuttle page, which names Mears Transportation in its terms, lists scheduled buses to all four theme parks and Disney Springs, covered by the resort fee; at the time of writing the posted schedule started at 7:15 a.m. for Animal Kingdom and 8:15 a.m. for Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, and the last return from Magic Kingdom left at 11:35 p.m. Reserve at the Concierge Desk up to 24 hours ahead and at least one hour before departure. Strollers are not allowed on the bus, and the terms warn that buses can run up to an hour late.
- Good to know: the resort fee is $38 plus tax per room, per night, and self-parking is $36 plus tax per night, with valet at $49 plus tax (resort FAQ). Booking.com’s breakdown showed the same US$38 resort fee plus 12.5% tax, but its listing gives parking as US$49 a day, so ask which rate applies. Breakfast is not part of the resort fee.
Best for: families of five who want a big pool and a shuttle schedule with several runs a day.
Close calls: suites we checked that didn’t make the list
- Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista: Hilton’s room list (June 2026 capture) has a 990-square-foot 1 Bedroom Family Suite with two queen beds, a sofa bed and two bathrooms for up to seven, and the hotel has Early Theme Park Entry. For our November 2026 sample dates, though, Booking.com did not offer this suite. Its suites there listed two full beds or a king plus a sofa bed, with no separate bedroom. Check your own dates, or read our Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista review.
- Meliá Orlando Celebration: its One-Bedroom Suite 2 Queen Beds (64 m²) has two full-size beds despite its name, plus a queen-size sofa bed and a kitchen. Meliá publishes no maximum occupancy for it, so we could not confirm room for five or six. See our Meliá Orlando Celebration review.
- Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista-Orlando: Booking.com lists a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with two queen beds, a sofa bed and a kitchen for up to six, but we could not open Hilton’s own page to confirm it, its parking or its shuttle.
- Residence Inn Orlando at Flamingo Crossings: Marriott lists its one-bedroom suites for up to four, with a sofa rather than a sofa bed in the living room, as our review found. Our Residence Inn Flamingo Crossings review explains the two-bedroom option.
- Home2 Suites and TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings: on Booking.com, both offered only studios (no separate bedroom) and two-bedroom suites for our dates.
How to choose a one-bedroom suite near Disney World
- You want Disney perks: DoubleTree Suites and the Buena Vista Palace are on Disney’s list of select hotels with Early Theme Park Entry. See the full list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry.
- You want breakfast included: Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and Residence Inn include it; DoubleTree, the Palace and Caribe Royale charge for it unless your rate includes it.
- You want to cook: Homewood Suites and Residence Inn have full kitchens. For more choices, see Orlando hotels with kitchens and extended stay hotels in Orlando.
- You want to skip resort fees: Homewood Suites and Residence Inn showed none on Booking.com’s breakdown. Open the price breakdown before you pay at any hotel.
- You will drive: add hotel parking to Disney’s own charge. At the time of writing, Disney lists standard theme park parking at $35 a day, tax included.
- You will not drive: check which parks the shuttle actually serves. DoubleTree, the Palace and Caribe Royale run buses to all four theme parks. The other three each skip at least one park.
Frequently asked questions
Which hotels near Disney World have one-bedroom suites that sleep 6?
On this list, DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs, the Island Family Suite at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista Resort, Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings and Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista all sell a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed for six. Caribe Royale’s queen suite has the same beds but a limit of five. Always enter every guest and child’s age when you search.
Do any one-bedroom suites near Disney World come with Early Theme Park Entry?
Yes. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace are on Disney’s list of select hotels whose guests get 30 minutes of early entry at every Disney theme park, every day of their stay. Disney says the benefit continues through 2027. You still need valid park admission.
Which one-bedroom suites near Disney World have a full kitchen?
Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings and Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista list a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in their one-bedroom suites, and both include a free hot breakfast. DoubleTree, Embassy Suites and the Buena Vista Palace have a microwave and a refrigerator or mini-fridge, but no stove. Caribe Royale has a microwave and a mini cooler, and its FAQ bans heating appliances such as toasters and hot plates.
What is the difference between a junior suite and a one-bedroom suite?
A junior suite or studio suite is one larger room, sometimes with a half wall or sofa area. A one-bedroom suite has a separate bedroom, usually with a door, plus a living room where the sofa bed is. If the adults want a door to close, read the room description; the word “suite” alone doesn’t promise a separate bedroom.
Is one suite cheaper than two hotel rooms?
Often, but compare totals. Hotels charge resort fees and taxes per room, so two rooms usually means two resort fees, and you may need two parking spaces if you arrive in two cars. Two rooms do give you two bathrooms. Price both options for your dates, including fees, before you decide.
Bottom line
For most families who want the adults in a separate bedroom, the best one-bedroom suites near Disney World are at DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace, both with Early Theme Park Entry. Choose Embassy Suites for free breakfast, Homewood Suites or Residence Inn for a full kitchen, and Caribe Royale for its pool. Check your dates at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area.
