The Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration is a 150-room Marriott hotel on US-192, about a mile from Old Town and a short drive from Celebration, with free self-parking, a free breakfast and, in our Booking.com checks, no resort fee. It suits drivers who want a predictable nightly total near the Disney parks. It is not the Fairfield in Marriott Village on Vineland Avenue, which we cover in our Marriott Village review.
This review checks the fees, the room sizes, the breakfast and the shuttle question against Marriott’s pages, Disney’s Good Neighbor listing and the Booking.com price breakdown. Where these official sources disagree, we show both, so you know what to confirm with the hotel.
Quick answer: Book this Fairfield if you will drive to the parks and want a low, fee-free total: parking is free, breakfast is included, and Booking.com added only the 13.5% tax on our sample stays. Families of five need the 475 sq ft Two-Queen Suite. Do not count on a theme park shuttle until the hotel confirms the times, and look elsewhere if you need Early Theme Park Entry or an on-site restaurant.

Location: where the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration sits
The hotel sits on the busy US-192 corridor, near where Celebration Avenue meets US-192, west of Old Town. Marriott and Disney’s listing both describe it as 3 miles from the Walt Disney World parks, and Booking.com puts Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs 2.5 miles away. Those are straight-line figures. By public roads to the actual parking lots, the drives are longer.
| Destination | Road distance | Drive without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Old Town (center) | About 1 mile | About 4 minutes |
| Gaylord Palms Resort | About 1.3 to 1.5 miles | About 4 minutes |
| Celebration (Market Street) | About 1.5 miles | About 5 minutes |
| ESPN Wide World of Sports | About 4 miles | About 11 minutes |
| Hollywood Studios parking | About 4.5 to 5 miles | About 14 minutes |
| Animal Kingdom parking | About 5.5 to 6 miles | About 12 minutes |
| Disney Springs garages | About 6.5 miles | About 12 minutes |
| EPCOT main parking lot | About 7 miles | About 14 minutes |
| Magic Kingdom (ticket center lot) | About 8 miles | About 14 minutes |
| SeaWorld Orlando | About 9 miles | About 18 minutes |
| Epic Universe | About 12 miles | About 20 minutes |
| Universal Orlando garages | About 12.5 to 14 miles | About 20 to 23 minutes |
| Orlando International Airport (MCO) | About 20 miles | About 30 minutes |
The Magic Kingdom figure ends at the Transportation and Ticket Center lot. From there, you take the monorail or ferry to the park gate. The fastest airport route uses the SR 417 toll road. Drive times are routing estimates; US-192 and I-4 traffic can double them at peak hours.
Old Town is the main draw within reach: our walking route to the middle of Old Town is about 1 mile, roughly 20 to 25 minutes, and it crosses busy US-192. The hotels near Old Town Kissimmee guide lists closer options if walking there matters. Celebration’s lakefront downtown is a five-minute drive, and our Celebration hotel guide compares this Fairfield with The Inn at Celebration and other hotels in and around the town.
Rooms and suites: sizes and who they sleep
Marriott’s room pages, checked on October 28, 2026, list four layouts. Every room has a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee/tea maker, a hair dryer, a desk and complimentary Wi-Fi. None of the rooms has a kitchen or kitchenette.
| Room type | Beds | Size | Maximum guests |
|---|---|---|---|
| King room | One king bed | 275 sq ft | 3 |
| Two-queen room | Two queen beds | 319 sq ft | 4 |
| King Suite | One king bed + sofa bed | 375 sq ft | 3 |
| Two-Queen Suite | Two queen beds + sofa bed | 475 sq ft | 5 |
The Two-Queen Suite is the only layout for five people. Marriott says rollaway beds are not permitted in any room and that connecting rooms are not available, so a larger group needs two rooms or a different hotel. Each layout allows one crib, per Marriott’s room details. Suites add a living area with a sofa and a second TV.

Accessible layouts on Marriott’s list include king rooms and King Suites with a roll-in shower, a Two-Queen Suite with an accessible bathtub, and hearing-accessible versions of each room type. Book the exact accessible room you need and confirm it with the hotel, because the page’s “Accessible Rooms” tab showed “No Accessible Rooms Available at this Hotel” on the same day.
Pool and recreation
There is one rectangular outdoor pool beside the building, with loungers, green umbrellas and a pool lift. Marriott’s experiences page, checked on October 28, 2026, gives pool hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily and says towels are provided. Booking.com lists the pool as open all year. Neither page says the pool is heated, so ask if you travel in winter.

Marriott and Disney list no water slide, splash pad or kids club. For more water play, the Gaylord Palms is about 1.5 miles away, and from November 13, 2026 to January 3, 2027 its Christmas at Gaylord Palms event is the closest holiday outing.
Breakfast and dining
Breakfast is included in every rate we saw. Disney’s Good Neighbor listing describes a “Complimentary breakfast with 2 hot items each day”. Marriott’s hotel description (December 2025 copy) mentions eggs and Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles, while the amenity list on the same page calls it a free continental and grab-and-go breakfast served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on weekends. Booking.com marked every rate “American breakfast included” on our sample dates.

Plan an early start: on those hours, breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays. Confirm the current hours at check-in. The hotel’s photos show waffle makers, hot food wells, cereal and fruit.
There is no restaurant or bar listed on Marriott’s pages. The Corner Market sells snacks and drinks. For other meals, Marriott’s experiences page (checked October 28, 2026) lists a Starbucks 0.1 mile away and Golden Corral, IHOP and Boston Lobster Feast about 0.3 mile away, plus a Waffle House at 0.5 mile. Old Town and Celebration add more choices a short drive away.
Parking and fees: what you really pay
This is the hotel’s strongest point. We checked the charges on three official sources and on Booking.com’s price breakdown for two sample stays.
| Charge | Marriott | Disney listing | Booking.com |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resort fee | None listed | None listed | None; 13.5% tax only |
| Self-parking | Complimentary | Complimentary | Free, no reservation |
| Breakfast | Free | Complimentary | Included |
| Wi-Fi | Complimentary in rooms | Free | Free |
Booking.com’s breakdowns for December 6 to 9, 2026 and January 12 to 14, 2027 (checked October 28, 2026) showed one extra line: “13.50 % TAX”, which is Osceola County’s hotel tax rate. In both samples, the tax line was exactly 13.5% of the room price, with no other charge. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
Worked example (4 nights, 4 Disney days by car): hotel parking and fees add $0. Disney’s standard theme park parking is $35 a day including tax, so the parks add 4 x $35 = $140. By comparison, the Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW Celebration, about a mile east, adds a $15 resort fee plus 13.5% tax on Booking.com: $17.03 a night, or $68.10 for four nights. It does run a free bus, but on fixed times, with no Animal Kingdom run and no direct EPCOT run. If you will drive anyway, the Fairfield avoids that fee, so compare the room rates of both hotels for your dates.
Marriott says it has no electric vehicle charging stations (December 2025 copy). Our hotels near Disney with free parking guide compares this Fairfield with other fee-free options.
Transport to the Disney parks: shuttle or car?
The shuttle is the one point where the official sources disagree most:
- Disney’s Good Neighbor listing lists a “Shuttle to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney Springs” but gives no times or price.
- Booking.com shows “Shuttle service (free)” in its facilities and mentions “local theme park transfer services” in the description.
- Marriott’s hotel page (December 2025 copy) lists no theme park shuttle. Its “does not provide shuttle service” line refers to the airports.
The hotel is not in the Firefighters All Services booking system, which runs the shuttles for several nearby US-192 hotels (checked October 28, 2026), and we found no published timetable. Call the hotel at +1 407-390-1532 before you book and ask for the times, the parks served and any charge. Our Kissimmee hotels with a Disney shuttle guide compares nearby hotels whose shuttles we could confirm, with sample bus times where they are published.
Driving is the reliable plan. The hotel is not on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list, so you get the same park opening time as other off-site guests. Disney Springs parking is free. LYNX Link 56 (W. U.S. 192/Magic Kingdom) runs along US-192 past Old Town seven days a week. Despite its name, its western end is Disney University on Center Drive, not a park gate, so check its timetable and plan a transfer.
For Universal or Epic Universe, plan to drive about 12 to 14 miles on I-4. The hotel is not on Mears Connect’s list of hotels served from the airport, so compare taxis, rideshare and rental cars before you land. Marriott’s December 2025 page listed Mears Transportation at $55 one way at that time, with a reservation required.
Amenities, Wi-Fi and services
The hotel has a fitness center with treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights. Disney’s listing says it is open 24 hours. There is also an on-site guest laundry, a business center and meeting space. Marriott lists no spa.

Wi-Fi is complimentary on Marriott’s room pages and free on Booking.com and Disney’s listing. One older Marriott amenity line framed free Wi-Fi as a Marriott Bonvoy member benefit for direct bookings, so ask at check-in whether Wi-Fi is free for every guest. Marriott Bonvoy points and member rates apply only when you book directly with Marriott, not through Booking.com.
Check-in, pets and house rules
Marriott (December 2025 copy) and Booking.com both give check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. Disney’s listing says 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. The minimum check-in age is 21 on Marriott’s page and on Booking.com (checked October 28, 2026), and Booking.com asks for a photo ID and a credit card at check-in.

Pets are allowed, but the rules differ. Marriott’s page (December 2025 copy) allows up to two pets for a non-refundable $150 fee per stay and says breed restrictions may apply. Booking.com’s fine print (October 28, 2026) allows up to three pets at $50 per night. Confirm the policy in writing before you travel with a pet.
Booking.com is also inconsistent on cribs: one line offers a free crib for children up to 2, and the next says cribs are not available. Marriott’s room details allow one crib per room.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration have a free Disney shuttle?
The sources disagree. Disney’s Good Neighbor listing mentions a shuttle to the Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs, and Booking.com shows a free shuttle service, but Marriott’s own page lists no theme park shuttle. We found no published timetable and no operator schedule. Call the hotel to confirm the times, the parks served and any charge, and plan to drive if you need park opening.
Does the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration charge a resort fee or for parking?
No. Marriott and Disney’s listing both describe complimentary self-parking, and Booking.com lists free parking. Booking.com’s price breakdowns for December 2026 and January 2027 stays added only the 13.5% Osceola County tax, with no resort fee. Check the final breakdown before you pay, because fees can change.
Is breakfast free at the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration?
Yes. Breakfast is included for all guests. Disney’s listing promises two hot items each day, and Marriott’s description mentions eggs and Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles. Marriott’s hours (December 2025 copy) are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, so early park days still fit.
How far is the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration from Disney World?
Marriott and Disney’s listing say 3 miles, but that is a straight-line figure. By public roads, it is about 4.5 miles to Hollywood Studios’ parking, 5.5 to Animal Kingdom’s, 7 to EPCOT’s main lot and 8 to the Magic Kingdom ticket center lot. Without traffic, each drive takes about 11 to 16 minutes.
How many people can stay in a room at the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration?
It depends on the layout. Marriott lists a maximum of 3 in king rooms and King Suites, 4 in two-queen rooms and 5 in the Two-Queen Suite with a sofa bed. Rollaway beds are not permitted, and connecting rooms are not available, so groups of six or more need two rooms.
Is the Fairfield Kissimmee/Celebration pet friendly?
Yes, but the published rules differ. Marriott’s page allows up to two pets for a non-refundable $150 fee per stay, with possible breed restrictions. Booking.com’s fine print says up to three pets at $50 per night. Ask the hotel which policy applies to your booking and get it in writing.
Bottom line
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration is one of the simplest budget choices near Disney World: free parking, free breakfast, rooms with a fridge and microwave, and no resort fee in our checks. Treat the shuttle as unconfirmed and plan to drive, and book the Two-Queen Suite early if you are five. See prices and availability at Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration.
