Marriott hotels near Disney World range from three hotels inside Walt Disney World to villa resorts with no resort fee and budget suites with free breakfast, so the right pick depends on which Disney perks, pools and fees matter to you. This guide compares 14 Marriott Bonvoy properties by area and price tier, with the brand named for each.
Fees, shuttle rules and room details come from official hotel and Disney pages (archived copies where Marriott blocks access, with the capture month), and distances are our road routes to each park’s guest parking. Bonvoy points, member rates and perks such as free Wi-Fi apply to direct bookings, not Booking.com stays. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
Quick answer: For Disney perks, book the Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve, the only Marriott hotels with Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours and the 7-day Lightning Lane window. The Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa keeps Early Entry for less, JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek is the luxury suite pick, the World Center and Gaylord Palms fold slides and a Disney shuttle into their resort fees, three villa resorts skip the resort fee, and Marriott Village and Flamingo Crossings add free breakfast and shuttles on a budget.

How we chose these Marriott hotels near Disney World
We looked at every Marriott Bonvoy brand around Disney, from Westin and JW Marriott to Fairfield and Marriott Vacation Club, and kept the hotels that pass four tests:
- Location: within about 12 road miles of a Disney theme park lot on public roads (OpenStreetMap routing).
- Verified amenities: rooms, occupancy, pools, kitchens and breakfast as stated on official pages.
- Value: resort fees, parking and what the fee buys.
- Transport: Disney perks, shuttle rules and whether you need a car.
Smaller Marriott-brand hotels on Disney’s Good Neighbor list, such as Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista, did not make our 14. We have not stayed at these hotels, and we don’t use ratings or quote room prices. Our best hotels near Disney World hub adds the Hyatt and independent options, and our guide to Hilton hotels near Disney World covers the other big chain.

How to choose a Marriott hotel near Disney World
Decide whether Disney perks are worth the fees
Only four of these hotels have Early Theme Park Entry, and only the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve add Extended Evening Hours and the 7-day Lightning Lane window. If rope drop shapes your days, those three (or the Renaissance for Early Entry alone) earn their fees; if you want pool days, the World Center and Gaylord Palms give more for a similar fee. Our list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry shows the Hilton and Wyndham alternatives.
Count heads, then add the real extras
Five in one standard room on Disney property means the Dolphin; six fit a SpringHill studio, a Residence Inn two-bedroom suite or a Sheraton Vistana two-bedroom villa; seven the JW’s loft suite; eight to twelve the villa resorts or the World Center’s two-bedroom suite. Then add the extras: at the Swan and Dolphin the $50 package plus $40 parking adds $90 a night before tax if you drive, and from every other hotel here Disney’s standard theme-park parking costs $35 a day.
Shuttle or car, direct or Booking.com?
The EPCOT-area hotels, the Renaissance, Marriott Village, Flamingo Crossings and Delta Celebration run free shuttles, most with reservations; the JW, the World Center and Gaylord Palms fold theirs into the resort fee; Sheraton Vistana, Grande Vista, Cypress Harbour and the Inn at Celebration list none. Compare Marriott’s direct total (with points) against Booking.com’s, check that the resort fee is included, and link a Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve stay in My Disney Experience so the perks work. Our guide to where to stay in Orlando compares the areas.
Frequently asked questions
Which Marriott hotels are on Disney property?
Three: the Walt Disney World Swan (Westin), Dolphin (Sheraton) and Swan Reserve (Autograph Collection), all on Crescent Lake in the EPCOT Resort Area. Marriott operates them, so they sell on Booking.com, and Disney gives their guests Early Entry, Extended Evening Hours, the 7-day Lightning Lane window and free theme-park parking. The JW Marriott in Bonnet Creek is surrounded by Disney land but off property.
Do Marriott hotels near Disney World get Early Theme Park Entry?
Only four. Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry page lists the Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve and the Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa among the non-Disney hotels whose guests enter all four theme parks 30 minutes before regular opening, and says the benefit continues through 2027. The JW Marriott, the World Center, Gaylord Palms and the other hotels here are not on the list.
Which Marriott hotels near Disney have a free shuttle to the parks?
Free with reservations: the Renaissance, the three Marriott Village hotels, the four Marriott hotels at Flamingo Crossings and Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration. Paid through the resort fee: JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, Orlando World Center Marriott and Gaylord Palms. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve use Disney’s boats and buses. Sheraton Vistana, Grande Vista, Cypress Harbour and the Inn at Celebration list no shuttle.
Do Marriott hotels near Disney charge resort fees?
Most full-service resorts do: $50 plus tax at the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve, $55 at the JW, $47 at the World Center, $45 at Gaylord Palms and $39 at the Renaissance at the time of writing. The three villa resorts advertise none, and the Marriott Village, Flamingo Crossings, Delta and Inn at Celebration pages listed none at last check. Self-parking runs $20 to $43 a day.
Can I use Marriott Bonvoy points or elite benefits if I book on Booking.com?
Generally not. Marriott ties points, member rates, elite benefits and complimentary in-room Wi-Fi to reservations made directly with Marriott, and several of these hotels’ pages say so. A Booking.com stay is a third-party booking, so compare its total against Marriott’s direct rate with the resort fee included and decide whether the points or the price matter more. Resort fees apply either way.
Which Marriott hotel near Disney is best for a family of five or six?
On Disney property, the Dolphin: its 360-square-foot traditional rooms are listed for two adults and three children. For six with breakfast, SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Village sleeps six in a studio and the Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings has two-bedroom suites with kitchens. For seven, the JW’s Family Loft Suite; for eight or more, a two-bedroom villa at Cypress Harbour or Sheraton Vistana or a three-bedroom villa at Grande Vista.
Bottom line
The best Marriott hotels near Disney World depend on what you want Disney to give you. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve have the full set of Disney perks and charge for it; the Renaissance keeps Early Entry for less; the JW, the World Center and Gaylord Palms sell resort days; the villa resorts and budget suites keep extras low. Confirm the fees in your total, then check your dates for the Walt Disney World Swan on Booking.com or pick the stay that fits your party above.
