Marriott Village Orlando is a cluster of three Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotels, Fairfield Inn & Suites, SpringHill Suites and Courtyard, built around one fountain on Vineland Avenue in Lake Buena Vista, about 2 to 2.5 miles by road from the Disney Springs garages. The three share pools, a food hall and a free Disney shuttle, but they differ on breakfast, room layouts, housekeeping and price, so the hotel you pick matters more than the shared brochure suggests.

This comparison covers what we could verify on Marriott’s pages, the Village’s official site and the shuttle operator’s booking system: room sizes and who they sleep, breakfast, how the shuttle works, parking, fees and real road distances. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.

Quick answer: Book SpringHill Suites if you need space for five or six: its studio suites sleep up to 6 with two double beds and a sofa bed, and the hot breakfast is free. Book Fairfield Inn & Suites for the simplest budget stay with free hot breakfast, standard rooms for up to 4 and bunk-bed Family Suites for up to 5. Book Courtyard if you want a balcony, the indoor/outdoor pool, daily housekeeping and a bar and bistro on site, and you don’t mind paying for breakfast. All three listed $25 a day parking and no resort fee at our last check.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

The Fairfield, at 8615 Vineland Avenue, is the Village’s budget anchor. Marriott lists standard rooms of about 330 sq ft with a king or two double beds (some of Marriott’s photo captions say queens) for up to 4 guests, a 350 sq ft Executive King with a sofa bed, and two Family Suite layouts: a king bedroom plus a second bedroom with twin bunk beds (about 350 sq ft, sleeps 4), and a larger 370 sq ft version whose bunks add a trundle bed, for up to 5. Every room type lists a mini fridge, a microwave and free Wi-Fi; rollaway beds are not permitted.

Breakfast is the reason to choose it over the Courtyard: Marriott’s page lists a free hot buffet daily from 6:30 to 9:30 am. The lobby has The Corner Market for snacks and drinks around the clock, and the Village Food Hall delivers pizza to the pool deck. Housekeeping is listed as every other day.

SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

SpringHill Suites, at 8601 Vineland Avenue, is the all-suite hotel and the best fit for bigger families. Marriott’s listing shows studio suites of about 420 sq ft with two double beds, a pull-out sofa bed and a living area, sleeping up to 6, plus 355 sq ft king studios with a sofa bed for up to 4. Some double studios come with a balcony, corner suites stretch to about 475 sq ft, and a 680 sq ft king suite tops the list. All suites list a mini fridge and a microwave; rollaways are not permitted and one crib is allowed per suite.

The hot breakfast buffet is free, 6:30 to 9:30 am daily, and Marriott’s page says Starbucks drinks are available. Like the Fairfield, it lists housekeeping every other day.

Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

The Courtyard, at 8623 Vineland Avenue, is the Village’s full-service hotel. Its standard rooms are about 360 sq ft with two queens or a king and sofa bed, all sleeping up to 4, and many come with a private balcony, including pool-view balcony rooms. The one-bedroom suite with balcony is about 580 sq ft with a separate living room and a king bed plus sofa bed, also for up to 4. Rooms list a mini fridge but no microwave, and this is the only Village hotel with daily housekeeping on Marriott’s page.

What you give up is breakfast: Marriott does not include it. Instead, The Bistro in the Courtyard lobby serves a buffet breakfast and Starbucks coffee, with a bar for cocktails later on, and the hotel lists two bars and three restaurants in all. In return, the Courtyard has the Village’s heated indoor/outdoor pool and both an indoor and an outdoor whirlpool, which is why it leads our list of Orlando hotels with indoor pools.

Location and distances to the parks

The Village sits on Vineland Avenue just east of SR 535 and I-4, with chain restaurants on the same block and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets about a mile up the road. Marriott’s figures don’t match what a car drives, so we routed each trip on public roads with OSRM to the parking entrances. Figures are rounded and start at the Fairfield; the other two hotels add about 0.1 to 0.2 miles.

Drive times are free-flow estimates, so allow extra time at park opening and closing. The only destination you can comfortably walk to is Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, about 1 to 1.2 miles along Vineland Avenue (roughly 20 to 25 minutes on foot, depending on your building). Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, on SR 535, are about 2.5 miles by road, so treat them as a drive. If shopping is the point of your trip, our guide to hotels near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets compares the options on this stretch.

Rooms: who sleeps where

The headline difference is capacity. SpringHill’s double studios are the only Village rooms that sleep 6, and they do it with real beds plus a sofa bed rather than a rollaway. Fairfield’s trundle Family Suites sleep 5, with a king in the first bedroom and bunks plus a trundle in the second, which is a good layout for early bedtimes. Courtyard rooms and suites all top out at 4, though its standard rooms list one rollaway as permitted. Only the Fairfield and the SpringHill list microwaves; every room in the Village has a mini fridge.

Marriott’s search form accepts up to 8 guests per room, but the room listings cap each type at 4, 5 or 6, so book the layout that fits your party. For more rooms that take five or six near Disney, see our round-up of cheap hotels near Disney World, which ranks all three Village hotels against their neighbors.

Pools and recreation across the Village

Marriott’s Village site counts three heated pools, four whirlpools and three splash pads, open 7 am to 10 pm with no glass allowed, and its deals page says you can “dive in at any hotel”, so a Fairfield guest can use the Courtyard’s indoor/outdoor pool and vice versa. The hotel pages say 8 am to 10 pm, so confirm the opening time if you plan an early swim. None of the pages lists a slide or a lazy river.

Beyond the water, Marriott lists a 24-hour fitness center, a game room with weekend activities, on-site guest laundry (not marked as included), a Hertz rental desk and a concierge selling attraction tickets.

Breakfast and dining

Two of the three hotels put breakfast in the rate. Marriott’s pages for the Fairfield and the SpringHill both list a “Free Buffet and Hot Breakfast” from 6:30 to 9:30 am every day. The Courtyard’s breakfast is a paid buffet at The Bistro, which also pours Starbucks coffee; Marriott’s pages describe The Bistro as open for breakfast and lunch in one place and for breakfast, lunch and dinner in another, so check the hours when you arrive.

The Village Food Hall is the shared lunch-and-dinner spot, with pizza, burgers, beer on tap and delivery to your lounge chair or suite; Marriott’s captures list its hours as 11 am to 11 pm on one page and 3 pm to 11 pm on another, so again, confirm on the day. Each lobby has a market for snacks, drinks and late-night essentials. Off property, the same block has a Bahama Breeze, Landry’s Seafood, Panera and other chain restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Our list of Orlando hotels with free breakfast puts the two Village hotels in context with other breakfast-included stays.

The Disney shuttle and getting to the parks

All three hotels are Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotels, and the Village’s official site offers a complimentary shuttle to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs, plus a complimentary outlet shuttle it asks you to reserve when you book (that booking link was broken at our check, so ask the desk). Disney seats are reserved online with the operator Marriott links to, Firefighters All Services. For the late-October and mid-November 2026 dates we tried, its system listed only a few fixed runs from the Village: Magic Kingdom at 9 am, 10 am and noon (the stop is the Transportation and Ticket Center, with EPCOT reached by monorail from there), Hollywood Studios at 10 am and noon, Animal Kingdom at 9 am and Disney Springs at 4:35 pm, with returns from about 5:15 to 10:45 pm. Times can change, so reserve early.

Universal is a grey area: Marriott’s Village page lists only Disney and outlet runs, but the operator’s system also showed Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe runs from the Village (7:20 am out, about 7 pm back) at a $0.00 rate, so ask the desk whether those seats are open to you. No SeaWorld run appeared, and none of the hotels runs an airport shuttle. Marriott’s pages point to Mears (reservation required) with fares that differ from page to page, and Mears Connect’s shared shuttle doesn’t list the Village, so budget a private car, a rideshare or a rental for the roughly 17-mile trip. If you drive, standard theme park parking at Disney is $35 a day and Universal charges $35 including tax, which is worth weighing against the free shuttle. For other hotels that bundle a ride and a meal, see our list of hotels near Disney with free breakfast and shuttle.

Parking, fees and policies

  • Parking: on-site parking is $25 a day at each hotel on Marriott’s pages (captures from March to June 2026), and the Village’s own site still describes free parking as a “$25/day value” in a passholder package in October 2026.
  • Resort or destination fee: none appears on any of the three Marriott pages at last check. Fees change without notice, so look at the total before you pay.
  • Taxes: the Village is in Orange County, where hotel tax runs 12.5%.
  • Check-in and check-out: 4 pm and 11 am at all three; the minimum check-in age is 18.
  • Pets: not allowed at any of the three (service animals welcome).
  • Housekeeping: every other day at Fairfield and SpringHill, daily at Courtyard.
  • Loyalty perks: Marriott Bonvoy points and elite benefits apply to bookings made directly with Marriott, not to Booking.com reservations.

Disney perks: what Good Neighbor status does and doesn’t include

The Good Neighbor label brings Disney ticket sales and vacation-planning help at the desk, but not Early Theme Park Entry. Disney’s early-entry page lists exactly 15 non-Disney hotels, mostly on Disney property or along Hotel Plaza Boulevard, and the Marriott Village hotels are not among them. Village guests also get the standard 3-day Lightning Lane booking window rather than the 7-day window that Disney Resort hotels (plus the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve and Shades of Green) receive. If a 30-minute head start matters to you, our list of non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry shows which nearby hotels qualify.

Choose Fairfield if, choose SpringHill if, choose Courtyard if

Choose Fairfield Inn & Suites if:

  • you want the simplest rooms in the Village with breakfast still included;
  • your kids will fight over who gets the top bunk, and a trundle suite for 5 beats two rooms;
  • you don’t need a balcony, a bar or daily housekeeping.

Choose SpringHill Suites if:

  • you are 5 or 6 people and want one 420 sq ft suite with two beds and a sofa bed;
  • you value a living area, a microwave and free breakfast on a longer stay;
  • you’d like a balcony or corner suite, which some double studios offer.

Choose Courtyard if:

  • you are a couple or a business traveler who wants a balcony, a bar and daily service;
  • you want the indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpools at your door on a cool evening;
  • you are happy to pay for breakfast at The Bistro or eat at the chain restaurants next door.

Nearby alternatives

If Early Theme Park Entry matters more than the Village’s price, Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando on Hotel Plaza Boulevard pairs free hot breakfast and evening food with Early Entry, no resort fee and a first-come shuttle. For a Marriott stay on Disney’s west side, closer to Animal Kingdom, the Fairfield and SpringHill at Flamingo Crossings also include breakfast and a Disney shuttle. Our guide to the best hotels in Lake Buena Vista covers the pricier resorts in the same area, and the Marriott hotels near Disney World round-up ranks the Village against every other Bonvoy option from the Swan to the World Center.

Frequently asked questions

Does Marriott Village Orlando have a free shuttle to Disney?

Yes. The Village’s official site offers complimentary shuttles to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs, booked online through the operator Marriott links to. At our October 2026 check, the system showed only a few fixed runs a day, with EPCOT reached by monorail from the Magic Kingdom ticket center. It also listed Universal runs that Marriott’s page doesn’t mention, so confirm them at the desk. There is no airport shuttle.

Is there a resort fee at Marriott Village Orlando?

Marriott’s pages for the Fairfield, SpringHill and Courtyard showed no resort or destination fee at our last check, only on-site parking at $25 a day. Fees can appear without notice and third-party sites sometimes list different amounts, so read the total on the booking page before you pay.

Which Marriott Village hotels include free breakfast?

Fairfield Inn & Suites and SpringHill Suites both list a free hot breakfast buffet from 6:30 to 9:30 am daily. The Courtyard does not include breakfast; its lobby Bistro serves a paid buffet and Starbucks coffee. For a family, that difference can outweigh a small rate gap.

Can you walk from Marriott Village to Disney Springs or the outlets?

You can walk to Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, about 1 to 1.2 miles along Vineland Avenue, or roughly 20 to 25 minutes each way depending on your building. Disney Springs is about 2 to 2.5 miles by road, across I-4 and SR 535, so take the afternoon shuttle, a rideshare or your car rather than walking. Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are about 2.5 miles away by road too.

Which Marriott Village hotel is best for a family of five or six?

SpringHill Suites. Its double studio suites sleep up to 6 with two double beds and a sofa bed in about 420 sq ft, with a microwave, mini fridge and free breakfast. Fairfield’s trundle Family Suites take 5 with a king bed plus bunks and a trundle. Courtyard rooms and suites are capped at 4, so larger families there need two rooms.

Do Marriott Village guests get Disney Early Theme Park Entry?

No. Disney’s early-entry benefit covers Disney Resort hotels and a fixed list of 15 non-Disney hotels, and the three Marriott Village hotels are not on it. Good Neighbor status brings ticket sales and planning help, not early entry. Village guests book Lightning Lane passes in the standard 3-day window, like any other off-site visitor with park tickets.

Bottom line

Marriott Village Orlando works because the shared extras (free Disney shuttle, three heated pools, a food hall and $25 parking with no resort fee listed) come with every hotel, so you only have to choose the room. SpringHill Suites is the family pick for up to 6 with breakfast, Fairfield is the budget pick with bunk-bed suites, and Courtyard is the comfort pick with balconies, a bar and the indoor/outdoor pool. Confirm fees, shuttle times and breakfast hours before you travel, then check SpringHill Suites’ dates on Booking.com or see current rates at the Fairfield.
