The best cheap hotels near Disney World are budget and midscale hotels in Lake Buena Vista, the Disney Springs Resort Area, Flamingo Crossings and Kissimmee that still get you to the parks by shuttle. The real bargains stay cheap after you add the resort fee, parking and breakfast, which can add more than $60 a night to a low rate.
We compared 12 hotels on what you actually pay and how you reach the parks. All 12 list a Disney park shuttle (most free or covered by a mandatory fee), three get Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry and seven include breakfast. Disney’s five Value Resorts get their own section.
Quick answer: For the lowest daily extras, book Quality Inn & Suites By the Parks (free breakfast and parking, no resort fee listed), Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista ($7 parking and a free hot breakfast) or Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista ($10 parking, capped at $50 a stay). For a separate bedroom, pick Buena Vista Suites. For the most included plus Early Theme Park Entry, book Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando. For Animal Kingdom days, the US-192 hotels are closest.

How we chose these cheap hotels
- Location: every hotel is within about 7 miles by road of at least one Disney theme park parking lot (we measured each route).
- Transport: each lists a shuttle to the Walt Disney World parks on an official hotel or brand page.
- Value: we added up the published resort fee, parking and breakfast, because the cheapest room rate is not always the cheapest stay.
- Verified: fees, shuttles and perks were checked in October 2026 on hotel sites, Disney’s site and dated archive copies of Marriott, Hilton and Choice pages. No scores, no room prices.

The free shuttle is the catch: it serves only Hollywood Studios, EPCOT and Disney Springs. At last check the posted schedule had Disney departures at 9:25 am (Hollywood Studios), 10:35 am (EPCOT), 11:30 am (Hollywood Studios) and 5:10 pm (Disney Springs), with returns at 4:15 pm, 10:15 pm and 11:05 pm.
- Why stay: parking capped at $50 a stay (better the longer you stay), two seasonally heated pools, a splash pad, a playground, an arcade and a free shuttle to Universal and Epic Universe.
- Getting to the parks: the hotel information page says seats are first come, first served (its FAQ says reservations are required, so ask at Guest Services), and the schedule follows regular park hours, not Early Entry or special events. By car, the Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) is about 7 miles.
- Good to know: breakfast at the Boardwalk Buffet is paid, with a Kids Eat Free program for children under 5 with each paying adult. Up to two dogs are welcome for $15 plus tax per dog per night.

2. Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

Up Palm Parkway at 8150, this Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotel has a free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool. Hilton’s page (June 2026 capture) listed self-parking at $7 a day, the cheapest paid parking here, and no resort fee.
The shuttle needs a quick call: Hilton’s page mentions a “free shuttle to Disney, Universal Orlando, and Epic Universe” in one place and says “fee may apply” in another, so ask.
- Why stay: free breakfast and very cheap parking.
- Getting to the parks: Hollywood Studios’ parking is about 6.5 miles by road and EPCOT and the TTC about 7, farther than the one to two miles “from Walt Disney World” Hilton quotes.
- Good to know: up to two dogs or cats (25 lb maximum) for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125 (5 or more). Hilton Honors perks generally require booking direct.

- Why stay: free hot breakfast and a free Disney shuttle near I-4.

The suites are one open room with a sitting area rather than a separate bedroom. For bigger families, see our picks for affordable family suites near Disney World.
- Why stay: more room for a family of three or four.

- Why stay: the Village amenities and shuttle, sometimes at the lowest rate of the three once breakfast is added.
- Getting to the parks: about 6.5 miles to EPCOT’s lot and 7.8 miles to the TTC by road.

6. Buena Vista Suites

Buena Vista Suites, at 8203 World Center Drive next to Caribe Royale, is the cheapest way here to get a door between parents and kids: its one-bedroom suites have a separate bedroom and living room (the smaller Studio Retreat is one room). The breakfast buffet and self-parking are free.
The catch is a mandatory hotel fee of $23 plus tax per room per night. It covers basic Wi-Fi, the scheduled shuttle to all four Disney theme parks, an evening shuttle to Disney Springs and afternoon pickleball and padel court access at Caribe Royale.
- Why stay: a real separate bedroom.
- Getting to the parks: register at the Concierge Desk at least 24 hours ahead; seats are limited and groups aren’t carried. EPCOT is about 6 miles by car.
- Good to know: one pool, heated in colder months and open 8 am to 11 pm, with no lifeguard. No pets (service animals are welcome), and oversized vehicles pay $100 a night.
Best for: families with young children who want a separate bedroom and no rental car.
7. Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area

Drury Plaza is rarely the lowest nightly rate here, but it is often the best overall value. It charges no resort fee, self-parking is $28 a night on its hotel information page (its FAQ still says $25 plus tax), and the free hot breakfast plus the free 5:30 Kickback (rotating hot food with beer, wine, mixed drinks and soft drinks, 5:30 to 7:30 pm) can cover two meals a day.

Best for: families who would otherwise pay for breakfast and dinner.
8. Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista

Wyndham Garden is the low-rise half of a two-hotel complex at 1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, a 5 to 7 minute walk over a pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs by the resort’s count. Guests share the Oasis pool area with the sister Wyndham Lake Buena Vista tower, and both hotels are on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.

- Getting to the parks: reserve seats for your whole party at the front desk or by QR code, up to 48 hours ahead; no service to after-hours parties.
- Good to know: self-parking is $27 a day standard or $31 preferred, plus tax. Breakfast isn’t included unless your rate says so.

10. Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center

Flamingo Crossings Town Center is a Disney-planned district on Disney’s west side, with a Target and fast-casual restaurants. This Fairfield, at 631 Flagler Avenue, is less than a mile from Walt Disney World by Marriott’s count, and Marriott’s page listed no resort fee at last check (October 2025 capture), so confirm the total.
The free hot breakfast buffet ran 6:30 to 10 am daily at last check, and self-parking was $20 a day. A daily scheduled shuttle to select Walt Disney World theme parks is free for all guests; sign-up opens 48 hours before departure.
- Why stay: breakfast and a free shuttle, a short drive from Animal Kingdom.
- Getting to the parks: Animal Kingdom’s guest parking is about 5 miles by road (roughly 11 minutes) and EPCOT about 7. Marriott doesn’t say which parks the shuttle serves, so ask.
- Good to know: in that October 2025 capture Marriott listed two-queen rooms for 4 and sofa-bed suites for up to 6, with no rollaways, no pets and a minimum check-in age of 21. Our guide to all six Flamingo Crossings hotels compares its neighbors.
Best for: Animal Kingdom fans and families who want breakfast included.

The Ramada sits on US-192 in Kissimmee, “one mile from Walt Disney World” by the hotel’s count, with two outdoor pools, mini golf, an arcade and free parking. Standard Inn rooms are drive-up or garden and pool view; Deluxe Tower rooms are slightly larger, with in-room safes and interior corridors.
Wyndham’s rates page listed a mandatory resort fee of $20.43 a night at the time of writing, while some resellers show $18 plus tax, so compare totals. Our full Ramada Kissimmee Gateway review has the details.
- Why stay: free parking and a complimentary scheduled shuttle to the Disney parks, Universal, Epic Universe and SeaWorld.
- Getting to the parks: the hotel doesn’t publish shuttle times or booking rules online, so ask at check-in. By car, Animal Kingdom’s parking is under 3 miles away and Hollywood Studios about 5.

The cheapest Disney resorts: the five Value Resorts
If you want a cheap resort inside Walt Disney World, Disney’s lowest category is the Value Resort: All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, Pop Century and Art of Animation. They are booked with Disney, not on Booking.com, and rates change by date.
- Transport: Disney buses from all five. Pop Century and Art of Animation also have the Skyliner gondola to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT’s International Gateway; Disney lists a Skyliner refurbishment closure from January 24 to 30, 2027, with buses instead.
- Rooms for 6: Art of Animation and All-Star Music offer Family Suites for parties of up to 6.
- Parking: overnight self-parking at Disney Resort hotels is complimentary, and standard theme park parking is included.
- Perks: Early Theme Park Entry and Lightning Lane purchases up to 7 days before your stay; Extended Evening Hours are for Deluxe, Deluxe Villa and a few other select hotels, not Value Resorts.
| Perk | Disney Value Resorts | Disney Springs area hotels | Other hotels on this list |
|---|---|---|---|
| Early Theme Park Entry | Yes | Yes | No |
| Lightning Lane purchase window | 7 days | 3 days | 3 days |
| Theme park parking | Included | $35 a day standard | $35 a day standard |
| Resort or hotel fee | None listed by Disney | None (Drury) to $39 + tax | None to $23 + tax |
| Park transport | Disney buses; Skyliner at 2 | Hotel shuttle, about hourly | Hotel shuttle at set times |
A Value Resort suits travelers without a car; an off-site hotel usually wins for a separate bedroom, included breakfast or a driving trip. With a bigger budget, see the best hotels near Disney World.
How to find the cheapest night near Disney World
- Compare totals, not headline rates. Since May 12, 2025, the FTC’s Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees has required hotels and booking sites to show mandatory fees such as resort fees in the upfront total. Taxes can be added later: hotel tax is 12.5% in Orange County (Lake Buena Vista, the Disney Springs area and Flamingo Crossings) and 13.5% in Osceola County (US-192).
- Price the car honestly. Driving to the parks costs $35 a day for Disney’s standard parking (preferred $50 to $60), on top of hotel parking. If you will drive anyway, a hotel with free or cheap parking, like those on our list of Orlando hotels with free parking, saves the most.
- Count breakfast. Seven of these hotels include it; elsewhere, a daily family breakfast can outweigh a lower rate.
- Check direct offers. At the time of writing, Buena Vista Suites’ site advertised 10% off stays of three nights or more and 20% off for Florida and Georgia residents, and Disney’s English (Canada) site listed up to 20% off select Disney Resort rooms on most Sunday to Thursday nights from October 4 to November 19 and most nights from November 22 to December 24, 2026 (up to 10% or 15% at the Value Resorts). Offers change and have conditions.
- Book refundable, then recheck nearer your dates, and rebook if the total drops.
Getting to the parks (and from MCO) without a car
Hotel shuttles run on fixed schedules. Hourly service from the Disney Springs area hotels is the most flexible; elsewhere, Uber or Lyft fills the gaps, especially for rope drop. Compare more Orlando hotels with free Disney World shuttles.
From Orlando International Airport (MCO), book your own transfer: Rosen Inn, Buena Vista Suites, Holiday Inn and the Wyndham resort all say they have no airport shuttle, and the last three point guests to Mears, a taxi or rideshare. If you land late, one of the Orlando airport hotels makes an easy first night.
How to choose a cheap hotel near Disney
- No car, want Early Entry: Drury Plaza, Wyndham Garden or Holiday Inn, with hourly shuttles and a walk to Disney Springs.
- Driving anyway: Hampton Inn, Rosen Inn, Quality Inn or the Ramada, for the cheapest or free parking.
- Breakfast included: Fairfield or SpringHill at Marriott Village, Hampton Inn, Buena Vista Suites, Drury, Fairfield at Flamingo Crossings or Quality Inn.
- Separate bedroom: Buena Vista Suites, or Disney’s Family Suites at Art of Animation and All-Star Music for parties of 6.
- Animal Kingdom days: US-192 or Flamingo Crossings.
- Universal too: Rosen Inn and Hampton Inn list shuttles to Universal and Epic Universe. For Universal or International Drive bases, see our guide to cheap hotels in Orlando.

Frequently asked questions about cheap hotels near Disney World
What is the cheapest hotel near Disney World with a free shuttle?
On daily extras, Quality Inn & Suites By the Parks is hard to beat: Choice lists free breakfast and parking, no resort fee and free daily transportation that includes Hollywood Studios. Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista charges no resort fee and $10 a night to park, but its shuttle serves only Hollywood Studios, EPCOT and Disney Springs, a few times a day. Confirm times at both.
Which budget hotels are closest to Magic Kingdom?
Among budget picks, Wyndham Garden, Holiday Inn and Drury Plaza in the Disney Springs Resort Area are closest, about 6 miles by road to the Transportation and Ticket Center, and all three run hourly shuttles there. From the TTC you take the monorail or ferry. Only Disney’s Deluxe resorts are within walking distance.
Which budget hotels are closest to EPCOT?
Wyndham Garden and Holiday Inn on Hotel Plaza Boulevard are about 5 miles by road from EPCOT’s parking, with hourly shuttles and Early Entry, but their resort fee and parking add about $66 a night before tax. For a lower total, Buena Vista Suites, about 6 miles away, includes breakfast and parking, and Rosen Inn’s free shuttle also runs to EPCOT.
What is the cheapest Disney World resort, and is staying off-site cheaper?
Disney’s lowest category is the Value Resort: the three All-Star resorts, Pop Century and Art of Animation. They include Early Entry, the 7-day Lightning Lane window and free overnight and standard theme park parking. Off-site hotels often cost less and may include breakfast, so compare totals, adding Disney’s $35 daily park parking if you drive.
Which budget hotels near Disney get Early Theme Park Entry?
On this list, Drury Plaza, Wyndham Garden and Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area. Disney’s list also includes the other Disney Springs Resort Area hotels, the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve, Shades of Green, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria and Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek, plus every Disney Resort hotel, including the Value Resorts. Good Neighbor status alone doesn’t qualify a hotel.
Do I need a rental car if I stay at a cheap hotel near Disney?
Not always. Drury Plaza, Wyndham Garden and Holiday Inn run hourly shuttles to all four parks, and Buena Vista Suites and the Marriott Village hotels have scheduled runs. Rosen Inn makes only a few Disney runs, and the Ramada and Quality Inn run only a few fixed departures a day (the Ramada’s shuttle operator lists them in its online booking system, with an 8:45 a.m. Magic Kingdom bus at last check, and Quality Inn’s Booking.com listing gives mid-morning times), so plan on a rideshare or a car at other times and budget $35 a day for standard theme park parking.
Bottom line
The cheapest hotel near Disney World is the one with the lowest total, not the lowest rate. Drivers save most at Quality Inn, Hampton Inn or Rosen Inn; families without a car get the most at Drury Plaza or Buena Vista Suites; Animal Kingdom fans should look at US-192 or Flamingo Crossings. Check fees, shuttle times and breakfast before you book.
