The Orlando hotels where kids eat free are mostly Holiday Inns, plus a few Disney-area resorts that fold a free kids’ meal into their resort charge. The catch is in the details: almost every deal needs a paying adult at the same table, and the age limits run from 5 and under to 12 and under.

We checked each hotel’s own website or brand page for exactly what the offer covers: which meals, which restaurant, how many children and what ages. Fees, parking and shuttle times change, so confirm them when you book.

For the wider picture, see our guide to the best family-friendly hotels in Orlando.

Quick answer: For the most generous program, book a Holiday Inn with a full-service restaurant. Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area adds Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry and a walk to Disney Springs. Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista has bunk-bed KidSuites. DoubleTree Suites and Signia by Hilton include a free kids’ meal in their resort charge, and Rosen Inn International gives one free buffet breakfast per child 5 and under with each paying adult. In every case an adult has to buy a meal.

How we chose these hotels

  • An official statement: every hotel here says on its own website, or on its brand’s official page, that kids eat free. A promise on a travel agency site wasn’t enough.
  • Clear terms: we report the age limit, the meal and the adult-purchase rule as each hotel states them, and we flag where two official pages disagree.
  • Useful locations: from Disney Springs and Bonnet Creek to International Drive and the airport.
  • Total cost: we list resort fees and parking. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
  • Distances: rounded OSRM road routes to each park’s guest parking.

How Holiday Inn Kids Eat Free works

Five of the eight hotels are Holiday Inns. IHG’s terms (US page, July 2026 capture) say Kids Eat Free is for registered guests at Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select and Holiday Inn Resort hotels, and in the US it covers children 11 and under. The conditions:

  • It works at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but only in the hotel’s dine-in restaurant, not room service.
  • Children order from the kids’ menu.
  • At least one adult who is a registered hotel guest must eat with them and order a main course from the full-price menu.
  • The limit is four children per dining family per meal, or two children per parent.
  • It doesn’t apply to group rates (10 or more rooms), travel industry rates or corporate rates.

Individual hotels word the offer their own way, and several on this list do, so read each section below and confirm with the hotel.

1. Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area

This hotel at 1805 Hotel Plaza Boulevard is the most complete package on the list. Kids Eat Free applies at Palm Breezes Restaurant and Lounge, which serves breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. (11 a.m. on weekends) and lunch and dinner from noon to 10 p.m. The hotel’s own terms match IHG’s: children 11 and under, from the kids’ menu, with a registered adult ordering a full-price main course, up to four children per family per meal. They also exclude room service.

It’s also on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list: 30 minutes in the parks before other guests, every day. Disney Springs is about 0.55 mile away on foot over the Hotel Plaza pedestrian bridge. Our full Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs review covers the rooms and the pool.

  • Why stay: kids eat free at all three meals, plus Early Theme Park Entry and a walk to Disney Springs dining and shows.
  • Getting there / to the parks: an hourly shuttle runs to all four Disney theme parks, and you need to reserve it. By road it’s about 5 miles to EPCOT’s parking and 6 miles to Hollywood Studios’.
  • Good to know: the hotel’s FAQ lists a $39 nightly resort fee plus 12.5% tax, which covers the shuttle. Parking is $27 a night standard or $31 preferred. Breakfast isn’t included in standard rates. No pets except service animals.

Best for: families of up to four who want Disney perks, an on-site restaurant and kids eating free at every meal.

2. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando at Disney Springs

At 2305 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, this is the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Resort Area: 236 one-bedroom suites with a separate bedroom and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Hilton’s page (June 2026 capture) lists Kids Eat Free in the daily resort charge: with each adult entree bought, one child 12 or under can eat free from the kids’ menu. The Disney Springs Resort Area hotels’ site also mentions “Kids eat free with adult purchase” in a suite offer.

It’s on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list too, and Disney Springs is roughly 0.9 mile on foot. Read our DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs review for the suite layouts.

  • Why stay: a door between parents and kids, a splash pad and playground, and a free kids’ meal built into the resort charge.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the resort charge includes a shuttle to the Disney theme parks. By road it’s about 5.5 miles to Hollywood Studios’ parking and 7.5 miles to the Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center.
  • Good to know: Hilton doesn’t state the resort charge amount, so check the rate breakdown. Self-parking was $35 a day plus tax in June 2026, up from $25 in an October 2025 capture. The Evergreen Cafe breakfast buffet costs extra.

Best for: families of five or six who want a suite, Disney’s early entry and a free kids’ meal with each adult’s dinner.

3. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

Signia, at 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, is the upscale pick. Its FAQ lists two kids’ dining perks in the $50-plus-tax daily resort charge. Children 12 and under get a free dinner at La Luce or Harvest Bistro, ordered from the kids’ menu, one free kids’ meal per adult entree, during operating hours. Children 5 and under also eat a free breakfast at Harvest Bistro when an adult buys an entree. The offer is for on-property guests only.

The resort charge also covers the motorcoach to the Disney parks and Disney Springs, and Signia is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list. Next door, Waldorf Astoria Orlando lists the same free kids’ dinner in its own $50-plus-tax resort charge, if you want a quieter, more formal stay.

  • Why stay: a big pool complex with a lazy river and waterslide, early park entry, and a free kids’ dinner every night the restaurants are open.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the hotel’s motorcoach to the Disney parks. By road it’s about 4 miles to Hollywood Studios’ parking, 5 miles to EPCOT’s and 6 miles to the Magic Kingdom’s ticket center lot.
  • Good to know: self-parking is $40 and valet $60 a day, plus tax, per the FAQ. The dinner perk depends on restaurant hours, so check which nights La Luce and Harvest Bistro are open.

Best for: families who want resort pools and Disney perks and plan to eat dinner at the hotel most nights.

4. Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista

This resort at 13351 State Road 535 is built for young kids. KidSuites pair a king bed with a separate bunk-bed area: one set of bunks sleeps 4 (381 sq ft; the FAQ allows 5) and two sets sleep 6 (397 sq ft). Kids Eat Free runs at “Just Around The Corner” Sports Bar & Grill, which serves breakfast and American bar-and-grill food.

There’s one wrinkle. The hotel’s own Kids Eat Free terms page matches IHG’s, including the 11-and-under limit, but its FAQ says kids 12 and under eat free. With a 12-year-old, plan on 11 and under and ask the hotel. Don’t confuse this resort with Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites – Waterpark, which is a different hotel (see below).

  • Why stay: bunk-bed KidSuites, a pool with a splash area, a children’s movie theater, and shuttles to Disney, Universal and Epic Universe.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the shuttle schedule effective October 5, 2026 lists Disney departures at 8:00 and 10:10 a.m. (EPCOT) and 11:25 a.m. (Hollywood Studios), plus one 7:00 a.m. run to Universal Studios and Epic Universe. Seats are first come, first served, groups of 10 or more can’t ride, and the hotel says to allow 30 to 40 minutes per trip. Disney Springs is about 2 miles by road.
  • Good to know: the shuttle page calls the service complimentary, but the FAQ lists it in the $30-plus-tax resort fee. Parking is $20 a day per vehicle. There’s no free breakfast; the restaurant opens at 6:30 a.m. with a hot buffet.

Best for: families with young children who want bunk beds, a low resort fee and one shuttle network for both Disney and Universal.

5. Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando – I-Drive – Theme Parks

This hotel at 12005 Regency Village Drive sits about half a mile by road from Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. IHG’s hotel page (September 2026 capture) lists “Kids eat free” among its amenities and names one on-site restaurant, Toast to Toast, for breakfast. The hotel doesn’t publish its own terms, so expect IHG’s brand rules: kids 11 and under, from the kids’ menu, with a paying adult.

Rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves, and there’s a heated outdoor pool. SeaWorld is about 3 miles by road and Disney Springs about 3.5 miles.

  • Why stay: low parking costs, outlet shopping nearby and an easy drive to SeaWorld and Disney Springs.
  • Getting there / to the parks: IHG’s overview describes a free shuttle to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The same page’s FAQ says there’s no complimentary local area shuttle, so confirm with the hotel before you plan around it.
  • Good to know: self-parking was $10 a day in IHG’s September 2026 capture, down from $19 in a July 2026 capture, so confirm. We found no resort fee on IHG’s page. One dog up to 50 lb is allowed for a one-time $75 fee plus tax.

Best for: budget-minded families who’ll drive and want outlet shopping between park days.

6. Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW – Celebration Area

At 5711 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (US-192), this Holiday Inn is about 0.4 mile from Old Town Kissimmee. IHG’s page (September 2026 capture) says kids under 12 eat free at the on-site restaurant, and it names Trattoria Café’s hot and cold breakfast buffet, 6 to 10 a.m., as part of the deal. One paragraph there calls it a Holiday Inn Express by mistake; it’s a Holiday Inn & Suites with its own restaurant.

There’s an outdoor heated pool with a separate children’s pool and a hot tub (open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.), plus a 24-hour game room. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, a label that doesn’t include Early Theme Park Entry.

  • Why stay: free parking, free kids’ meals at the breakfast buffet and free theme park shuttles.
  • Getting there / to the parks: IHG’s September 2026 capture lists a free shuttle to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Epic Universe (an earlier version named SeaWorld); ask the front desk for times. By road it’s about 4 miles to Hollywood Studios’ parking, 5.5 miles to Animal Kingdom’s and 12 miles to Universal’s garages.
  • Good to know: IHG’s FAQ (May 2026 capture) says parking is complimentary for hotel guests and pets aren’t allowed. IHG doesn’t mention a resort fee, so check your rate breakdown. The minimum check-in age is 21.

Best for: families who want to keep costs low on the Kissimmee side of Disney and walk to Old Town in the evening.

7. Rosen Inn International

Rosen Inn International, at 7600 International Drive, has a narrower deal than the Holiday Inns: Fountain View Café’s breakfast buffet (6:30 to 10:30 a.m.) gives one free buffet meal per child 5 and under with each paying adult buffet meal.

The hotel says guests never pay a resort fee. There are two seasonally heated pools and a children’s wading pool, a playground (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and a 24-hour arcade. Its sister hotel, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando at 9000 International Drive, offers the same 5-and-under breakfast deal at Plaza Garden Restaurant. For more low-cost bases, see our list of cheap hotels in Orlando.

  • Why stay: no resort fee, low parking and free Universal shuttles in the middle of International Drive.
  • Getting there / to the parks: free Universal shuttles leave between 7:15 and 11:30 a.m. and return between 5:15 and 8:30 p.m. Disney service is run by a separate company (Fabulous Buses), so ask about cost and times. Universal’s garages are about 2 miles by road.
  • Good to know: gated parking is $10 a night per car, tax included, capped at $50 per car per stay. Dogs are welcome with no breed or size restrictions. Breakfast isn’t included for adults.

Best for: Universal-focused families with preschoolers who want the lowest add-on costs.

8. Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport

For a late arrival or early flight, this Holiday Inn at 5750 T.G. Lee Boulevard is about 0.8 mile from Orlando International Airport by IHG’s count (about 3 miles by road to the main terminal). IHG’s page (July 2026 capture) says kids 11 and under eat free at Drift Kitchen’s full buffet breakfast with a paying adult, and there’s an omelet station.

The hotel describes a free 24/7 shuttle to the airport and the Brightline station. There’s an outdoor pool and a fire pit.

  • Why stay: a free airport shuttle, a breakfast buffet where kids eat free, and no theme-park traffic on travel days.
  • Getting there / to the parks: you’ll need a car or rideshare. By road it’s about 12 miles to Universal’s garages, 11 miles to Epic Universe and 21 miles to EPCOT.
  • Good to know: self-parking was $15 a day plus tax at last check. Dogs, cats, birds and fish under 30 lb are welcome for $30 a night, two per room. IHG’s FAQ says there’s no complimentary local area shuttle, so theme park trips are up to you.

Best for: the first or last night of a trip, when you want breakfast on site and a free ride to MCO.

Hotels we left off, and why

  • Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites – Waterpark: neither its own site nor IHG’s hotel and dining pages mentioned Kids Eat Free when we checked. Its water park and suites are still a strong family choice; see our Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites – Waterpark guide and ask the resort about kids’ dining.
  • Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort: a vacation-ownership resort under a different IHG brand. IHG’s Kids Eat Free terms name Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select and Holiday Inn Resort hotels, and we found no official kids-eat-free statement for this resort (its dining pages blocked our checks). Ask the resort if it matters to you.
  • Holiday Inn Express hotels: not named in IHG’s Kids Eat Free terms, and they usually don’t have a full-service restaurant. Check each listing for breakfast instead.

Prefer free breakfast for everyone?

Kids Eat Free only saves money if the adults buy a meal. If you’d rather grab breakfast and leave for rope drop, free breakfast for everyone can work out cheaper. Compare our lists of Orlando hotels with free breakfast near the theme parks and hotels near Universal with free breakfast.

How to choose

  • Kids 6 to 11: pick a Holiday Inn (or Signia, DoubleTree up to 12). Rosen Inn’s deal stops at age 5.
  • Disney perks: Holiday Inn Disney Springs, DoubleTree Suites and Signia are all on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list at the time of writing.
  • Universal first: Rosen Inn International is closest, with free Universal shuttles; Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista has one morning run to Universal and Epic Universe.
  • Lowest total cost: Holiday Inn & Suites SW Celebration (free parking) and Rosen Inn International (no resort fee) keep add-ons down.
  • Big families: DoubleTree two-queen suites sleep 6, and Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista’s two-bunk KidSuites do too.

Frequently asked questions

Which Orlando hotels have a kids eat free program?

Most are Holiday Inns with a full-service restaurant, such as Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area, Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista and Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW – Celebration Area. DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs and Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek include a free kids’ meal in their resort charge, and Rosen Inn International and Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando give one free buffet breakfast per child 5 and under with each paying adult.

How does Holiday Inn Kids Eat Free work?

In the US, IHG’s terms cover children 11 and under who are registered guests. They order from the kids’ menu in the hotel’s dine-in restaurant at breakfast, lunch or dinner, and at least one registered adult must order a full-price main course. The limit is four children per family per meal, or two per parent, and room service doesn’t count.

Does Kids Eat Free work if I book on Booking.com?

IHG’s terms say the offer is for registered guests and exclude group, travel industry and corporate rates, but they don’t mention Booking.com or other online travel agencies either way. The Disney Springs and Lake Buena Vista Holiday Inns bar third-party reservations from their packages, not from Kids Eat Free. At DoubleTree and Signia the perk sits in the resort charge. Confirm with the hotel before you book.

What ages count for kids eat free in Orlando?

It depends on the hotel. Holiday Inn’s US brand terms say 11 and under, and Holiday Inn & Suites SW Celebration says under 12. Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista’s terms say 11 and under, though its FAQ says 12. DoubleTree Suites and Signia’s dinner offer cover 12 and under, while Signia’s free breakfast and both Rosen Inns’ buffet deals stop at 5 and under.

Do Holiday Inn Express hotels in Orlando have Kids Eat Free?

IHG’s Kids Eat Free terms name Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select and Holiday Inn Resort hotels, not Holiday Inn Express, and Express hotels usually don’t have a full-service restaurant. If breakfast matters most, look at a hotel’s listing for included breakfast instead, or compare our lists of Orlando hotels with free breakfast.

Bottom line

The best Orlando hotels where kids eat free combine the meal deal with something else you need: Disney’s early entry and a walk to Disney Springs at Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area, bunk beds at Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista, or no resort fee at Rosen Inn International. Read each hotel’s terms, plan on buying an adult meal, and confirm the details with the hotel before you go.
