Brightline Orlando is the high-speed train station at Orlando International Airport (MCO), and it’s the only place in Central Florida where you can board Brightline’s trains to South Florida. It sits in the airport’s train station next to Terminal C, so you can step off a plane and onto a train to West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura or Miami without a car.

Facts below come from Brightline and the airport, checked in late September and October 2026. Brightline changes them often, so confirm before you book.

Quick answer: Brightline’s Orlando station is at 10705 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, on Level 5 of MCO’s train station beside Terminal C. Trains run south only, about 2 hours to West Palm Beach and 3 hours 30 minutes to Miami, with 16 daily round trips at last check. Fares are dynamic: promotion fine print on Brightline’s homepage in September 2026 listed lowest fares of $39 (Smart Saver), $59 (Smart) and $89 (Premium) for Orlando round trips booked 7 days ahead. Brightline doesn’t stop at Disney, Universal or Tampa.

Brightline Orlando station: where it is and how to reach it

The station is part of the airport. Brightline lists the address as 10705 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827, and calls it “Brightline Orlando Station in partnership with Orlando Health.” Brightline says it is directly next to Terminal C, joined by a covered walkway. The building also holds the Terminal Link stop for Terminals A and B, plus taxi, shuttle and bus lanes.

  • From Terminal C: MCO says to go up to Level 4, cross the pedestrian bridge and follow signs to the Train Station. The Brightline entrance is on Level 5.
  • From Terminals A and B: Follow signs to Terminal C and ride the Terminal Link to the train station, then take the elevator or escalator to Level 5. The Terminal Link runs 24 hours and takes about 4 minutes.
  • By rideshare: Brightline says to use 10705 Jeff Fuqua Blvd as your drop-off address. The driver drops you at the station entrance; elevators go up to Level 5.
  • Station hours: The two official pages disagree. Brightline’s station page lists 4:30 a.m. to the last train departure, every day. The airport’s Brightline page lists 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. If you’re on the first or last train, check Brightline’s schedule.

Inside are Mary Mary Bar, the MRKT snack shop, free Wi-Fi and a Premium Lounge. For a full map of the terminals, curbs and trams, see our Orlando airport guide.

Brightline routes and travel times from Orlando

Brightline runs north and south along one line between Orlando and Miami, about 235 miles. Every train from Orlando heads south. At last check, Brightline’s Orlando page listed 16 daily round trips between Central and South Florida, with departures every hour in each direction. Brightline says the schedule can change and its timetable doesn’t reflect holidays or events.

Smart vs Premium: classes and fare types

Brightline now sells two classes and three fare types. Your class decides the seat and lounge. Your fare type decides how flexible the ticket is.

  • Smart: The main class, with 19-inch leather seats, free Wi-Fi and power outlets. Food and drinks cost extra.
  • Premium: First class, with 21-inch leather seats and extra legroom. You get the Premium Lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, food and drinks on board, priority boarding in Orlando and Miami, and one free standard checked bag.

The table follows Brightline’s September 2026 fare pages. Its Premium page still promises 100% in credits for cancellations, so confirm Premium Select terms. The Smart Select change fee is $2 per segment, and you should cancel at least 30 minutes before departure to keep a credit or refund. Credits expire 90 days to one year after they’re issued.

How much Brightline costs from Orlando

Brightline prices are dynamic, changing with date, time of day, class and availability. Fine print on its September 2026 homepage listed lowest fares of $39 for Smart Saver, $59 for Smart and $89 for Premium, for Orlando round trips booked at least 7 days ahead. Treat those as the floor, not a typical fare.

  • Kids: Brightline’s family page says children 2 and under ride free and kids 3 to 12 save up to 50% on Smart and Smart Saver fares when traveling with an adult. An older help-center article says 25% for kids under 13, so check the price shown at checkout.
  • Groups of 3 or more: At last check, the family page offered 25% off Smart Saver and Smart fares through December 31 on trips between South Florida and Orlando, booked at least a day ahead.
  • Military, first responders, medical workers and educators: Brightline’s help center lists 15% off adult Smart fares to and from Orlando through GOVX.

Luggage, strollers, pets and bikes

  • Carry-ons: Select and Flex fares include two carry-ons plus a personal item; Smart Saver includes one carry-on plus a personal item. Each carry-on can be up to 24 x 16 x 10 inches and 50 pounds.
  • Orlando to Miami: Since December 10, 2025, Brightline requires you to check any bag larger than a carry-on with a Guest Service agent on Orlando–Miami trips.
  • Checked bags: Fees start at $30 per bag, according to the help center. Add them when you book, and check them in at Guest Services at least 30 minutes before departure. Brightline says adding a bag in advance doesn’t guarantee space, so you may be asked to carry it on board. Bags can’t exceed 70 pounds or 33 x 22 x 15 inches.
  • Strollers and car seats: Free, and they don’t count as carry-ons. You store them in the onboard baggage tower.
  • Pets: Dogs and cats only, for a fee. They must stay in a carrier no larger than 17 x 10 x 10 inches if it goes under your seat. Adults (13+) may bring one pet each. Service animals ride free.
  • Bikes: Fully assembled bikes and e-bikes aren’t allowed. Folding bikes and scooters under 48 inches long and 30 inches high count as a carry-on and go in the luggage tower.

Brightline Orlando parking

Brightline doesn’t run its own garage at MCO. You park in airport lots, which Brightline says can fill up. It asks drivers to reach the airport at least 1.5 hours before the train to allow time to park and walk. Airport rates at the time of writing:

OptionCost at last checkWalk to the train
Parking Garage C$24 per 24 hoursAbout 5 minutes via the Level 5 skybridge
Garage C reserved$32 per 24 hoursReserved area on Level 4
Surface lots Discovery and Endeavour$20 per 24 hoursNext to the train station
WallyPark (off-airport)30% off for Brightline ridersWallyPark shuttle
  • Surface lots: They take E-PASS or SunPass Plus (SunPass with Easy Pay) only, because a transponder opens the gate. The maximum stay is 45 days and the spaces are uncovered. A third lot, Atlantis, is closed from July 20 through mid-November, per the airport.
  • Garage C reservations: Brightline says you can book up to 365 days ahead, but at least 24 hours before you arrive.
  • Backup: If Garage C is full, Brightline points you to the South Park Place economy lot, which has shuttles to Terminal C. From there the station is about a 13-minute walk.
  • WallyPark: Brightline’s station page (September 2026) says the discount means “less than $10 a day”; an older help article says “less than $11”. Allow up to 45 minutes during holiday travel.

Connecting Brightline with a flight at MCO

Pairing a flight with the train? Keep these in mind:

  • Timing: Brightline says boarding starts about 10 minutes before departure and closes 5 minutes before. It recommends arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes early, or more if you’re checking a bag (30 minutes minimum). If you miss your train, the ticket is forfeited, and an agent can rebook you at the current fare.
  • Bags: Collect checked bags from your airline first. Even on a combined JetBlue and Brightline itinerary, bags aren’t transferred between the plane and the train.
  • JetBlue bookings: JetBlue sells flight-plus-train trips, labeled “Equipment and crew operated by Brightline Trains.” You check in separately for the train, up to 72 hours ahead through AccesRail.

At the South Florida end, Brightline’s Airport Connector shuttles link its Fort Lauderdale and MiamiCentral stations with FLL and MIA. A 2025 help page lists $12 per ride, a 2026 page says the FLL shuttle is included (MIA only on JetBlue bookings), and Flex fares include one ride, so check when you book.

Getting from the station to Disney, Universal and International Drive

Brightline doesn’t serve Disney World, Universal Orlando, International Drive or Port Canaveral, and SunRail doesn’t stop at the airport. From the station you’ll need a shuttle, a rideshare or a car. Road distances below are from OSRM, without traffic:

  • Mears Connect: This shared shuttle serves Disney-area hotels from $16 per adult (10 and up) and $13 per child (3 to 9) each way, plus a 6% fuel surcharge at last check, according to Mears. Brightline riders use its stop on Level 1 of Terminal C, which Brightline puts at about a 13-minute walk from the station. Mears’ private cars start at $63 per vehicle on Brightline’s August 2026 offer page and can meet you at the station entrance.
  • Universal’s SuperStar Shuttle: This shuttle runs from the airport to Universal’s own hotels. At last check, Brightline said its riders save 10% on round trips. Fares and pickup points are in our Orlando airport to Universal guide.
  • Rideshare and taxis: Our airport to Disney World guide compares the costs, and getting around Orlando without a car covers buses and SunRail.
  • Hotel shuttles: MCO lists commercial-lane spaces C7 and C8 at the train station for local hotels’ free airport shuttles, so ask your hotel whether its van stops there.

Future Brightline stations: Stuart and Tampa

In late September 2026, Brightline’s website still listed six stations, from Orlando to Miami.

  • Stuart: In March 2024, Brightline chose downtown Stuart on the Treasure Coast for a new station. At the time it expected the station to open in the second half of 2026. It wasn’t on Brightline’s station list at our last check.
  • Tampa: There’s no Brightline service between Orlando and Tampa. Brightline’s station list doesn’t include Tampa, and we found no official opening date, so treat any date you see as unconfirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Brightline station in Orlando?

It’s at Orlando International Airport, 10705 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, on Level 5 of the airport’s train station next to Terminal C. From Terminal C you cross the Level 4 pedestrian bridge. From Terminals A and B you ride the Terminal Link, which runs 24 hours and takes about 4 minutes. Brightline has no other Orlando-area station.

How long is the Brightline from Orlando to Miami?

About 3 hours 30 minutes, according to Brightline, and about 2 hours to West Palm Beach. At last check there were 16 daily round trips with hourly departures, but the schedule changes and doesn’t reflect holidays or events. Search your travel date on Brightline’s website or app for exact times.

How much does Brightline cost from Orlando to Miami?

Fares are dynamic and change with date, time, class and availability. In September 2026, promotion fine print on Brightline’s homepage listed lowest Orlando fares of $39 for Smart Saver, $59 for Smart and $89 for Premium. Those floors applied to round trips booked 7 days ahead. Children 2 and under ride free, and kids 3 to 12 get a discount on Smart fares.

Does Brightline go to Disney World or Universal?

No. Brightline’s only Central Florida station is at the airport, and its trains run south to South Florida. To reach Disney-area hotels from the station, you can use Mears Connect (from $16 per adult each way) or a rideshare. Universal’s own hotels are served by the SuperStar Shuttle from the airport. Both theme park areas are roughly 14 to 25 miles away by road.

Where do you park for Brightline in Orlando?

You park in the airport’s lots. Brightline has no garage of its own at MCO. At last check, Parking Garage C cost $24 per 24 hours ($32 reserved), and the Discovery and Endeavour surface lots next to the station cost $20, with E-PASS or SunPass Plus only. Brightline also lists a WallyPark discount, and it asks drivers to arrive 1.5 hours before the train.

Does Brightline go to Tampa?

Not at the time of writing. Brightline’s station list ends at Orlando, and we found no official opening date for a Tampa extension. Any date you see elsewhere is unconfirmed until Brightline sells tickets. For now, getting from Orlando to Tampa means another form of transport, such as a car.

Bottom line

Brightline Orlando is an easy way to add Miami, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach to an Orlando trip without a second flight or a long drive. The station is inside the airport, Miami is about three and a half hours away, and the things to plan are your fare type, bags and parking. For an early departure, a night at the in-terminal Hyatt puts you a 4-minute Terminal Link ride from the train station.
