The best hotels near EPCOT with shuttle service are the ones whose buses really run to EPCOT all day: Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando led our check with 16 free EPCOT departures a day in mid-October 2026, and five more hotels by Disney Springs run hourly buses. If you would rather skip the bus, the Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are a walk or a water-taxi ride from EPCOT’s International Gateway.
Plenty of hotels advertise a “Disney shuttle” that reaches EPCOT only once or twice in the morning. So instead of trusting the word shuttle, we pulled each hotel’s current EPCOT timetable from its own website or its bus operator’s booking system, then noted the first bus, the last ride back and the booking rules. For hotels without a shuttle, see our full guide to hotels near EPCOT.
Quick answer: For the most EPCOT buses with no resort fee, book Drury Plaza: free shuttles with no reservation, free hot breakfast and Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry. To skip buses entirely, stay at the Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve, about 0.7 to 0.9 mile on foot from International Gateway, with water taxis every 20 to 25 minutes. Signia by Hilton and the two Hiltons by Disney Springs have the next-best schedules, paid through a daily resort charge.

How we chose these EPCOT shuttle hotels
- EPCOT service we could verify: every stop and time comes from the hotel’s own page or its operator’s live schedule (Drury’s weekly PDF, the Mears schedule for Bonnet Creek, the Fabulous Buses booking calendar and the timetables posted by Caribe Royale and Wyndham Grand), checked on October 15, 2026. Hotels whose EPCOT service is only one or two morning runs were left out.
- Ranked by access, then schedule: walking and boat access first, then the number of EPCOT departures, how early the rides back start and how late the last bus leaves.
- Real costs: resort fees and parking come from official pages. Driving distances are road routes on public roads to EPCOT’s main parking lot, rounded. We don’t use scores, star ratings or room prices.

Where hotel shuttles drop you at EPCOT
EPCOT has two entrances: the main entrance by Spaceship Earth, with the parking lot and the bus area, and International Gateway on the World Showcase side. Our EPCOT tips for first-timers explain which one suits your plan.
- Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve: the walkways and water taxis end at International Gateway, so you start at World Showcase.
- Off-site shuttles: every bus below stops at EPCOT itself, not at Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center, and picks you up for the ride back at a numbered space in EPCOT’s bus parking, which map data places on the main-entrance side: space 34 for the Fabulous Buses hotels, space 25 for Signia, Lane 36 for Drury, space 27 for Caribe Royale and spots 36 and 37 for Wyndham Grand.
- Coming back: photograph the space sign when you get off. Operators say buses leave on time and won’t wait, so be there about 10 minutes early.
1. Walt Disney World Dolphin

The Dolphin is the 27-story, 1,514-room landmark on Crescent Lake, and it shares with the Swan the dock where water taxis leave for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. By our route check, International Gateway is about 0.7 mile away on foot, roughly 15 minutes. Our Walt Disney World Dolphin review covers the rooms and restaurants.
- Why stay: no shuttle to wait for. Water taxis run about every 20 to 25 minutes, starting an hour before the parks open, and the walkway is there when boats stop for bad weather. Disney lists the Dolphin for Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours and the 7-day Lightning Lane booking window.
- Getting there / to the parks: walk or take the boat to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Buses from the front entrance run about every 20 to 25 minutes to Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom, which drops you at the Transportation and Ticket Center. The resort’s FAQ says buses keep running 45 minutes after the parks close.
- Good to know: a mandatory $50-a-day resort service package and $40-a-day self-parking apply, plus tax, while standard theme park parking is included. Traditional rooms sleep two adults and three children, the most of the three hotels.
Best for: families of five who want to walk to EPCOT.
2. Walt Disney World Swan

The Swan, topped by two 47-foot swans, is the Dolphin’s smaller sister across the causeway, with 756 rooms over 12 stories. It uses the same walkways and boat dock, so your EPCOT trip is the same: about 0.7 mile on foot to International Gateway, or a short water-taxi ride. Read our Walt Disney World Swan review for the room types.
- Why stay: the Dolphin’s Disney perks, including Early Entry, Extended Evening Hours and the 7-day Lightning Lane window, in a smaller building.
- Getting there / to the parks: walk or ride the boat to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios; complimentary buses serve Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom (via the Transportation and Ticket Center).
- Good to know: the same $50 resort service package and $40 self-parking, plus tax. Traditional rooms sleep two adults and two children, and a third or fourth adult costs $35 a night plus tax.
Best for: couples and families of four who want EPCOT on foot.
3. Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

The Swan Reserve is the newest of the three: a 14-story tower with 349 rooms, 149 of them suites, across Epcot Resorts Boulevard from the Swan. That puts it a little farther out, about 0.9 mile or roughly 20 minutes on foot to International Gateway, and its guests use the same water-taxi dock between the Swan and Dolphin. Our Walt Disney World Swan Reserve review goes through the suites.
- Why stay: a high share of suites, with the same Early Entry, Extended Evening Hours and 7-day Lightning Lane window as its neighbors.
- Getting there / to the parks: walk or take the boat to EPCOT; complimentary buses to Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom leave from the Swan Reserve’s own front entrance.
- Good to know: self-parking is $40 a day plus tax. The resort’s FAQ quotes the $50 daily package without naming each hotel, so confirm the charge on your booking. Traditional rooms are 330 square feet and sleep two adults and two children.
Best for: couples and suite seekers who don’t mind a longer walk.
4. Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area

Drury Plaza ran the busiest EPCOT schedule we found. Its October 12 to 18 timetable lists 16 departures to EPCOT, from 7:10 am to 8:05 pm, and 12 rides back from Lane 36, from 11:05 am to 10:20 pm. The buses are free, the hotel charges no resort fee, and you don’t reserve: you wait under the front canopy and seats go first come, first served. Our Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando review covers the rooms and suites.
- Why stay: no resort fee, a free hot breakfast from 6 to 10 am, the free 5:30 Kickback with evening snacks and drinks, and Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry.
- Getting there / to the parks: free buses to all four parks and Disney Springs, with a new schedule posted each week on the hotel’s transportation page. The schedule sheet asks you to arrive about 10 minutes early and fold strollers, and says buses make at least two stops per route.
- Good to know: self-parking only, and the hotel’s pages disagree: $28 a night on the hotel-information page, $25 plus tax in the FAQ. Each bus carries two wheelchairs or scooters, first come, first served.
Best for: budget-minded families who want the most EPCOT buses and no resort fee.

5. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

Signia’s buses are run by Mears, and the timetable is public on the Bonnet Shuttle site the hotel links to. For October 15 to 18 it listed 10 EPCOT departures from Signia, hourly from 7:30 to 11:30 am and then at 1:30, 3:30, 6, 7:30 and 8:30 pm, with 11 pickups at EPCOT space 25, the last at 10:05 pm. The same route also stops at Signia’s sister resort next door, five minutes later. Our Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek review covers the pools.
- Why stay: Early Entry, a lazy river for rest days, and a free kids’ dinner (12 and under) at La Luce or Harvest Bistro with each adult entrée.
- Getting there / to the parks: motorcoaches leave the porte-cochère for all four parks and Disney Springs. The hotel mentions no reservation, but says the service runs during regularly scheduled park hours only, and Mears notes buses may make several stops.
- Good to know: the $50-plus-tax resort charge covers the shuttle, the kids’ dinners and breakfast for children 5 and under with an adult entrée. Self-parking is $40 and valet $60 a day, plus tax. EPCOT’s main lot is about 5 miles away on public roads.
Best for: pool-loving families who want Early Entry and a late bus home.
6. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area

The Buena Vista Palace publishes the clearest rule of any hotel here: EPCOT buses leave hourly at 35 minutes past the hour, the first 90 minutes before the park opens, and come back from EPCOT space 34 at 10 minutes past the hour until 60 minutes after closing. The operator’s calendar for October 20 matched, with departures from 7:35 am to 7:35 pm and rides back from 12:10 to 10:10 pm. Our Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace review covers the tower rooms.
- Why stay: Early Entry, hourly EPCOT buses with midday returns, and a 5- to 7-minute walk to Disney Springs for dinner.
- Getting there / to the parks: reservations are required both ways, and the hotel says you can book up to 72 hours ahead, while the operator’s booking page says 48. Buses leave from the first floor, outside next to the Courtyard. There is no Disney Springs shuttle; you walk over the pedestrian bridge.
- Good to know: the $41-plus-tax resort charge covers internet, the Disney shuttle and float lagoon access. Self-parking is $38 and valet $48 a night, plus tax.
Best for: EPCOT days followed by Disney Springs evenings, without a car.

7. Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area

The Hilton Lake Buena Vista uses the same operator, Fabulous Buses, and nearly the same EPCOT timetable as the Buena Vista Palace: hourly departures from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and hourly rides back from 12:10 to 10:10 pm on October 20. The operator says departures start 90 minutes before the parks open, returns run up to 60 minutes after closing, and there are no extra runs for special or separately ticketed events. Our Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista review covers the suites.
- Why stay: Early Entry, suites and breakfast for children 5 and under included in the resort charge.
- Getting there / to the parks: reservations are required, up to 48 hours ahead on the operator’s site.
- Good to know: Hilton’s page lists what the daily resort charge covers, Disney shuttle included, but not the amount; Booking.com’s fine print showed US$41 plus tax a night at the time of writing. At last check (June 2026), Hilton listed self-parking at $38 and valet at $48 a night, taxed at 6.5%.
Best for: families who need a suite and may leave EPCOT at lunchtime.
8. Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area

Holiday Inn’s buses run every hour to all four parks, and its FAQ confirms they run for Early Theme Park Entry. In the operator’s calendar for October 20, EPCOT departures ran hourly from 7 am to 7 pm, but rides back from EPCOT space 34 only started at 1:40 pm, then hourly to 10:40 pm. If you plan a morning-only EPCOT visit, that gap matters. Our Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs review has the room details.
- Why stay: Early Entry, a 7- to 10-minute walk to Disney Springs, and Kids Eat Free for registered guests 11 and under (terms apply).
- Getting there / to the parks: book your whole party at the front desk or with the QR code you get at check-in, up to 48 hours ahead (the operator’s booking listing says 7 days); same-day seats are possible if any are left. The hotel’s app has a live bus tracker. Buses don’t run for after-hours events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
- Good to know: the resort fee is $39 plus 12.5% tax. Standard parking is $27 and preferred $31 a night, and the minimum check-in age is 21.
Best for: families with young kids who want Early Entry and cheaper meals.
9. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area

Hilton calls this DoubleTree the only all-suite hotel in the Walt Disney World Resort, a plus for families who want a separate living room. Its EPCOT buses, booked through Fabulous Buses, leave at 5 minutes past each hour (7:05 am to 7:05 pm on October 20) and come back from space 34 at 40 minutes past, from 1:40 to 10:40 pm. Our DoubleTree Suites Disney Springs review shows the suite layouts.
- Why stay: suites, Early Entry and, at last check, a resort charge that covered Kids Eat Free (one child 12 and under per adult entrée).
- Getting there / to the parks: boarding passes are free with the promo code from the front desk, bookable up to 48 hours ahead (7 days in the operator’s booking listing), and seats are limited. The operator calls it an all-day pass: after your first ride you can use any hourly bus between the park and the hotel.
- Good to know: Hilton doesn’t publish the resort charge amount; Booking.com’s price breakdown showed US$25 a night plus 12.5% tax for a sample stay at the time of writing. Self-parking was $35 and valet $45 a day at last check (June 2026).
Best for: families of five or six who want space.

10. Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Resort Area

The Wyndham’s FAQ promises hourly shuttles to all four parks, from 90 minutes before opening until 90 minutes after closing, with reservations required. In the operator’s calendar for October 20, EPCOT departures ran hourly from 7 am to 7 pm and rides back from 1:40 to 10:40 pm. Our Wyndham Lake Buena Vista review covers the tower rooms.
- Why stay: Early Entry, the Oasis pool area it shares with the Wyndham Garden, and a 5- to 7-minute walk over a pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs.
- Getting there / to the parks: reserve your seats; guests who need wheelchair or scooter transport must ask the front desk at least 48 hours ahead. There’s no service to the water parks, runDisney events or after-hours events.
- Good to know: the shuttle is complimentary, but a $36-plus-tax nightly resort fee applies anyway. Self-parking is $30 plus tax a night, and meals aren’t included.
Best for: Early Entry on a mid-range budget.
See prices at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Resort Area
11. Caribe Royale Orlando

Caribe Royale isn’t on Disney’s Early Entry list, and its shuttle, which names Mears Transportation for assistance, leans toward EPCOT evenings: three of its five EPCOT departures leave at 5 pm or later. The posted schedule lists EPCOT departures at 9:15 and 11:15 am and 5, 7 and 8 pm, and rides back from space 27 at 5:30, 7:30, 8:35 and 10:35 pm, so you can head over for a World Showcase dinner and the nighttime show. Our Caribe Royale Orlando review covers the suites and villas.
- Why stay: suites and villas with room to spread out, plus a shuttle timed for EPCOT evenings.
- Getting there / to the parks: reserve at the concierge desk in the Reception Building (8 am to 4 pm), up to 24 hours ahead and at least an hour before departure. Strollers, food, drinks and luggage aren’t allowed on board, and groups of 10 or more can’t use the shuttle.
- Good to know: the $38-plus-tax resort fee includes the shuttle. Self-parking is $36 and valet $49 a night, plus tax, and EPCOT’s lot is about 6.3 miles by road.
Best for: families who want a suite and an evening at EPCOT.
12. Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek

The Wyndham Grand’s shuttle covers EPCOT four times a day: 7:45 and 9:30 am and 12:30 and 2:45 pm, with rides back from spots 36 and 37 at 3:30, 8:30 and 9:45 pm on the schedule posted for late September through October. That suits a full day, but not a midday break, because nothing leaves EPCOT between 3:30 and 8:30 pm. Our Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek review covers the pools and rooms.
- Why stay: access to five pools and two lazy rivers in the Bonnet Creek complex (the hotel’s site said the Tower 5 lazy river was closed for updates at our check), and Family Bunk rooms that sleep up to six.
- Getting there / to the parks: first come, first served; show your room key to board. Wheelchair users should reserve at least four hours ahead. The hotel calls itself a Walt Disney World Gateway Hotel, but it isn’t on Disney’s Early Entry list.
- Good to know: the resort services fee of $42 plus tax a day includes the shuttle. Self-parking is $36 and valet $42 a day, plus tax.
Best for: pool-first families who treat EPCOT as a full-day outing.

How to choose a hotel with an EPCOT shuttle
- No bus at all: the Dolphin, Swan or Swan Reserve. You walk or take the water taxi to International Gateway and get Extended Evening Hours on select nights.
- Most buses for the least money: Drury Plaza, with 16 free EPCOT runs and no resort fee in the week we checked.
- Leaving early for a pool break: Drury’s rides back start at 11:05 am and Signia’s run through the morning, while the two Hiltons start at 12:10 pm. Holiday Inn, DoubleTree Suites and the Wyndham start at 1:40 pm, and Caribe Royale only at 5:30 pm.
- Staying for the nighttime show: EPCOT’s show started at 9 pm, park closing time, on the dates we checked. The last buses were 9:45 pm (Wyndham Grand), 10:05 pm (Signia), 10:10 pm (the Hiltons), 10:20 pm (Drury), 10:35 pm (Caribe Royale) and 10:40 pm (Holiday Inn, DoubleTree, Wyndham). On busy EPCOT festival evenings, aim for the second-to-last bus.
- Early Entry: every pick except Caribe Royale and Wyndham Grand gets Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry, and their first EPCOT buses leave well before it starts.
- Driving instead: Disney charges $35 a day for standard theme park parking, included for Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve guests. For hotels whose shuttles focus on other parks, see our list of hotels near Disney World with a free shuttle.
Frequently asked questions
Which hotels near EPCOT have a free shuttle?
Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando runs free EPCOT buses and charges no resort fee, and it had the most EPCOT departures we found. The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista calls its shuttle complimentary, but a $36 nightly resort fee applies anyway. Elsewhere a mandatory resort fee covers the bus, and the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve add a $50 daily package even though their boats and buses are free, so compare total costs, not the word “free”.
Where do hotel shuttles drop you off at EPCOT?
Off-site shuttles stop at EPCOT itself, and rides back leave from a numbered space in the bus parking, which map data places on the main-entrance side, such as space 34 or Drury’s Lane 36. They don’t go through Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center. Guests at the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve walk or take a water taxi to International Gateway, EPCOT’s back entrance at World Showcase.
Do I need to reserve my hotel’s EPCOT shuttle?
Usually. The Hiltons, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree Suites and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista need reservations, which typically open 48 hours ahead (the Buena Vista Palace says 72; operator listings for three hotels say 7 days), and Caribe Royale books at the concierge up to 24 hours ahead. Drury Plaza and Wyndham Grand load first come, first served, Signia’s pages mention no reservation, and Disney’s boats at the Swan and Dolphin need no booking.
Can I watch the EPCOT fireworks and still catch my hotel shuttle?
Yes, at most hotels here. On the dates we checked, EPCOT closed at 9 pm with its nighttime show, and the last rides back left between 9:45 pm (Wyndham Grand) and 10:40 pm (Holiday Inn, DoubleTree Suites and Wyndham). Check the last bus on your date, and keep a rideshare app as a backup if you miss it.
Do off-site hotel shuttles get you to EPCOT for Early Theme Park Entry?
At the hotels on Disney’s Early Entry list, yes. EPCOT’s early entry ran from 8:30 am on the dates we checked, and the first buses from Drury, Signia, the two Hiltons, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree Suites and the Wyndham left between 7 and 7:35 am. Caribe Royale and Wyndham Grand guests don’t get Early Entry.
Which hotels can you walk to EPCOT from?
Among hotels sold on Booking.com, the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Swan are about 0.7 mile from International Gateway on foot, and the Swan Reserve about 0.9 mile. Disney’s own Beach Club, Yacht Club and BoardWalk Inn are closer still, but you book those through Disney, as our guide to hotels near EPCOT explains.
Bottom line
For a shuttle that really serves EPCOT, Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is the best value: free buses all day, no reservations, no resort fee and free breakfast. Pick the Swan, Dolphin or Swan Reserve if you would rather walk, and the Buena Vista Palace (hourly buses) or Signia (big pools and buses back until about 10 pm) if you want resort amenities. Whatever you book, confirm the current EPCOT schedule on arrival. Check your dates at Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando
