Hotels near Disney World with free breakfast and shuttle service cut two of the biggest daily costs of a park trip at once: a family breakfast, and either Disney’s $35-a-day parking or a rideshare for every park day. The catch is that “free” means different things at different hotels, and some shuttles are paid for through a mandatory fee.
Below are 13 hotels whose own websites, brand pages or Disney’s Good Neighbor listings state both an included breakfast and a Walt Disney World shuttle, with the breakfast type, shuttle rules, fees, parking and road distances for each. Only Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando also gets Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry; the others offer different trade-offs, such as suites with kitchens or free parking.
Quick answer: For the most included, book Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando: free hot breakfast, a free evening Kickback, hourly shuttles to all four parks with no reservation, no resort fee and Early Entry. On a tighter budget with a car, Comfort Suites Maingate East includes breakfast and a Disney shuttle with no resort fee (parking is $10 a night plus tax on its own site). For suites with kitchens, pick Residence Inn or TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings, or Staybridge Suites Royale Parc in Kissimmee. Buena Vista Suites includes breakfast and parking, but its shuttle sits inside a $23-plus-tax daily fee.

How we chose these hotels
- Both perks on an official page: each hotel states a free breakfast and a Walt Disney World shuttle on its own site, its brand’s page or Disney’s Good Neighbor listing, read in October 2026 (dated archive copies where brand sites block access).
- Location: all 13 are within about 8 miles by public road of at least one Disney park parking lot.
- Verified value: we list the resort fee, parking and the shuttle booking rule, because a “free” shuttle behind a $23 fee is not free.
- No scores or prices: rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
Free shuttle, fee-funded shuttle or paid: read this first
- Truly free, no resort fee listed: Drury Plaza, the two Marriott Village hotels, the four Marriott hotels and Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings, and Comfort Suites Maingate East.
- Included in a mandatory fee: Buena Vista Suites puts its shuttle inside a $23-plus-tax nightly hotel fee.
- Unclear on the official page: Hampton Inn’s Hilton page says “free shuttle” in one paragraph and “fee may apply” in another; Home2 Suites lists Disney shuttles without a cost (its operator’s booking site shows $0); and Staybridge Suites Royale Parc lists no resort fee on IHG, though a fee tracker reports one that covers the shuttle.
- Paid per ride: Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South includes breakfast but charges $10 per person round trip.
These shuttles run on set schedules with limited seats, and the hotels and operators that publish routes drop Magic Kingdom riders at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), where you finish by monorail or ferry. For the wider field of park buses, see our guide to Orlando hotels with free Disney World shuttles.

Fees and parking are per room per night at the time of writing. Orange County adds 12.5% tax to rates and fees, Osceola County (Kissimmee) 13.5%; Flamingo Crossings hotels use Winter Garden addresses but are in Orange County. Only Drury Plaza is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list (see our non-Disney hotels with Early Theme Park Entry); for hotels that skip fees entirely, see Orlando hotels with no resort fees.
1. Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area

The 602-room Drury Plaza at 2000 Hotel Plaza Boulevard is the only hotel on this list that pairs free breakfast and a shuttle with Disney’s 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry, and it charges no resort fee. The free hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal) runs 6:00 to 10:00 am, and the free 5:30 Kickback adds rotating hot food, beer, wine, mixed drinks and soft drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Our Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando review has the details.
- Why stay: two free meals a day, Early Entry and the simplest shuttle rules on this list.
- Getting there / to the parks: the hotel describes free shuttles every hour to all four theme parks with no reservations (first come, first served). Its October 12 to 18, 2026 schedule showed first departures between 6:35 and 7:15 am and returns after midnight on Halloween party nights; Magic Kingdom riders use the TTC.
- Good to know: no resort fee; self-parking is $28 a night. Standard rooms sleep up to five and two-room suites up to six. Dogs and cats cost $50 a day plus tax.
Best for: families without a car who want Early Entry and the lowest food bill.
2. Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Marriott Village, on Vineland Avenue near I-4, groups three Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotels: this Fairfield at 8615 Vineland Avenue, SpringHill Suites and a Courtyard that runs the same free shuttle but charges for breakfast. The Fairfield’s free hot breakfast buffet runs 6:30 to 9:30 am daily (Disney’s listing describes two hot items plus a continental spread), and its Family Suites add a trundle bunk bed and a dividing wall. Our Marriott Village guide compares all three hotels.
- Why stay: a bunk-bed nook for the kids, with breakfast and a shuttle included.
- Getting there / to the parks: Marriott’s live Marriott Village page offers complimentary shuttles to all four Disney parks and Disney Springs, booked in advance. Its booking link was broken at our check, but the operator’s booking site (Firefighters All Services) showed free October 20, 2026 runs to the TTC, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, with EPCOT by monorail from the TTC.
- Good to know: no resort or destination fee appeared on Marriott’s page at last check, but self-parking was $25 a day. No pets; minimum check-in age 18. Marriott Bonvoy perks apply only to direct bookings.
Best for: families with young kids who want a bunk-bed suite near I-4.

3. SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Breakfast is a free hot buffet from 6:30 to 9:30 am, and Marriott mentions a Starbucks and three outdoor pools.
- Why stay: six in one suite with breakfast included, minutes from I-4 and Disney Springs.
- Getting there / to the parks: Marriott calls it a Good Neighbor hotel “providing free shuttles” (June 2026 capture); guests reserve the same Village shuttle. EPCOT’s lot is about 6.8 miles by road.

Best for: families of five or six who want a sofa bed and a hot breakfast without a resort fee.
See available suites at SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Village
4. Buena Vista Suites

Buena Vista Suites, at 8203 World Center Drive next to its sister Caribe Royale Orlando, is the clearly disclosed exception: breakfast and parking are free, but the shuttle lives inside a mandatory hotel fee of $23 plus tax per room per night (hotel FAQ), which also covers Wi-Fi and an evening Disney Springs shuttle. The free breakfast buffet is served in the Valencia Room from 6:30 to 10:00 am on weekdays and 7:00 to 10:30 am on weekends, with eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes. Every unit is a suite with a separate bedroom.
- Why stay: a bedroom door, a real buffet and free parking for a modest fixed fee.
- Getting there / to the parks: the FAQ lists scheduled shuttles to all four Walt Disney World theme parks plus the evening Disney Springs run; Disney’s listing mentions the TTC and Disney Springs, so confirm which parks run on your dates. Reservations are required, individual bookings only: register at the Concierge Desk at least 24 hours ahead.
- Good to know: the fee and its inclusions are “subject to change”; oversized vehicles pay $100 a night; no pets; minimum check-in age 18.
Best for: families with young children who want a separate bedroom and accept a fee that is spelled out up front.
5. Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

This Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotel at 8150 Palm Parkway has one of the lowest parking charges on this list: Hilton’s page listed self-parking at $7 a day (June 2026 capture), while Disney’s listing calls parking complimentary, so budget for the small charge. The free hot breakfast runs 7:00 to 10:00 am per Disney’s listing, and there is an outdoor pool.
- Why stay: free hot breakfast and near-free parking, with a shuttle that also lists Universal and Epic Universe.
- Getting there / to the parks: Hilton’s page says “schedule our free shuttle to Disney, Universal Orlando and Epic Universe” in one paragraph and “scheduled shuttle service gets you there and back (fee may apply)” in another; Disney’s listing says “complimentary shuttle to Walt Disney World theme parks”. Call before you book.
- Good to know: no resort fee on Hilton’s page; up to two dogs or cats of 25 lb for $75 (1 to 4 nights) or $125; check-in 3 pm. Hilton Honors perks require a direct booking.
Best for: couples and small families with a car who want breakfast and cheap parking, with the shuttle as a backup.
6. Residence Inn Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center

Flamingo Crossings Town Center is a Disney-planned district outside Walt Disney World’s western entrance, with a Target a short walk from six Marriott and Hilton hotels, all Walt Disney World Gateway Hotels with free breakfast. The Residence Inn at 2111 Flagler Avenue is the most complete: every suite has a full kitchen, the larger two-bedroom suites sleep six, the free hot breakfast buffet runs 6:30 to 10:00 am daily, and the heated resort-style pool sits beside multi-sport courts. Our Flamingo Crossings hotels guide compares all six.
- Why stay: a kitchen plus breakfast keeps a week of family meals simple.
- Getting there / to the parks: Marriott’s Disney Gateway page (October 2025 capture) says the daily scheduled shuttle to select Walt Disney World theme parks “is available to all guests at no additional charge”; sign up starting 48 hours before departure, seats limited. The operator’s booking site listed free October 20, 2026 runs from the Flamingo Crossings hotels to Animal Kingdom (about 7:30 am), the TTC and Hollywood Studios. Animal Kingdom’s lot is the closest, about 5 miles.
- Good to know: parking $20 a day and no resort fee at last check (August 2025 capture); dogs $150 a stay; minimum check-in age 21.
Best for: families of six on a week-long trip who will cook some meals.

Marriott listed two-queen rooms for four and sofa-bed suites for up to six at last check.
- Why stay: breakfast, a free shuttle and a six-person suite without paying for a kitchen.
- Getting there / to the parks: Marriott’s Gateway page (February 2026 capture) repeats the Residence Inn wording: daily scheduled shuttles to select Disney theme parks at no additional charge, with sign-up from 48 hours ahead. The operator listed the same three parks.

How to choose a hotel near Disney with free breakfast and shuttle
- No car and early mornings: Drury Plaza, for hourly first-come buses that need no reservation. Elsewhere, set an alarm for the sign-up window (24 or 48 hours at Flamingo Crossings, 24 hours at Buena Vista Suites).
- Driving anyway: Comfort Suites ($10 parking, no fee), Hampton Inn ($7 at last check) or Staybridge ($10); hotel parking plus Disney’s $35 adds up, so compare our cheap hotels near Disney World.
- Cooking some meals: Residence Inn, TownePlace, Homewood and Home2 at Flamingo Crossings and Staybridge Royale Parc list kitchens, and Flamingo Crossings has a Target.
- Six or more people: Residence Inn’s larger two-bedroom suites, Staybridge’s two-bedroom, two-bath suites, SpringHill Marriott Village’s double-bed studios, Drury’s two-room suites and Comfort Suites’ two-queen suites.
- Disney Springs evenings: Drury Plaza is a half-mile walk by the hotel’s count and Buena Vista Suites runs an evening shuttle; the eight Disney Springs Resort Area hotels add Early Entry.
- Breakfast matters more than the bus: see our Orlando hotels with free breakfast.

Frequently asked questions
Which hotels near Disney World have both free breakfast and a free shuttle?
Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando, Fairfield Inn & Suites and SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Village, Residence Inn, Fairfield, SpringHill, TownePlace and Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossings, and Comfort Suites Maingate East all stated a free breakfast and a complimentary Disney shuttle, with no resort fee, on official pages checked in October 2026. Staybridge Suites Royale Parc does too, though a fee tracker lists a resort fee. Buena Vista Suites puts its shuttle in a $23-plus-tax daily fee.
Are hotel shuttles to Disney World really free?
Often, but read the fee line. Drury Plaza, the Marriott Village hotels, the Flamingo Crossings hotels (Home2 states no price) and Comfort Suites list no resort fee, so their shuttles cost nothing extra. Buena Vista Suites bundles its shuttle into a mandatory fee, a tracker says Staybridge’s fee covers its shuttle, Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South charges $10 per person round trip, and Hampton Inn’s Hilton page says both “free” and “fee may apply”.
Do hotels with free breakfast and shuttle near Disney get Early Theme Park Entry?
Only Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando. Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list covers its own resort hotels plus 15 other select hotels, including the eight Disney Springs Resort Area hotels, and Disney says the perk continues through 2027. The Good Neighbor and Gateway labels used by the Marriott Village, Flamingo Crossings, Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites do not include it.
Do I need to reserve the hotel shuttle to Disney World?
Usually. The Marriott hotels at Flamingo Crossings open sign-up 24 hours (SpringHill, TownePlace) or 48 hours (Residence Inn, Fairfield) before departure, the Marriott Village asks you to reserve, Buena Vista Suites wants you at the Concierge Desk at least 24 hours ahead, and Baymont and Travelodge require reservations. Drury Plaza takes none: seats are first come, first served. Comfort Suites posts its schedule at Guest Services.
Which hotel near Disney with free breakfast and shuttle is best for a family of six?
Residence Inn Flamingo Crossings (the larger two-bedroom suites, with full kitchens), Staybridge Suites Royale Parc (two-bedroom, two-bath suites), Drury Plaza’s two-room suites, SpringHill Suites in the Marriott Village (double-bed studios with a sofa bed) and Comfort Suites’ two-queen suites all listed six or more at last check. Enter every traveler with ages when you search, because occupancy limits are enforced and rollaways are often not permitted.
Bottom line
For most families, the best hotel near Disney World with free breakfast and shuttle is Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando: two free meals, hourly first-come buses to all four parks, no resort fee and Early Entry. Choose Flamingo Crossings or Staybridge for a suite with a kitchen, Comfort Suites to skip a resort fee, and Buena Vista Suites if a separate bedroom matters more than a $23 fee. Confirm the current shuttle schedule and fees before you pay.
