The best Wyndham hotels near Disney World start with the two Wyndhams on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, a short walk from Disney Springs and the only Wyndham-brand hotels on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list. Beyond them, the Wyndham family near Disney includes the Wyndham Grand and the Club Wyndham condo resort in Bonnet Creek, a new kids’-club hotel and a few value hotels along US 192 in Kissimmee.

We checked each hotel’s fees, parking, breakfast and park shuttle on its own site, on Wyndham’s brand pages and on Disney’s pages in October 2026. Fees and schedules change often, so treat every figure as correct at the time of writing and confirm it before you book.

One thing to know up front: a Wyndham booked on Booking.com doesn’t earn Wyndham Rewards points or count toward status, because Wyndham’s program terms exclude third-party bookings and name Booking.com among them.

Quick answer: For Disney perks, book Wyndham Lake Buena Vista (tower rooms, some with Disney Springs views) or the simpler Wyndham Garden next door. Both get 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry, an hourly park shuttle and a walk to Disney Springs, for a $36 plus tax resort fee and $30 plus tax parking. For a pool day, the Wyndham Grand in Bonnet Creek shares lazy rivers with Club Wyndham. On a budget, the Baymont on US 192 includes hot breakfast and a Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios shuttle.

How we chose these Wyndham hotels near Disney World

At the time of writing, Wyndham’s own hotel search showed 48 properties within 40 kilometers (about 25 miles) of Lake Buena Vista, but about two-thirds are away from the Disney area, on International Drive, near the airport or elsewhere in the Orlando area. We kept the ones that make sense for a Disney trip:

  • Location: about 8 miles or less by road to at least one Disney park or Disney Springs, measured to the parking lots, not to the edge of Disney property.
  • Verified facts: a resort fee, parking rules and shuttle details published by the hotel, by Wyndham or by Club Wyndham.
  • Value and transport: what the fees actually buy you, especially a Disney shuttle, breakfast or a kitchen.
  • Bookable here: each pick has its own Booking.com listing. We don’t use review scores, and Disney-owned resorts aren’t part of this list.

Wyndham’s rates pages show $40.50 a night for the Disney Springs Wyndhams and $47.25 for the Wyndham Grand: the $36 and $42 fees plus Orange County’s 12.5% hotel tax. The other fees are the nightly figures on Wyndham’s rates pages. From any of these hotels, Disney’s standard theme park parking is $35 a day; Disney Springs parking is free.

1. Wyndham Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area

This 19-story tower at 1850 Hotel Plaza Boulevard has 232 lake-house-themed rooms; Disney View rooms look toward Disney Springs, with “fireworks off in the distance”. It shares the campus, Oasis pools and restaurants with the Wyndham Garden, and the hotels call themselves the closest to Disney Springs: a pedestrian bridge to the right of the entrance starts the walk, about half a mile or 12 minutes to the Marketplace shops.

  • Why stay: Early Theme Park Entry (30 minutes at every Disney park, every day of your stay), tower rooms with lake or Disney Springs views, and the Oasis pools: a 189,000-gallon heated pool with a rock waterfall, an elevated hot tub and a zero-entry kids’ splash area with a tipping bucket.
  • Getting to the parks: hourly shuttles to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, from 90 minutes before opening until 90 minutes after closing. Reservations are required, and there’s no service to the water parks, runDisney events or after-hours parties. By car it’s about 5 miles to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and 6 miles to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC).
  • Good to know: the resort fee is $36 plus tax a night and gated self-parking is $30 plus tax. Breakfast isn’t included; the Lakeview Restaurant sells a buffet with Mickey waffles. Rooms have a fridge but no microwave, there are no rollaways or cots (Pack ‘n Plays are free), and you must be 18 to check in. Our Wyndham Lake Buena Vista review covers the room types.

Best for: couples and families of up to four who want Disney perks, dinner within walking distance and a room with a view.

2. Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area

The Wyndham Garden is a separate hotel on the same campus, at 1850B Hotel Plaza Boulevard, with 394 rooms in two five-story, courtyard-style buildings and outside corridors to every room. Rooms have two double beds or one king, a 55-inch TV, a fridge and a laptop safe. You get the same Early Entry, pools, restaurants, shuttle and walk to Disney Springs as at the tower, so the trade-off is the view and the exterior entrances. It’s one of the eight hotels compared in our guide to Disney Springs Resort Area hotels.

  • Why stay: Disney’s Early Entry and the Oasis pools in simpler rooms, with Disney Springs restaurants a short walk away.
  • Getting to the parks: Wyndham’s page lists a scheduled daily shuttle to the Disney parks, with reservations required and schedules handed out at check-in. The campus FAQ, shared by both hotels, says it runs hourly from 90 minutes before opening to 90 minutes after closing.
  • Good to know: Wyndham’s rates page shows the same $40.50 nightly resort fee as the tower ($36 plus tax), and Wyndham’s page lists gated self-parking at $30 plus tax a night. Two double beds are snug for four adults, and you must be 18 to check in. Our Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista review has the details.

Best for: budget-minded families who want Early Entry and don’t need a view.

3. Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek

The Wyndham Grand is the upscale member of the family: 400 rooms and suites in a lakeside tower in Bonnet Creek, a private resort area next to Disney property that Wyndham’s brand page describes as “within the Walt Disney World gates”. It isn’t Disney-owned, though. Rooms include Lakeview rooms facing the lake and nightly fireworks, Parlor Suites and Family Bunk rooms for up to six, and guests use the heated Oasis Pool plus four more pools, two lazy rivers and a splash zone shared with Club Wyndham. Our Bonnet Creek hotels guide compares it with its Hilton and Marriott neighbors.

  • Why stay: the pools, the lake views and a sit-down seafood restaurant, deep blu Seafood & Grille (the FAQ gives conflicting opening days, so check), plus a breakfast buffet at Tesoro Cove.
  • Getting to the parks: a complimentary scheduled shuttle to all four parks and Disney Springs, covered by the resort fee. Seats are first come, first served, and you board with your room key. By car it’s about 3 miles to Disney Springs, 4 miles to Hollywood Studios, 5 miles to Animal Kingdom and 6 miles to the TTC. The hotel’s FAQ puts EPCOT at about 1.5 miles, which is roughly the straight-line distance: on public roads it’s about 4.5 to 5 miles to EPCOT’s main lot.
  • Good to know: the resort fee is $42 plus tax a day; self-parking is $36 and valet $42, plus tax. There’s no Early Entry. The breakfast buffet is $27 for adults and $17 for ages 6 to 10, plus tax and service. You must be 21 to check in. Club Wyndham’s Tower 5 pool and lazy river are closed for exterior renovation until December 1, 2026. See our Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek review.

Best for: families who want a resort day between park days, and couples who want a nicer dinner close to Disney.

4. Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek is the timeshare resort around the same lake, with condo suites you can rent by the night. Wyndham’s own pages list the two-bedroom for 6 or 8 guests and the three-bedroom for 8 or 10, and Club Wyndham’s owner site lists some two-bedrooms for 8, so check the occupancy on your booking.

  • Why stay: real kitchens and space for a family or group, with five pools, waterslides, lazy rivers, eight hot tubs, mini golf and a Play Days kids’ program on site.
  • Getting to the parks: neither Club Wyndham nor Wyndham lists a Disney shuttle, and the Wyndham Grand’s buses are for Grand guests with a room key. Plan on driving: about 2.5 miles to Disney Springs, 3.5 miles to Hollywood Studios, 4 to 4.5 miles to EPCOT’s main lot and 5.5 miles to the TTC.

Tower 5 is closed until November 20, 2026, and its pool and lazy river until December 1; Club Wyndham says Tower 5 exterior work runs to February 2027, Wyndham’s site says February 2028. Read our Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek review for the suite layouts.

Best for: families and groups who want a kitchen and a pool resort and will drive to the parks.

This family hotel at 5200 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee carries a “Newly Opened 2025” tag on Wyndham’s site, under the Dazzler Select brand. There’s a heated outdoor pool with cabanas, a fitness center and Tutto Exquisito, a café with Starbucks coffee and room service, open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Why stay: the most kid-focused Wyndham near Disney, with breakfast, a park shuttle and parking included.

Cypress Palms is a smaller Club Wyndham condo resort at 5324 Fairfield Lake Drive, off US 192 in Kissimmee. Wyndham lists two outdoor pools, a picnic area, a fitness center, a family lounge and the Play Days kids’ program; Club Wyndham adds a heated pool and an outdoor hot tub. 8. Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway

The Ramada at 7470 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway is a 500-room hotel with a tower, two-story wings, two outdoor pools, mini golf, an arcade and a basketball court. It’s the closest pick to Animal Kingdom: the hotel says it’s one mile from Walt Disney World, and the Animal Kingdom parking lot is about 3 miles away by road.

Other Wyndham-brand stays near Disney

Wyndham’s search shows a few more family members near Disney. We left them out because their official pages say less about fees and shuttles, they aren’t on Booking.com, or they suit a different trip:

  • Travelodge by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista South (5367 W Irlo Bronson) lists the Baymont’s shuttle times, a continental breakfast and the same $14.70 fee; Howard Johnson by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista South (5055 W Irlo Bronson) lists a hot buffet, the same fee and a Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios shuttle without times; its pool was closed for maintenance at last check.
  • Super 8 by Wyndham Kissimmee/Maingate/Orlando Area (5875 W Irlo Bronson, near Old Town) has a free light breakfast item, a $10 nightly property fee and no shuttle; its Wyndham page says both “ample free parking” and “Onsite Parking – Fees May Apply”.
  • Super 8 by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando and Travelodge by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando share 7475 W Irlo Bronson near the Ramada: free breakfast item and parking, no shuttle.
  • Magic Village Yards, Trademark Collection by Wyndham (3151 Pantanal Lane, Kissimmee) rents three- and four-bedroom vacation villas about 2.5 miles from Animal Kingdom, with a $10.75 nightly resort fee, a $350 refundable deposit and a 21+ rule. We found no Booking.com listing.
  • WorldMark Reunion (7593 Gathering Drive) has three-bedroom suites in the Reunion community, about 7.5 miles from Animal Kingdom. Wyndham’s page mentions Reunion’s water park, golf and spa, so ask what your booking includes.
  • La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando IDrive Theme Parks (11545 International Drive) is the closest La Quinta to Disney in Wyndham’s search (there’s none in Lake Buena Vista or Kissimmee), with free breakfast and parking, about 5.5 miles from Disney Springs, and no shuttle listed.

Wyndham Rewards and Booking.com: what changes

Wyndham Rewards’ terms list “all third-party website or on-line bookings” among the stays that don’t qualify, and name booking.com as an example. A stay booked here won’t earn points or status, and member rates aren’t offered. Wyndham’s room listings for Magic Moment and the Baymont describe Wi-Fi as free for members, so ask at check-in whether it’s free for you.

Resort fees apply however you book: on Booking.com, the listing’s fine print shows whether a fee is due at the hotel. Compare the full total, not the nightly rate, and see our guide to Orlando resort fees for how they work across the area.

How to choose a Wyndham hotel near Disney World

Frequently asked questions

Which Wyndham hotels near Disney World get Early Theme Park Entry?

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, the two Wyndhams on Hotel Plaza Boulevard. Both are listed under “Other Select Hotels” on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry page, which gives guests 30 minutes of early entry at every Disney park on each day of their stay and says the perk continues through 2027. You still need a valid ticket. The Wyndham Grand and Club Wyndham in Bonnet Creek aren’t on the list.

Do Wyndham hotels near Disney World have a free Disney shuttle?

Several do, on different terms. The two Disney Springs Wyndhams run hourly shuttles that need a reservation, and the Wyndham Grand’s buses are covered by its resort fee and run first come, first served. The Baymont runs fixed-time trips to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. The Ramada’s own pages give no shuttle times, but its operator’s booking system listed free runs (8:45 a.m. to the Magic Kingdom TTC, 11 a.m. to Hollywood Studios) for November and December 2026; Magic Moment lists a park shuttle without published times, and neither Club Wyndham resort lists one.

Does Wyndham Lake Buena Vista have free breakfast?

No. The hotel’s FAQ says meals aren’t included with your stay. The Lakeview Restaurant sells an all-American breakfast buffet with Mickey waffles, Joffrey’s in the lobby sells breakfast sandwiches and pastries, and the Sundial Café is open 24 hours. If breakfast matters most, the Baymont includes a hot breakfast, and Magic Moment’s resort fee covers breakfast.

Do I earn Wyndham Rewards points if I book on Booking.com?

No. Wyndham Rewards’ terms say third-party website and online bookings are not qualified stays, and they name booking.com among the examples, so you won’t earn points or status credit. You also won’t get member rates, and member extras such as free Wi-Fi at some hotels may not apply. If points matter more than price, compare your total with a direct booking first.

How much are resort fees at Wyndham hotels near Disney?

At the time of writing, Wyndham’s rates pages showed $14.70 a night at the Baymont, $20.43 at the Ramada and $34.04 at Magic Moment. The two Disney Springs Wyndhams charge $36 plus tax and the Wyndham Grand $42 plus tax. Neither Club Wyndham resort showed a resort fee notice. Parking is extra at the Disney Springs Wyndhams, the Wyndham Grand and, for non-owners, Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

Is the Wyndham Grand Orlando inside Walt Disney World?

Not exactly. It’s in Bonnet Creek, a private resort area next to Disney property that Wyndham describes as “within the Walt Disney World gates”. It isn’t a Disney-owned hotel and isn’t on Disney’s Early Entry list, but it runs a scheduled shuttle to all four parks and Disney Springs, which is about 3 miles away by road.

Bottom line

If Disney perks are why you’re looking at Wyndham, choose Wyndham Lake Buena Vista for the tower and views, or Wyndham Garden for the same Early Entry, shuttle and Disney Springs walk in plainer rooms. Pick the Wyndham Grand or Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek for pools and space, and the Baymont or Magic Moment when breakfast and a low fee matter more than location. Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book.
