Kissimmee hotels with Disney shuttle service line US-192 and Osceola Parkway, about 2 to 9.5 miles by road from the Walt Disney World park lots, and most of them use the same bus company, Firefighters All Services, whose booking system lists each hotel’s departure times. The buses are real but limited: one or two runs per park, mostly in the morning, few trips to Animal Kingdom, and most EPCOT riders are dropped at Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) to take the monorail.

This is the Kissimmee counterpart to our list of International Drive hotels with a free Disney shuttle, with sample times from the operator’s booking system for October 28 and November 18, 2026.

“Free” needs reading closely here. Three picks pay for the ride through a mandatory resort fee, and all but one of the hotels that call their shuttle complimentary still charge a resort fee, according to their brand or Booking.com’s price breakdown.

Quick answer: For the most Disney departures, book Margaritaville Resort Orlando or the Embassy Suites at Sunset Walk next door: Animal Kingdom, two Magic Kingdom and two Hollywood Studios runs, paid for by their resort fees. Gaylord Palms is the only pick whose own page promises all four parks and Disney Springs. On a budget, Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks adds a free Animal Kingdom bus, and Staybridge Suites Royale Parc pairs free runs with free breakfast and kitchens.

How we chose these hotels

  • A confirmed Disney shuttle: each pick has a Kissimmee address, and its own page, its brand’s page or Disney’s Good Neighbor listing promised a Walt Disney World shuttle at our October 2026 check.
  • Sample times: where the hotel uses Firefighters All Services, its booking system showed identical times on both sample dates. They change with park hours.
  • Costs: fees and parking come from the hotel or its brand, or from Booking.com’s price breakdown for a sample November stay where those pages are silent.
  • Road distances: our public-road routes, without traffic, to each park’s parking. No scores or stays are claimed.

Rates vary by season, availability and how far ahead you book, so we don’t quote room prices. Osceola County adds 13.5% tax to rooms and resort fees, and none of these hotels is on Disney’s Early Theme Park Entry list.

Fees are per room, per night, at the time of writing; “on Booking.com” means the amount appeared in Booking.com’s price breakdown for our sample November stays (plus 13.5% tax) but not on the hotel’s or brand’s pages. Wyndham’s $20.43 for the Ramada equals the $18 plus tax that Booking.com showed. “No” breakfast means it isn’t listed as included. Confirm the total before you pay.

1. Margaritaville Resort Orlando

The resort at 8000 Fins Up Circle, beside Sunset Walk, has one of the busiest Disney schedules in Kissimmee. Its $48-plus-tax resort fee covers “transportation to all major attractions,” run by Firefighters All Services. Our Margaritaville Resort Orlando review compares the rooms and cottages.

  • Why stay: the most Disney departures here, plus 7:20 a.m. buses to Universal, Epic Universe and SeaWorld on non-Disney days.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the operator’s system listed Animal Kingdom at 9:15 a.m. (back 5:45 p.m.), the TTC at 9:15 and 10:40 a.m. (back 5:30, 9:15 or 10:30 p.m.) and Hollywood Studios at 10:40 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (back 5:15, 9:00 or 10:15 p.m.). The resort’s own page still shows a schedule updated January 7, 2026 (Magic Kingdom and EPCOT at 9:05, 10:25 and 12:35), so go by the booking system for your date and confirm at the desk. Reserve 24 hours to 1 hour ahead, online or at the lobby desk, for a voucher. Animal Kingdom is about 4 miles by road and the TTC lot about 9.
  • Good to know: groups of 10 or more can’t ride, and strollers, luggage, food and drinks aren’t allowed on board. Self-parking is $20 and valet $45 a night, plus tax, and you must be 21 to check in.

Best for: families who want resort pools, nightlife on foot and the widest choice of Disney runs.

2. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk

The all-suite Hilton at 3151 Sunset Walk Drive shares Margaritaville’s neighborhood and nearly its timetable, and adds a free made-to-order breakfast and an evening reception. Hilton’s daily resort charge lists “theme park transportation” (February 2026 capture). Hilton doesn’t publish the amount; Booking.com’s breakdown showed $44 a night plus tax.

  • Why stay: breakfast included, a suite layout and five Disney departure options a day on the sample dates.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Animal Kingdom at 9:20 a.m. (back 5:45 p.m.), the TTC at 9:20 and 10:35 a.m. (back 5:30, 9:15 or 10:30 p.m.) and Hollywood Studios at 10:35 a.m. and 12:25 p.m. (back 5:15, 9:00 or 10:15 p.m.), all priced $0.00 in the operator’s system, plus 7:15 a.m. runs to Universal, Epic Universe and SeaWorld. Animal Kingdom is about 4.5 miles by road.
  • Good to know: at last check (Hilton, February 2026), self-parking was $15 a day with no valet, and pets up to 45 pounds paid a $125 non-refundable fee. Hilton Honors perks apply only when you book with Hilton.

Best for: families who want breakfast covered and suite space without losing Margaritaville’s shuttle choice.

3. Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

Gaylord Palms, at 6000 West Osceola Parkway, books its shuttle through its own guest portal rather than the operator most US-192 hotels use. Marriott’s guest information says the $45-plus-tax daily resort fee includes a shuttle to “all four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as Disney Springs,” with schedules updated weekly, plus daily Cypress Springs water park access for up to four guests. See our Gaylord Palms Resort guide for the atrium, pools and rooms.

  • Why stay: the only pick that promises all four parks plus Disney Springs, and the shortest drive to Hollywood Studios.
  • Getting there / to the parks: book through the guest portal up to 5 days ahead and at least 30 minutes before departure; buses leave from the Transportation Lobby. The 11:15 a.m. bus serves all four parks and Disney Springs, the 5 p.m. bus only Disney Springs and other departures only the parks; the portal shows other times only when you book. Hollywood Studios is about 3.5 miles by road and the TTC lot about 7 to 8.
  • Good to know: self-parking was $40 and valet $55 a day, plus tax, at last check (Marriott, June 2026), so confirm at booking. Pets aren’t allowed.

Best for: families who want a full resort, a water park and buses to every Disney park.

4. Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks

This IHG resort at 3011 Maingate Lane, just off US-192, is the closest pick to Animal Kingdom: about 2 miles by road to its parking entrance. IHG promises a “free scheduled shuttle” to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld, with the schedule “provided at check in,” and lists heated pools and a Chuck E. Cheese kids’ zone.

  • Why stay: a free Animal Kingdom run, rare among Kissimmee hotels, and a short drive if you skip the bus.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the operator’s system listed Animal Kingdom and the TTC at 8:35 a.m. (back 5:45 p.m. from Animal Kingdom, 5:30 or 10:30 p.m. from the TTC) and Hollywood Studios at 10:50 a.m. (back 5:15 or 10:15 p.m.), plus 7 a.m. runs to Universal and Epic Universe. It showed no SeaWorld run, so ask. The TTC lot is about 7 to 7.5 miles by road.
  • Good to know: IHG says parking is included in the resort fee but doesn’t give the amount; Booking.com’s breakdown showed $17.50 a night plus tax. Up to two pets of 50 pounds or less are allowed for $75 plus tax per stay.

Best for: Animal Kingdom-first families on a budget.

5. Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration

Across US-192 from the town of Celebration, at 2900 Parkway Boulevard, this 20-acre Marriott resort has two pools, a water slide and a hot breakfast buffet. Marriott promises a complimentary shuttle to the Disney theme parks. Our Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration review has the rooms and fees in detail.

  • Why stay: two morning runs each to the TTC and Hollywood Studios and an evening bus to Disney Springs.
  • Getting there / to the parks: Firefighters All Services’ system listed the TTC at 8:55 and 10:30 a.m. (back 9:00 or 10:30 p.m.), Hollywood Studios at 10:30 and 11:25 a.m. (back 8:45 or 10:15 p.m.) and Disney Springs at 4:15 p.m. (back 10:45 p.m.), with no Animal Kingdom run. Booking rules conflict: Marriott says to reserve 2 or more hours ahead at DeltaOrlandoBus.com, which now forwards to another bus company’s booking page, while the hotel’s October 2026 timetable calls seats first come, first served, prints a QR code to reserve and bars groups of nine or more. Confirm at the concierge desk. Hollywood Studios is about 4.5 miles by road and the TTC lot 7.5.
  • Good to know: Marriott lists $24 daily parking and no resort fee, while Booking.com’s breakdown added $25 a night plus tax.

Best for: pool-loving families who want Disney Springs evenings without driving.

6. Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites

Next to Old Town at 5876 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, this all-suite IHG hotel sells one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens and includes a hot breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. IHG calls its shuttle complimentary, first come, first served and not for groups of 10 or more, though the schedule it links (Platinum Transportation, September 2025) shows different times, including an 11:10 a.m. EPCOT run. Read our Staybridge Suites Royale Parc review for the suites.

  • Why stay: free breakfast, a kitchen and free runs to Disney, Universal and Epic Universe.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the operator listed the TTC at 8:25 a.m. (back 9:00 or 10:30 p.m.) and Hollywood Studios at 11:25 a.m. (back 8:45 or 10:15 p.m.), plus 7:25 a.m. buses to Universal and Epic Universe, with no Animal Kingdom run. The TTC lot is about 8 miles by road and Hollywood Studios about 4.5.
  • Good to know: parking is $10 a day per IHG. IHG lists no resort fee, but Booking.com’s breakdown showed $18 a night plus tax.

Best for: larger families who want two bedrooms, breakfast and an occasional free ride.

7. Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW – Celebration Area

Across US-192 from Old Town, at 5711 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, this 444-room Holiday Inn has Kids Rooms with bunk beds, per Disney’s Good Neighbor listing. IHG advertises a free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Epic Universe, with the schedule at the front desk, and complimentary self-parking.

  • Why stay: free parking, kids-eat-free dining and free buses to both resorts.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the operator listed the TTC at 8:35 a.m. (back 9:00 p.m.) and Hollywood Studios at 11:30 a.m. (back 8:45 p.m.), plus 7:25 a.m. runs to Universal and Epic Universe. Disney’s listing also mentions Disney Springs, which the operator didn’t show. Hollywood Studios is about 4.5 miles by road and the TTC lot 8.
  • Good to know: the breakfast buffet costs extra unless your rate includes it. IHG lists no resort fee, but Booking.com showed $15 a night plus tax for sample stays at last check (October 2026).

Best for: families who drive some days and want parking and kids’ meals covered.

8. Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway

The 500-room Ramada at 7470 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway promises “complimentary scheduled shuttle service” to the Disney theme parks, Universal, Epic Universe, SeaWorld and nearby shopping, but doesn’t post times. The operator’s booking system lists the hotel, so here they are. Our Ramada Kissimmee Gateway review covers the Tower and Standard Inn rooms.

  • Why stay: free parking, including for RVs, two pools, mini golf and a free Disney bus.
  • Getting there / to the parks: the TTC at 8:45 a.m. (back 5:30 or 10:30 p.m.) and Hollywood Studios at 11 a.m. (back 5:15 or 10:15 p.m.), plus 7 a.m. buses to Universal and Epic Universe. The system showed no Animal Kingdom or SeaWorld run, although Animal Kingdom’s entrance is only about 3 miles by road. The TTC lot is about 7 miles.
  • Good to know: Wyndham lists a $20.43 nightly resort fee (Booking.com showed $18 plus tax), the minimum check-in age is 21 and breakfast is a paid buffet.

Best for: budget travelers with a big vehicle who want a free bus for park days.

9. Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista

Despite the name, this Express is in Kissimmee, at 5001 Calypso Cay Way east of Old Town. Disney’s listing describes three pools with waterslides, a splash pad and mini golf, and IHG promises a free breakfast and complimentary scheduled shuttles to the Disney parks.

  • Why stay: free breakfast and waterslides at the hotel.
  • Getting there / to the parks: one 9:30 a.m. departure, with a choice of the TTC (back 9:00 p.m.) or Hollywood Studios (back 8:45 p.m.), in the operator’s system; no Universal run is listed. Hollywood Studios is about 6 miles by road and the TTC lot 9 to 10.
  • Good to know: IHG lists parking at $7 plus 7% tax a day, while Disney’s listing calls it complimentary. IHG shows no resort fee, but Booking.com’s breakdown showed $25 a night plus tax.

Best for: families who want breakfast and pool slides and need only a late-morning bus.

10. Comfort Suites Maingate East

Behind Old Town at 2775 Florida Plaza Boulevard, this all-suite Good Neighbor hotel promises a “Complimentary Shuttle to Disney” and “No Resort Fees” on its own site, with a hot breakfast buffet, Mickey waffles included, and a pool and hot tub open 24 hours.

  • Why stay: the only pick that states no resort fee, plus free breakfast.
  • Getting there / to the parks: neither the hotel nor Disney’s listing publishes times or parks, and the hotel isn’t in the US-192 operator’s system, so ask at check-in. Hollywood Studios is about 4.5 miles by road and the TTC lot 8.
  • Good to know: the hotel’s own site lists on-site parking at $10 plus taxes and fees, while Disney’s listing still says complimentary self-parking.

Best for: budget families who want breakfast and a fee-free rate and don’t mind asking about bus times.

“Operator system” means Firefighters All Services’ booking pages on our sample dates. Encore’s resort fee covers its shuttles, and its own page (January 2026) lists different times; the Baymont’s details come from Wyndham (October 2026) and the Embassy Suites times from Platinum Transportation’s schedule.

Two of Kissimmee’s biggest villa resorts don’t advertise a Disney shuttle. Holiday Inn Club Vacations describes only an internal shuttle with 22 stops around Orange Lake Resort, and Westgate Vacation Villas lists only free self-parking under transportation, so plan to drive from both.

How Kissimmee hotel shuttles to Disney work

  • Magic Kingdom means the TTC: the operator labels the stop “Magic Kingdom / TTC / Monorail to Epcot,” so allow time for the monorail or ferry.
  • Few Animal Kingdom runs: only Margaritaville, Embassy Suites Sunset Walk, Holiday Inn Resort by the Parks and Gaylord list one, though US-192 is the hotel strip closest to that park.
  • Check the booking window: the operator’s booking page says reservations “can only be made up to 24 hours from the departure time”; Margaritaville reads that as 24 hours to 1 hour ahead, while Encore asks for at least 24 hours’ notice, so ask your hotel. Gaylord opens bookings 5 days out.
  • No rope drop: the first Disney buses on the operator’s system leave between 8:25 and 9:30 a.m., and none of these hotels gets Early Theme Park Entry. You also book Lightning Lane 3 days ahead, not the 7 days Disney Resort guests get.
  • Watch the last bus: returns end between 9:00 and 10:45 p.m., so a late fireworks show can mean a rideshare home.
  • Universal days too: every pick on the operator’s system except the Holiday Inn Express also had a 7:00 to 7:25 a.m. bus to Universal and Epic Universe, back at 7:00 or 7:15 p.m.

Shuttle or drive from Kissimmee?

Disney charged $35 a day for standard theme park parking at the time of writing, and $50 to $60 for preferred spots, on top of any hotel parking fee. Driving, these hotels are roughly 7 to 13 minutes from the nearest park lot without traffic, which beats a 9:30 a.m. bus when you want rope drop or a midday break. A shuttle makes sense for one-park days that start mid-morning and end before the last return. Our Orlando theme park parking guide compares costs at every park.

Frequently asked questions

Which Kissimmee hotels have a free shuttle to Disney World?

Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks, Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration, Staybridge Suites Royale Parc, the Holiday Inn SW, Ramada Kissimmee Gateway, Holiday Inn Express S Lake Buena Vista and Comfort Suites Maingate East call theirs complimentary. Only Comfort Suites states no resort fee; the others showed one on IHG’s or Wyndham’s pages or in Booking.com’s breakdown. Margaritaville, Embassy Suites Sunset Walk and Gaylord Palms include the ride in their resort fees.

Do Kissimmee hotel shuttles go to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT?

Most stop at Magic Kingdom’s Transportation and Ticket Center, where you take the monorail or ferry to Magic Kingdom or the monorail to EPCOT. Gaylord Palms promises all four parks plus Disney Springs, and Margaritaville’s page lists EPCOT via the TTC. Every pick on the operator’s system also had a Hollywood Studios run on our sample dates, and four picks list Animal Kingdom.

How far is Kissimmee from Disney World’s parks?

By our road routes, the ten picks are about 2 to 7 miles from Animal Kingdom’s parking entrance, 3.5 to 7.5 miles from Hollywood Studios, 5.5 to 8 miles from EPCOT’s toll plaza and 7 to 9.5 miles from the Magic Kingdom TTC lot. That’s roughly 7 to 20 minutes without traffic, more at rush hour or after the fireworks.

Do I need to reserve a hotel shuttle to Disney from Kissimmee?

Usually. Margaritaville takes reservations from 24 hours to 1 hour ahead and issues vouchers, and Gaylord opens bookings 5 days out and closes them 30 minutes before departure. Staybridge says first come, first served, and Delta’s pages conflict (reserve 2 hours ahead vs. first come). Most hotels bar groups of 10 or more (Delta’s limit is nine), so split larger parties.

What time does the Ramada Kissimmee Gateway shuttle leave for Disney?

The hotel doesn’t post times, but its operator’s booking system listed an 8:45 a.m. bus to the Magic Kingdom TTC and an 11 a.m. bus to Hollywood Studios on October 28 and November 18, 2026, with returns at 5:15 to 10:30 p.m. Universal and Epic Universe buses left at 7 a.m. Times change with park hours, so confirm at the front desk.

Bottom line

The best Kissimmee hotels with Disney shuttle service are Margaritaville Resort Orlando and the Embassy Suites at Sunset Walk, which offer the most departures, and Gaylord Palms, which covers all four parks. For a free ride on a budget, Holiday Inn Resort by the Parks and Staybridge Suites Royale Parc stand out. Expect fixed morning times and confirm the schedule for your dates.
